Drain medic in Nashua went above and beyond literally for me. They came up to Concord and that is well outside their area of operations to fix a problem we had been having with our sewer being backed up. They were here within 4 hours of being called by our plumber. Considering a total of four houses are connected to the problem pipe that was backing up into our basement you can bet we were super relieved to know they were on their way. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They also educated us on some low cost maintenance solutions to manage the problem going forward. They did all of this at a very reasonable price and with a pleasant attitude. I take pride in using small business owners whenever I can and keeping them on my contact list. Drain medic Nashua is now one of them for me. Call them you wont regret it.

We called them to clear a toilet clog. The clog was super deep. They came over same day, within a hour to clear it. Great service at a very reasonable price.

I cannot give enough stars to this company. The day before the 4th of July and my kitchen drain was cleaned! The ability to have a great conversation and needed support was amazing. The knowledge and understanding taking the time to explain things to me was fantastic. I highly recommend and will always use this company going forward. You do amazing work and I truly thank you for saving me on a holiday week!

They stayed late to find a solution and even followed up to check in on me. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend.

I have never written a company review in my life, but felt compelled to do so now. After one drain company came out and failed to solve our problem, we were fortunate to next call Drain Medic. We should have called them first. Let me tell you – they are one of a kind. They were responsive, coming out the same day we called and worked tirelessly to address our drain problem. They were competent, sympathetic, respectful, honest, and fairly priced. They treat you like family. If you’re looking for drain service, take my word for it: DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. You will not be sorry. Our experience with Drain Medic was fantastic. It’s no wonder they have a 4.9 google review rating.

I called Drain Medic on a Sunday evening and they were there in an hour. Even with a weekend surcharge their rate was very reasonable. They had my drain clog fixed in less than an hour, were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I will definitely use their services again!!

Was getting a sewer line inspection prior to buying a house and they were extremely responsive. I called to schedule on a Thursday afternoon and had the inspection done on Friday afternoon. Not only did they conduct an extremely thorough line inspection but went out of their way to notice other possible issues. I would recommend Drain Medic 10/10 times.

They came out within the hour. Prior to unclogging the drain and snaking the lines, they made sure to check the septic system as we’ve had a lot of rain lately and they didn’t want us to pay for a service which wasn’t going to solve our drainage problems. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us any service.If you can’t solve a clogged drain in 5 minutes, give them a call. You won’t regret it.

Drain Medic was a life saver. I had raw sewage backed up through the basement toilet and shower and a nightmare to say the least. I called them around 12:00 in the afternoon and they scheduled a 3-5 window for me that very same day. They came at about 3:30 and gave me a heads up call about 45 minutes out. They were incredibly professional and personable and gave me some pointers (certain drain fluids, water level sensor for shower floor in case of high water) on general maintenance to prevent any further issues. Needless to say, they resolved the problem pretty quickly and everything is draining better than it ever has. I would recommend to anyone in the area and will definitely be using them again.

Had a badly clogged shower & tub drain in master bathroom. Luckily we have 2 full baths so could schedule remediation that worked best for our schedule. Drain Medic gave us date & time that worked for us, called & updated us during the time window to reassure their arrival and give better time when arriving.When they came in I went over what I had figured out, where I expected the clog to be. They took all the info in and said it was likely one clog, they would snake down one drain, and the fee would be their normal, one snake drain clog clearing (rates of various service on-line). They came in and snaked the clog clear, and picked up any and all mess it created. They even tried to wash down the crud that had back-washed into the shower, which was due to the clog, and not their cleaning. I told them that was considerate to do, but it was late in the day and they didnt need to do my cleaning! :)I also asked them a ton of questions about drain pipe pitch, should it be modified, how to treat the drain to prevent further clogs. They listened and answered all my questions, and simply recommended monthly treatment, and that a repiping wouldnt likely solve the issue as the clogging occurs at the turns in the pipe, and those could not be eliminated.I appreciated their effective, fast, and clean resolution, as well as their attendance to my questions.What surprised me is that there was three people when they arrived -- a bit overwhelming, but they do so in case one person has to run to different ends of the pipe, while others snake it. Makes the resolution time a minimum, not wasted on one person going back n forth, or yelling back and forth, etc.So, great service, fast, and clean. Worth every dime spent.

Drain Medic was referred to us after many unsuccessful attempts at uncloging our toilet and bathtub drain. We tried using a 75ft and 100ft snake and neither worked. We called Drain Medic and they were here within two hours. They were very professional and thorough and were successful in unclogging our drains! After they completed the job, they put back together our toilet and made sure to clean up before they left. They also provided parts for our toilet that were previously broken. Such great service and will be calling them again, if needed.

These two folks are LIFESAVERS!!! Clogged kitchen drain and had Heritage Plumbing come to fix this. They couldnt (but they did try) and then charged us $225 for their time on site - and did I mention they didnt fix it?? BUT Bob and Shelly from Drain Medic came the next day, asked the RIGHT QUESTIONS (like where are the clean out valves?? We didnt know but together the 4 of us found them) and had the drain unplugged in 20 minutes. WOW!!! Heritage was talking about the possibility of having the break open walls to get to the pipes....YIKES!!! You need help, call Drain Medit (who was half the price of Heritage) and they will fix your drain problem.

Shelly and Scott came out when I called them for a clogged main pipe that caused my downstairs toilet to flood my basement. I called at 8am and at 11:30 they were in my house clearing the clog, 1 hour later and I was all set! They even recommended a drain cleaner to prevent the problem in the future and recommended a plumber to fix an unrelated toilet flange. Price was reasonable and they were very nice people. Would definitely call them again though I hope I dont have to!

The professional assigned to my problem took note of my situation and arrived incredibly fast after consultation. I contacted Drain Medic 911 because of a drain blockage and also to determine if our sewer pipe of in good shape. Shelly Silva found the problem in minutes and then proceeded to video tape the sever pipe and was very professional throughout the entire visit. She told me that our very old pipe was in good shape. I reserve 5-star reviews for excellence. Drain Medic is responsive, communicative, reliable, competent, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They gave us the right advice and emailed the video documentation that convinced the City that they had to underwrite the cost of replacing the connecting pipe, a project that would have cost us thousands privately.We used someone else last year who overcharged us, screwed things up, and never provided the kind of assistance that would have prevented a second damaging sewer backup into our basement.Bob is a true professional.

After several frustrating weeks of trying to clear a clog in our very slow draining sink and tub we knew it was time to call in the professionals. With a recommendation from a friend, we called Drain-Medic. We thought that we might be out of Drain-Medic’s service area as they are in Nashua and we are metro-west Boston but Bob said they service our area and would be happy to come down. Bob came in listened to our tale of woe and proceeded to diagnose and fix our problem. No wonder we could not conquer this problem on our own. It was a huge clog! One of the biggest he has ever seen (and definitely the biggest we have seen). Hooray for Drain-Medic! We found their quality service very affordable and Bob was a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the results and will call Drain-Medic for any of our plumbing issues. Thanks Drain-Medic!
