My generator was well installed and I’m happy with the end result. I had an issue a year out and they were very on top of coming out and fixing it and the crew stayed until 10 PM trying to make things look perfect.

I received a routine maintenance visit, second for the year, from the Rack technician, whose name I forgot. The explained everything in detail and conducted a thorough inspection that included loss of power. It had rained a lot and the tech apologized for getting mud in my garage! I’ve been pleased with Rack to date, much better than Energized Electric.Note: I would have included the technician’s name in this review but it was not on the invoice I received. Rack may want to put it on the invoice.

My first annual generator service since Rack Electric took over. Rene the dispatcher for service was great and the technician Daveon was an awesome young man. After finishing the service he when through the power test with me personally and also had to replace a part that he fully explained and showed me the issue. Very friendly and professional.

I received a text advising that my generator required service. I called the Company and they promptly made an appointment for a technician to perform the service. The technician was polite and appeared to be knowledgeable. My only comment is that it was only later that I learned that he recommended a surge protector. I learned that from an email with the cost.In general, the Company has been very responsive.

Rack electric has been very good at keeping up with maintenance calls and customer service has been always a priority. No one is perfect but at least they acknowledge if something is wrong and takes all steps necessary to fix it.

Alex , the technician, alerted me with a phone call and his arrival time.. He was right on time and went right to work , my husband was available to direct him to the generator . He was very polite and efficient . He pointed out thar we needed to trim the shrubbery around the generator for easier access. He was here for over a hour and everything was running smoothly . Alex suggested we should invest in a new battery as our unit is 2 years old, ww purchased a battery. Thank you for continuing the One Stop / Rack Electric. great business model.

Rack Electric has the professional service and attitude we needed here in South Florida. We’ve had our whole house generator for over a decade. Our service from Rack was fast and complete, done right the first time. Jordon was our tech when our Generator was not working at all before the Hurricane warnings were just beginning. The red light indicator on the side was all lit up showing problems. The problem was detailed but he fixed it and showed me what was wrong and the faulty part before he started work. Jordan fixed it quickly and had all the parts required on hand. He cleaned up and tested the unit and gave me a couple tips so the unit would last longer. The generator now cycles perfectly each week at the specific time. Rack is the most cost effective and a true leader in their field.
