A. Fagundes Plumbing and Heating did a terrific job replacing my heating system when my 35 YO System 2000 failed. From start to finish - evaluating repair options, determining new system requirements, quoted several options, not hassling me about getting competitive quotes, and rip and replace the system was less than a week. They left the place cleaner than they found it and I have a reliable heating system for many years to come. Professional, clean and polite - Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic company to do business with from beginning to end. They were able to accommodate what I needed in their schedule . I have a tight schedule during the week, but they were able to fit me in and set up a time for free quote. Al is the owner and actually came down, he gave me a quote. The techs that did the job were very professional, they took their time to explain, what they would be doing. The day of the job, happened to be really muddy, from all the rain we had. To my surprise Ryan and Brett had drop walk cloths that were placed on the floor, so not to get them dirty along with plastic booties that they put over their shoes (like scrubs) There wasn’t a single box or anything left behind CLEAN CLEAN!!The most important thing is the problem was fixed and happy to say I definitely would do business with them again.Ready for summer with nice COLD AIRA. I received top notch service. From the moment I called to the end of the actual service completed, I was treated with respect and every member of the team was super helpful. I thought my situation was much worse then what it turned out to be but the woman who took my call took my concerns seriously and booked me an appointment for the next day in the late afternoon. When they had a cancelation for the morning of the next day, she called me and offered me the earlier appointment because she knew I was worried. I appreciated that so much.The next day when the plumber showed up, he was kind, courteous and respectful of my property. He was friendly and was patient in answering all of my questions. He listened attentively to my description of the problem and then checked everything thoroughly. Thankfully the problem was a lot simpler then I thought and he resolved it very quickly. He even took the time to explain how I could have thought the way I did about the problem.The problem was resolved quickly and the cost for the visit/repair was reasonable. I would use them again.I feel bad because I am terrible at remembering names, because the two folks from this company that I worked with were excellent and I wish I could call them out specifically. Overall, I would not hesitate to call them again.

I have used A. Fagundes for plumbing needs for years. Recently, I have needed them for heating & AC issues. The technicians who provided repairs have been extremely professional, informative and knowledgeable. I had to make the decision to replace my furnace and AC unit and the entire team were so helpful in the whole process! I am happy to say, the technician(Ed) contacted Bobby who came right over to help with the next steps. The crew had the job done in 1 day and were great! Thank you to Brian, Andreas and crew! They have done our whole home HVAC and water, including a heater system for our pool and the level of service is second to none. Every technician has been professional and highly capable, as well as personable. I don’t have many providers I have full trust in, they might be the only one!

I used Fagundes to install my Lennox condensing unit last year. Ryan was my installer. He was awesome. He communicated with me through the whole project and left my home meticulous when he left. They warrantee their installs for two years and that even includes labor. I highly recommend!!! he will not find a more responsive, plumber or HVAC company!
