We have been pleased with Naples Generator. After the hurricane we had issues with our generator and they came and fixed it right away.Every week we get a check up call telling us that our generator passed its weekly test to confirm the generator is still functioning. This is a great idea and this is how we found out we had an issue. They came and fixed it for us pretty quickly.

If I could give Naples Generator more stars I would. I have used them for years for Maintenance and Monitoring and when it was time to replace my generator Steve was so helpful in presenting all my options. The process of application and permitting went smoothly and all was done on the time frame he anticipated. The installation of the new generator and removal of the old one was completed in one, very hot, day. The guys that did the work were pleasant, professional and extremely hard workers. They also did an excellent job cleaning up everything afterwards. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the whole process and final product.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. The original install was seamless and their remote monitoring service has assured that I was up and running through Irma and now Ian. I’ve know others who did not have ongoing monitoring and preventive maintenence, only to find that when they needed the power their generator wasn’t able to come on line. Communication and follow up service is outstanding, as well.

I had a problem after my generator was switched off when our electricity went back on. I texted Steve, the owner today and he texted me back and we tried to get it started. But, there still seems to be a problem with the battery, perhaps. It does start so in case of electricity going out, I can manually start it. Steve said he would have a tech out in the next few days to see what is going on. I wanted to wait to give them a chance to get to people who didn’t have electricity since I am fine. I certainly did enjoy having the generator for power after our electricity went out. The repairs will be covered under my maintenance agreement so there will be no charge to me. I recommend Naples Generator for your generator needs.

After sitting through (Hurricane) Irma with no power for 12 days, we decided to take the plunge and go big. We entertained 5 generator estimates, the last one being Naples Generator. All estimates were within the same price range, some more, some less, but all within the same number. Then we thought about workmanship. We wanted the whole job from start to finish. Some estimators had us getting permits. Others had us calling the gas company. Some had us going for surveys. Then we had Naples Generator! They took care of it all. From the fair and honest estimate, permits and surveys, contacting the gas company, having the tank delivered & installed, and inspected, along with the generator itself and all that goes with it. Any and all inquiries from us were answered in a timely and professional fashion. While some of those other estimators may have come in a few hundred bucks less, we chose Naples Generator based on the whole package presentation, the fact that this is what they do for a living, (other companies did this and something else...like appliance repairs) and the confidence they gave us that they would stand behind their workmanship, with no questions asked. The team that showed up at our home for numerous days was outstanding. Polite, neat, and approachable. I wish all companies that I have dealt with over the years practiced such work ethics at these guys. We are so glad that we chose quality over quantity, as far as the estimators were concerned. We had no idea what to expect, as how many times does one install a whole home generator? If we ever have to do it again.........I know who Im gonna call. Naples Generator! And remember folks......Real Homes Dont Black Out!

Naples Generator Installed a monitoring system for our generator last year and we were away for the summer. Naples Generator was alerted by our monitoring system that it did not perform its weekly test run. They came out and changed out the part failed. We have complete Confidence in our generator that’s to Naples Generator’s service.

Fantastic company and product. When we bought our 3,000 square ft. house in 2012 we had Naples Generator supply, install and contract to maintain a whole house Generac generator. For 5 years we never needed it except for a few times, for a few seconds when the power went out for more than 30 seconds Every week the generator tested itself and every year the Generator was maintained by Naples Generator who have a computer link up with the generator to make sure all is always well. A few hours after Hurricane Irma hit and the power went out, I started to count to 30 in my head. When I got to 32, my heart sank and I thought it didnt come on, and I wasted all that money!. As soon as I thought that--the power came on and stayed on uninterrupted for the three days it took to get power back! You cannot imagine, if you have never been through this--how incredible it was to have a working generator during this experience. Trust me--you will not want to live in Florida without the peace of mind of having this. Its just as much the aftermath of the storm you need to prepare for--and Naples Generator really came through for me over the long term. Congratulations guys--well done and thank you!!!

I highly recommend Naples Generator if you are considering Having a whole house generator installed. They organize everything and clearly explain what they are going to do. In less than a month, they completed the installation of a 24KW Generac generator, a 500 gallon propane tank, and the transfer switch and connection to my house wiring. They also had the tank filled as part of the installation. They may not have been the absolute cheapest, but with Naples Generator you don’t have to chase them or worry about when they’re going to finish the job! Naples Generator is highly professional, and I am very pleased that I chose them.

I can’t thank Mr Theriault enough for his prompt response to my needs. I didn’t want to take a chance of no power again during the 2020 hurricane season.
