Our hot water heater died the Friday before Thanksgiving, and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. We had never used Ferris before, but we have a neighbor who drives one of their trucks, so we were familiar with the name and Googled reviews. What former customers had to say was very positive, so we gave them a call. The response to our call was quick and professional so we scheduled an appointment first thing for the following Monday morning.The installation went without a hitch, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. We did have a couple of questions afterward about the warrantee, and again, Matt was very responsive and clearly communicated what we needed to know.We are very happy with Ferris’ response time, professionalism, as well as the hot water heater; we will most certainly be repeat customers and call on them again for any future plumbing issue that may arise.

Ferris saved me when my water heater died. Quick service and a fair price. Very happy with the knowledgeable, professional plumbers who removed and disposed of the old unit. Then installed and tested the new water heater and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They even did a great job cleaning up afterward. Well done!

The tech was on time, neat and clean in appearance, courteous, and respected our wishes to walk the long way around the garage to avoid tracking mud, snow, salt, and sand through our kitchen. Those little personal details matter. Once completed with split system startup, he explained how the equipment worked and how to maintain it.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of request. Ferris Plumbing started our huge job the following week. Replacement boiler and water heater. They even secured interest free financing for 10 months for us! Couldn’t recommend Ferris Plumbing more! Before and after pictures below.

We had a pipe break in the wall behind our washer and called several plumbers. Ferris plumbing was the only one able to get to us today. Matt was kind enough to pull one of his technicians and get him over to my place within the hour. It turned out to be more complicated than they had anticipated but Justin was very professional and worked through it competently and got our issue resolved in a couple of hours. I highly recommend this business and thank them for working us in!

Ferris Plumbing is awesome! I just moved to NH 2 months ago and dontt know any businesses here at all. I Googled plumbers in my area and picked Ferris Plumbing because of all the good reviews I saw. Matt Ferris is so professional, responsive and helpful. Wanted a new toilet, all i did was tell Matt what I didnt like about the one in my new condo on Tuesday, he made a suggestion and I had a great new toilet installed by 8:30 Friday morning. Justin came to install, he was so nice and did an excellent job. I felt bad for him because he had to walk all the way through the parking garage, take the elevator to my 3rd floor condo and then all the way down the hallway to my unit. I said Im sorry for the long walk, he said dont worry about that, its what we do. He mopped my bathroom floor spotless when he was done too! So glad I have a great new plumber, dont hesitate to call them!!

We had a problem with air noises in our pressure tank. I called late in the day. Matt answered the phone. Set us up with a technician for the next day. He arrived on time. Was able to assess the issue. He consulted with another expert to confirm. We were able to set up the repair for the next day. We would highly recommend Ferris!

Matt responded quickly to our request to add a filtration system to our home and did an excellent job. We ended up replacing our hot water heating system, as well, with Matt. He and his team did an excellent job on the installation. Matt took the time to explain what he was going to do, what he did and how we should maintain the new systems. He and his team are professional, easy to talk to and super responsive. It was a pleasant experience. We would recommend him anytime!

Another great service by Ferris! We had a new Bosch Furnace installed and we are very pleased with the job. Shane (the tech) was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. We feel Matt and his crew go above and beyond and they care about their work. The techs are friendly and respectful. I also like the fact that Ferris has younger men working with the seasoned techs to learn the trade- which is great to see! We got a quote from another company as well but decided again to use Ferris HVAC for the job. Thanks again Matt!

Matt and his team were great. Our HVAC decided to call it quits.Matts team diagnosed the problem, gave multiple options to repair. We chose to replace and he was out 3 days later to do the job. Responsive, on time, clean and very fair pricing. We were a big fan of getting texts when his team was on the way. No 4 hour windows that you sometimes find with service providers. We would highly recommend Matt and his Company.

We woke up this morning to a leak in our basement furnace room. I called it in and after discussing the issue, they were able to get us on the schedule and had someone out to the house within a few hours. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He had the leak repaired beautifully in no time, and took the time to explain to me what had happened and why. He also helped identify a couple of other areas with similar weaknesses so that we can decide what to do about them before they leak, too. We were very happy with the entire experience and will be calling them again the next time we need work done!

Been looking for a new plumber as my current one is winding his business down. Called Ferris based on recommendations from others. Needed to replace some corroded copper that was beginning to leak. Ferris scheduled me within a day or two and sent Nick to do the work. Nick was professional, personable, and made the repairs in under an hour. Very satisfied with the work and will definitely consider using Ferris in the future. I thought the cost of the job was higher than expected, but I have no basis for comparison as I haven’t needed to use a bigger plumbing company in awhile.
