    These are the most conscientious, dedicated thorough workers that I have ever seen! David and Juan were absolutely fantastic and would not leave until the job was completely done even though it was way past suppertime. So kind, considerate, and friendly. I will always ask for them if I need any help with my fantastic generator. When hurricane Helene came and the electric went out, I was so happy to have my generator turn on automatically and run until the power came back on. There’s nothing like peace of mind. Do your family a favor and purchase one!

    The company is very organized and have the process for installation perfected. The salesperson had all information on my property when he came to talk to me. He explained everything needed to be done for the installation. Another company I spoke toHad me run all over for the plot plan. Always On downloaded it from the website before he came to my home for the meeting.The in house team organizing the different departments, to bring everything together for the scheduling and installation, were excellent and very professional.The installers and team sent to inspect were all great to work with. I would gladly recommend this company

    Always On Generator just completed (9/24)an install of a full house 26kw generator. From start to finish - every step of the process - the office and field staff followed up on every detail to make the process flow without a hitch. They dealt with the county for the permits, the electric company and took me through the approval process with the Homeowners Group in my development.It was not a simple install because it involved digging up parts of my driveway and along the side of my house - 130 in total. Dug up and replaced like it never happened.The installation crew took great pride in their work.I learned that installing a generator is more complex than I realized and I am so glad I hired Alway On to do the job. They are a quality first class company.

    We had an appt set up for “Always On” to fix a fault and do routine maintenance on our Generac. As it turns out, we lost power so they came sooner. Fixed a mfg defect and did extensive maintenance on the generator. Friendly, explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it, super professional and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

    We have had a Generac generator since 2009. It worked until it was flooded after Ian. We decided to use Always on Generators for our new one. They did not disappoint. EXCELLENT customer service! Communication was good. We had some problems with the electrical and then the actual installation, which were promptly addressed. No excuses. Overall, just a well-run company with an excellent product!

    Always On just finished a 32 kw liquid cooled installation for me in Pelican Bay. Wonderful guys doing the install, including one of the owners, Eric. Workmanship was first class as was all correspondence and followup. Highly recommend this company.

From the first contact, to the initial site visit....all the quote documents, planning & scheduling, installation and follow up training....every interaction with William, Kim, Kat, Courtney and Dustin and his team were timely, professional and first rate. The installation was clean and everything looks great. They are a reliable company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a generator to their home.

    If I could give more than five stars I would. From start to finish every person I came in contact with was nice, professional, very knowledgeable, and prompt. I am thrilled we chose Always On!! The initial reason was because they do both the tank and generator install and even if I got a response from just tank, it was weeks or not at all from the generator and vice versa with other companies. We have an interesting plot of land and the team came up with a brilliant solution to get us all connected when other companies said we could not do it. Having moved here from the north, we have found service to be lacking and unreliable, but not William and his team. Just the opposite and clearly take pride in what they do. They were very patient too when our HOA messed up paperwork and after having an install date ended up delayed for quite sometime. Once finally reapproved, Always On were here about a month later and this was after a major hurricane to install everything. Installation was a breeze and I was well educated on all aspects of the system. Tested it several times to be sure we got everything we wanted running on generator power. I will sing their praises (and already have) to ANYONE who asks for a recommendation for this kind of service. Thank you for being a bright light of professionalism in an otherwise difficult- to-get-good-service area.

    I am very pleased with the installation of our generator. They did a very good job and with as little disruption as possible. Thier technicians were neat and knowledgeable of the product. They handled everything from paperwork for HOA approval to providing final paperwork and permit completion. Five stars all around!!!

    Always on Generators did a great job installing my 26kw standby generator and a buried 500lb propane tank. Quick, efficient, and professional. Alex came out yesterday to give me a tutorial on how to use and troubleshoot my generator in case of a power outage. Very informative and when we performed a simulated power outage, my home was back up and running in 15 seconds! Very impressive. Can’t recommend enough.

    Always On Generator has been outstanding from the initial presentation by William Hawkins, the owner of the company, to the final information session for homeowners. On the day of the final load test and electrical permit inspection, all went perfectly. Dustin, a mechanical engineer and electrician, reviewed the generator operation in great detail. He was professional and very informative—a great teacher. My compliments to him. Hats off to the office staff as well. I particularly want to mention Trishia, office manager. Her skill in juggling the schedules and our multiple requests has been outstanding. She demonstrates a 5-star rating for customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with her during the process from contract to completion.After comparing three companies, we selected Always On for our Generac whole house generator based on the recommendations of our neighbors and the company’s competitive price. If our example is typical, Always On doesn’t need to spend money advertising for new customers. Satisfied customers are the best and most reliable form of advertising.
