Masi Plumbing did a wonderful install of a hybrid HVAC system replacing old inefficient equipment. The install team headed up by Doug was extremely professional and courteous. Their work was clean and accomplished with much care. We appreciated that at the end of each day they reviewed the work they completed and explained what the next days goals would be. We highly recommend Masi for anyone considering updating their HVAC system.

I am happy with the price and work done by this company. As it goes, our AC condenser unit kicked the bucket on the back end of the most recent heat wave. MASI provided the best value for the dollar. They replaced like for like Goodman 2.5 ton condenser unit for the same price or less than most other were offering to just try and fix the compressor.I do heavily recommend them but there is a small reason I left it at 4 stars instead of 5. I called on a Thursday morning and they said they’d have a tech out on Friday and if it could be diagnosed and fixed, it would be fixed that day. The tech showed up, confirmed what was suspected in a dead compressor and said that he had either a compressor for 2900.00 he could install or a brand new entire condenser unit for 3200.00. That’s generally a no brainer. The problem I had is that now it was going to be an “emergency” repair/replacement and it was going to be an extra 5-700.00 to have it done that day.It wasn’t really emergency because it was a drizzly day, the first day the heat wave broke, and I was an advanced-scheduled customer that was told work could be done if the parts were in stock. I didn’t call in the middle of a 100 degree day(well I did call on a 95 degree day) and request same-day or off-hour emergency service. I felt that to be a touch a disingenuous.Regardless, I told the tech that day I needed an hour to call around and see what alternate prices looked like and in the end after calling a dozen other hvac companies, MASI provided unbeatable value. We booked for the following week and toughed out 1 or 2 hot summer days, fortunately the heat broke and we got a couple cool nights.Today, the day of the install Julio and I’m guessing his apprentice(younger gentleman mostly observing) showed up promptly at the 10am scheduled time and worked diligently for 4 hours swapping the condenser for a brand new unit.In a nosey homeowner who likes diy projects and I appreciate professionals who know their trade so I did stand around and watch a bit just for my own education and Julio was super cool and didn’t seem to mind one bit answering any questions I had.So in the end negative one star for some miscommunication on the initial scheduling call where I thought the work could be done on my first scheduled day. A little of that maybe lays on me.Flawless score for quality of work and price. 3200.00 for a brand new condenser unit put in total price was 6-800.00 cheaper than the next competitor. Most other businesses quoted me 3-4000.00 for a compressor repair and 4-8000.00 for a condenser replacement. We didn’t get anything amazing. It’s a standard Goodman 2.5ton contractor grade special condenser with no bells or whistles, but our home is cool again and that’s all that matters. Julio’s workmanship was solid.

My hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. I called another plumber who i have used in the past. They came down and gave me an astronomical quote. I decided to look elsewhere. Luckily I found Masi plumbing on line. I called them at about 2 p.m. Bobby from Masi showed up by 4 p.m. and surveyed the situation. He quickly assessed the issue and told me it wouldnt even be close to the first estimate. The very next day, the team showed up on time and were polite and hard working. When they were finished, they walked me through the ins and out of the new system, answering all my questions. They cleaned everything up before they left and you would have never known they were there at all. Great company that saved me about $5000. Thanks guys!

Our furnace went in the dead of the cold and we had multiple plumbing companies come out to find the issue and give us quotes. MASI Plumbing was by far the best! Bobby Masi took the time over the phone to hear out the problem and explain everything to us. He was out the very next morning! He was extremely thorough, very personable, and took his time looking over every part of the unit, while explaining everything as he went. He moved jobs around to get our new furnace installed as soon as possible! Even offered to drop off heaters to help us get through the cold! The furnace was installed by two young men, who did such an amazing job; they were very friendly and professional. A tech was sent out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly! This company did not miss a beat! We are EXTREMELY happy with the services they provided us and the quality of our new furnace! We will be using MASI Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

They were extremely professional; conscientious regarding working with the local inspector, teamed up perfectly with the electrician and extremely thorough in their initial inspection of our home and recommendations. My AC died during the hottest part of the summer. My current service provider was booked out a month. We contacted several people with similar results. Masi Plumbing came out the same day, reviewed the system and provided a quote with several options within hours. The replacement installation was scheduled a few days out when we agreed on the system. They showed up on time, the workers were great and extremely professional. They worked clean and fast and were finished the same day. I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC needs

We have used MASI several times over the years but felt compelled to write a review based on their integrity. You never know if contractors are being honest with you about their recommended repairs. We had a follow up issue with our shower after their first repair. Turns out they made a mistake installing some type of fitting. They could have told me anything and charged me $475 but instead the technician admitted his error and didnt charge me. Mistakes happen but I now can be assured they will treat me fairly and that is all I can ask. Highly recommend MASI.

They actually gave me an estimate while 3 other companies visited my home to do an estimate, but never sent me an estimate. They answered all of my questions. I have used Masi for a few plumbing issues around the house and today had Steve Leni a Tech with them did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my 9 year old Navien Tankless Water Heater. Fixed it promptly and flushed the system. A Real professional. We have used other plumbers over the years but these guys will be our go to Plumbers in the Future.

I would like to share our oil to propane heating conversion experience and overall job satisfaction that Masi Plumbing and Heating recently performed at our home. Communication between all departments within Masi has been superb beginning with Office Managers Amber and Emily. We received a comprehensive job proposal from Bobby after he spent over an hour in our home evaluating our aging oil system and discussing replacement alternatives. After reviewing the written proposal, Bobby offered to come back to our home to further discuss our options and answer any questions and/or concerns we had. We had several system quotes from other heating contractors but Masi’s proposal and Bobby’s willingness to spend additional time with us answering our many questions was a welcoming experience given the scope of the project. We were greatly appreciative of his honesty, technical knowledge and friendly attitude that we agreed to his proposal on the spot.It was then that the magic took place… Amber and Emily took charge and coordinated installation crews, contacted town inspectors, our propane company and began the scheduling process. The Installation crew (Julio, Shane and Troy) arrived on time and they were extremely polite, hard working, safe, and very respectful of our property. They were meticulous with the installation as well as the ongoing and final cleanup within and around our home. I can’t thank them enough! In addition, Steve came to our home to final inspect the installation and go over all aspects of the heating system we needed to know as residential customers. The entire process was seamless and well coordinated and performed by all members of the Masi team. Bought a new boiler system from them this year and they gave us the most comprehensive quote for the right work (pointed out the need for fresh air and a new oil line which we knew were needed) at a good price. Unfortunately one of our parts in the system failed, but they had it replaced and our system up and running within 2 hours, and covered under warranty, so no cost to us. They have always been very friendly, down to earth, but professional. Great to work with!

David from MASI just replaced the leaking 40 year old turn offs for our washing machine. One was frozen and the wall had to be opened and the pipe cut but he made a perfect cutout for the fitted cover plate and no more leaks and the wall looks great….very reasonable price as well.

We had our heat stop working during February. Bobby sent Steve out on a Friday evening to check our system in an attempt to restore our heat. Unfortunately it was determined that the cost of repairs was not worth it as our system had reached its end of life ( 30 years) Steve worked up prices on our options and called us on Saturday his day off. We ended up going with their recommendations, a new furnace and central AC. The installation and quality of their work was beyond impressive. I would certainly recommend Masi to anyone needing quality work at a fair price.

When it was determined that our boiler was on its way out, I contacted Bobby to work up quotes for my options. When we made our decision and arranged financing, we gave him the green light to schedule us in for a complete replacement. Within 3 1/2 weeks the work was done. The technicians (four to start) went right to town and with no breaks at all got the job done in a day and a few hours including clean-up. The lead tech explained all the new and added pieces to me as well as answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Masi.

We purchased a new home in Hudson with no AC, and our neighbors recommended MASI as they had done a big job with them. They were very professional from start to finish. Bobby worked up a design plan and thoroughly reviewed it and answered all of our questions (we were choosing between mini-duct and high velocity AC systems). Their large crew knocked out the work in a week as promised, adding the system to two floors in a large house, and we used an electrician that works with them to complete the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We have pretty high standards and are construction competent, and felt they did a great job working with us and giving us the quality and service we were seeking. Would definitely recommend for this type of work.
