THE GAS CONNECTION LLC.Id like to take this opportunity to thank the Gas Connection. I called them this morning because my Central Air Conditioner was blowing warm air. They fixed my air conditioner. I live in Manchester and they came from Nashua. From start to finish was under 2 hours, that includes travel time. From our first phone call to the completion of the job, The Gas Connection folks were such a pleasure. Tracy, Dave, Trevor and Jason were professional and answered all our questions. They handled everything from checking on our warranty to ordering the necessary part to bringing back our A/C unit from near death to a unit that will serve us for many more years. A special shout out to Jason who fixed our air conditioner today in 95°heat. We would recommend The Gas Connection without reservation.

Gas Connection came right away to fix my furnace, Jason figured out what the problem was and noticed another issue with a gasket needing to be replaced. My furnace runs so much better and shuts off like it suppose with no problems. He also replaced the thermostat. Jason took the time to explain the problem and did a awesome job.Highly recommend them for sure.

The Gas Connection located in Nashua installed a new 2400 btu ductless mini split ac/heat pump in my home . There installers where courteous , neat , prompt , professional and knowledgeable . I do have to add tolerant as I am a tradesman who likes things his way and found it hard to stay out of the way . These guys are great and do a fantastic job . I cant wait to have a quite summer without window ACs . I have given there name to many friends .family member and my own customers as they have been a proven name in the local business community .

Had this company come out and replace the central.a.c. unit. Price was great , Dave was super nice and informative the entire process. On install day the 2 techs were punctual , very nice and informative , they did a great job cleaning up the job site after completion. This company installed our heating system years ago too. They will be my go to for all future heating /a.c repairs or needs.

We have been using gas connection for all our heating and air conditioning for the past three years. they have replaced our heating system, our air conditioner and this visit they replaced our hot water tank. We are very happy with this company and we will have them take care of all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Dave ,the owner, is very responsive and professional and has always been very helpful. The techs showed up on time and did a great job with the installation. When they were done, I couldnt even tell I had anyone working in my home. They cleaned everything up and put the furniture back in its proper place. The guys were friendly, polite, and very professional. Thank you guys for a great job! if anyone is looking for any heating or cooling needs, this is a wonderful company and they will take good care of you and give you a fair price

Gas Connection is absolutely the most responsive, professional, reliable, accommodating, and trustworthy company that I have ever dealt with!I was in the process of selling my home and, based on a home inspection, needed to have my furnace replaced. The day after coming in to assess my situation, they had my new furnace in place! Everyone that I dealt with at Gas Connection, from Tracy, to the owner (Dave), to the installers, Tim and Trevor, was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely kind! They all went out of their way to help me out during this process!I highly recommend this company and will be telling everyone I know about what a positive experience I had with them. They made the not so pleasant experience of replacing my furnace, into a very pleasant and positive one!Please make them your first call if you ever need an HVAC contractor!

Wow, we are so impressed with this company! We purchased our home last year, and have called them in for a couple of small issues with good results. This time, we found our older a/c unit was done and had to be replaced. It was a cooler week, and they were able to come look within a few days. We expected to wait a week and a half for installation, but there was a cancellation, and we were able to have it installed the next day, right before a heat wave! Jason is a terrific technician. Hes very professional, cheerful, helpful, comes exactly when expected. He wore shoe covers for the eval and put down drop cloths for the work without being asked. We had a problem with a drain line the next day, over the weekend, which couldnt handle the output from the new a/c unit. The owner came right over, fixed our problem immediately at no charge. Its such a gift to find a service company that does great work and can be trusted. Thank you!!

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with this company. I have been using the Gas Connection for over 10 years now, and they have always been prompt, professional and great to deal with. On more than one occasion they have stopped by at a moments notice to fix an errant HVAC system in the middle of winter. Dave (the owner) and Jason always take great care in diagnosing the issue and giving you the most effective solution. They never try and push unnecessary maintenance on you. Hands down the best HVAC company to work with in Nashua. We had a new top of the line Trane heater and A/C installed, couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and when they were done, they cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell they were there! Our house finally stays nice and warm, can’t wait to try out the new air conditioner! True professionals, they earned my business from here on out.

Gas boiler was in middle of being repaired by another service provider, who stiffed me, and it was December. Called the Gas Connection, not only did they take on the job, they assisted in every detail including financing. They even provided portable heaters until job was complete. Efficient, moved schedule around, helpful, provided suggestions for future care of new boiler etc. GREAT COMPANY!

When your hot water tank goes and your basement is full of water, it stinks!! The Gas Connection called me back right away and said they could come over the same day. Probably late afternoon...which I get because they are busy! Then at about 1:00, they call to say they can be there in about 20 minutes if that is ok.OK???? AWESOME!!! The came, were professional, way earlier than planned and did a fast, professional job. I was in a hot shower shortly thereafter. No hassles, just great prompt service from guys that have been in the business for decades. USE THEM. You will be glad you did!!

Dave went over the options with me - what has always stood out to me is their absolute honesty. No high pressure sales, and they even recommended that I could keep running some of my older HVAC components for a few more years. His crew of Tim and Trevor did a phenomenal job of replacing the old furnace and left the area cleaner than it had been when they walked in :-). I recently had my furnace replaced and added central air conditioning to my home. The Gas Connection was awesome! The owner Dave came out and gave me a full rundown on options and a complete picture of the costs. The crew came out within a week and completed the install in 2 days. The did a great professional job. I started using the Gas Connection about 15 years ago and have been very happy with them. I used other big name companies in the past and always felt like I was getting hosed. Not with these guys.
