Robert at Gen Service did a great job! He was professional and did quality work. It was frustrating looking for a company to service my generator on a timely basis that knew what they were doing. I had an error code 1207 on my Generac Generator and the red light was on. I was worried that something was seriously wrong since I felt the previous maintenance person did a poor job. I called around and some other companies either couldn’t come out or wouldn’t return my calls. Quality service is in short supply these days. Robert at Gen Service answered my call and was out the next day. He showed up on time with all the proper tools and equipment and immediately went to work. He is very experienced in what he does and it shows. He answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. He also charged a fair price for all the work he did and provided options going forward. I look forward to doing business with him and his company for years to come. I recommend that you do too.

Rob, is truly amazing and makes sures the job is done right and correctly. I had to call Rob after Ian hit, which I felt bad about as I knew he was going to be slammed. Rob answered the phone, and i explained to him the couple of issues going on, and Rob took the time to talk me through it. Thanks to Robs help we got the generator running smoother. Rob still do show up the following day, just to check in on us, and give it a little tune up. I highly recommend this company Rob! He is honest, hardworking, and very fairly priced. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service I received from Rob and Gen Service!
