Ryan was an expert electrician and he went above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose and fix an issue with my pool controller, as well as installing some new light switches. Cool Today installed a new air conditioner for our condo this past spring. Their initial estimate and project proposal was competitive and well developed. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to answer questions about the process of selecting and installing a new conditioner. Their office personnel helped us satisfy our HOAs requirements in a timely fashion and the actual installation was completed right on schedule. The technician did a very professional job with the actual installation and we are very pleased how everything is working. Cool Todays trained staff continues to provide ongoing support. I have no complaints and highly recommend them as a service provider. Great job!

Summer is here and as luck would have it my air condition started malfunctioning .I quickly got into resolution mode and was set up with Cool Today,Robert B was my service technician.He came out on a Sunday ,was professional , he even wore a shoe cover in my home.Anyway he made a diagnosis and repaired my AC .I could not have asked got a better service person and a better cleaner job.He also taught us what to look for and when to call if there is a problem .I would definitely recommend Mr Robert B and this company (Cool Today) to anyone who is reading this page, or to anyone seeking AC service.If and when my unit decides to misbehave again it will be cool Today. The services went as planned. The technician Jovanie had excellent customer communication and demonstrated knowing and explaining the work being done. He was able to answer any of my inquiries and took photos of all that he assessed. This allowed me to see images which later on may require repair. Telephone customer service was also great and answered all of my questions before and after the visit. I will certainly use them for future services.

Our AC unit shut down Saturday night, called and got right through to the company. Scheduled a service appointment for Sunday morning.Technician showed up as promised, even had a text message when he was on his way. I was very pleased with the technician that did a yearly inspection on my airconditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and serviced it with proficiency. I had a new fan motor installed 2-years ago and he pointed out that the motor was not wired the right way. It was sucking air down through the unit rather than blowing it out through the top grill causing the system to overheat and not operate properly. He graciously took 5-minutes to reverse the wire connections on the motor and it is now working correctly. I have had three service inspections since the motor was installed, and not one of the other companies discovered that the fan motor was operating incorrectly. Good work Cool Today and Ill be sure to use you for all my future inspections.

A.c was not working, company arrived same day and fixed issue. About an hour later it turned off and stopped working. Called back and technician arrive 2 hours later to fix it. Turns out it was a separated issue. Yumarasy stayed to fix the issue even though the sun had already set and it was dark outside. He gave me the impression that he likes to help people and is understanding of people’s situations.

Highly Recommend!!! I signed up for a promotional special with Cool Today for an HVAC check-up. A technician showed up and then promptly left, stating he had an emergency call to get to. Emergencies happen, I know, but was a little annoyed he gave me recourse. I called Cool Today and asked them to dispatch another technician. They were courteous and helpful and sent a technician right away. This second technician, Jeff, was a doll! Upon arrival, this young man apologized on behalf of Cool Today for the inconvenience. He was patient with all my questions and explained my issues in a way I could understand. He was respectful, taking off his shoes, without being asked, to enter my home. His expertise helped me make some decisions regarding upgrades to my system. Thank you Jeff and Cool Today.

I could not be happier with the customer service of Cool Today. I was having a problem with my AC and went to Home Depot to get some supplies to unclog my drain line. I ran into Adam with Cool Today as they had a booth at Home Depot. He made a call and got a tech out to my house within 2 hours. The tech came out and addressed the issue and had my air up and running in no time. I also signed up for the maintenance agreement to prevent this type of thing from happening again. I cannot recommend this company more! Living in Florida, I get the issues with the heat. Our ductwork in the attic was completely disintegrated and leaking into my insulation and drywall to the point I lost 2 big sections of my ceiling. They came out the very next morning to quote my job and put me on the schedule the next day and completed the job within a day. The crew inside my home were very sweet and respectful. Near the end of the job I lost another section of my ceiling and they stayed after to help me temporarily patch up the hole and helped me clean up the mess. This company went so far above and beyond for this 8 month emotional pregnant women and I am so thankful I didn’t have to go long without AC in our home. On 15 MAY 24 I was experiencing some serious problems with my A/C unit. It was 7:00 PM and I didnt know who to contact. I started searching through some of my home magazines and Cool Today caught my eye. I called the number and was very surprised that a Customer Service Tech answered the phone. I gave him a brief description of the problem and he would check the schedule to see if a tech was available. I was shocked being it was in the evening. We had a another talk and decided it was better to schedule the service for the next day. What a relief getting a tech scheduled for the next morning. What was also impressive was the fact that I immediately received an e-mail confirming my scheduled service call for the next day 16 MAY 24. The next day, I received additional correspondence informing me that the tech was on his way to my home. Then I received a text form the tech informing me he would be at my home in 30 minutes....Now, this is outstanding Customer Service and I was impressed. When the tech got to my home checked out the A/C unit and the explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable, professional and I would have to thing a asset to Cool Today. After this outstanding experience, I signed up to become a client!!!!

So glad I found this company. While shopping at Home Depot for another project I was approached by one of the in-store appointment people. I usually like to research companies first but was also getting quotes on new duct work so I decided what the heck and set an appointment.Nevin arrived on time and gave me a great quote on the new duct work. He instilled confidence in the company knowing their work is fully backed by their comfort guarantee and flexible financing terms.A couple days later my system stopped working completely so I set a repair appointment via their website and had a tech out that afternoon. He discovered the previous tech from another company had installed a used capacitor on my AC unit and attached it to the housing with foam tape. It had fallen and shorted the breaker - extremely dangerous!The tech had it replaced with a brand new capacitor properly attached to the AC and my home cooling back down within 30 minutes. Will be seeking a refund from the original company and going with Cool Today for my AC work from now on.Pictures are of the previous capacitor - unbelieveable!

Provided me with a detailed explanation and quote...actually examined what I currently had to determine what I needed. Set up installation quickly (which is great when you have no air). Didnt rush to install which is a good thing since I want it put in correctly and to last. And the 24 months provided by Home Depot is fabulous. Did the maintenance plan....the 1st visit they only worked on outside and the unit in the ceiling tends to get clogged a lot so it would have been nice to have that done....they did provide coupons for the next purchase to make up with this....did make it clear that it is hard to communicate when there is a language issue...the 2nd maintenance was better...I explained that I seemed to have clogging issues upstairs so he cleaned it out and said that the drain was clear- he cleaned it by mixing 2 cleaners.

Cool Today’s A/C Tech, Anthony, responded to our home and did a wonderful job fixing our A/C thru troubleshooting and taking the time to explain everything…he filled our freon, replaced our air filter, cleared the drain pipe, and found the leak in our evaporater coil which is why he had to fill the freon. The only bad thing is how expensive the repair is so make sure you sign up for their maintenance plan…we did. Overall it was a great experience and Anthony did a great job.Thanks again Cool Today!!!

He didnt sound like a scummy sales person. He was honest and followed the company standard presentation with his own relaxed techniques. He was not pushy or annoying. He stayed consistent with follow up but was not annoying. I received numerous quotes and did not expect to use a company Hone Depot promoted. I do hope the installation process is just as good. I will write a separate review on that experience.
