    Amazing company. Austin addressed and fixed a rather serious gas leak at my house caused by a flooring staple. He was out on site in less than 3 hours. He identified the leak quickly and replaced section of damaged gas line. Totally professional and highly competent at his job.Kayla services all of my ac/furnaces and recently installed new thermostats and sensors. She knows more than any hvac tech I’ve spoken to…ever. Your employees are top notch. I’ve never experienced this level of service from hvac/plumbing company. You can’t go wrong with Wickstrom. Just call them.

    It was such a pleasure working with Farris. He was accommodating in explaining what was going on and why. I appreciated that he put up with my dog barking at him occasionally and his understanding of me working from home and not bothering me during my calls. However, I must admit the best part was that he brought his little welcome mat and orange booties. The mat, especially, was the best! I would recommend Farris’s top-notch service to anyone needing a plumber.

    Our overall experience was good. The prompt response was greatly appreciated. Bo’s initial assessment was informative and complete. He spend additional time explaining every detail. He quickly obtained an estimate and we agreed toHave the work done. Wickstrom kept us apprised of their date of completion the repairs. Initially we were concerned that Bo want going to perform the work, but we were relieved when visiting the job site and Garrett was there. Garrett briefed Ronn on the work and some changes to plumbing reroute and also presented on option for the filter location. He answered my questions and we agreed on what to do. Bo provided before pictures and Garrett provided after pictures. We are very pleased with both of them and would recommend Wickstrom Plumbing to anyone we encounter who may need a plumber.Thank you also to Brandon.

    A different plumbing company installed new faucets and put them in backward and in addition dropped a screw in a pipe. We called Cole at Wickstrom Plumbing and he came out and immediately was able to find the problem and fix it for us. We will never do business with anyone, but Wickstrom from now on. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

    The entire experience from scheduling was seamless: Professional, courteous and accommodating.On appointment day, Farris called ahead as his first appointment was completed early. He was willing to reschedule to later to accommodate me still being at work anticipating afternoon timeframe.At my residence Farris was friendly, courteous and informative: he answered questions as to possible causes and left me with preventive measures for consideration.Farris were shoe covers and ensured no mess occurred on my floor, under sink and left behind by his equipment.The whole experience was a positive one not necessarily due to the final result (although important) but more to the professional interactions with the two aforementioned employees (sorry I cannot recall the scheduler’s—very enthusiastic and courteous).I will definitely refer friends & family and call for future service calls (HVAC as well hoping for similar technicians and customer service).Much appreciation,Pat B

    I had a bathroom and kitchen drain draining slowly. Farris was the technician sent to diagnose and fix the problems. He was knowledgeable and efficient, fixing both in a short period of time. He was conscientious and polite, using a mat at my door and booties over his shoes. Farris was extremely friendly with great advice for maintenance and problem avoidance. I will use Wickstrom again for future plumbing needs.

    Farris came on the same day I called with a mysterious gurgling sound that seemed to be coming randomly from the washing machine. He figured out that it was the water heaters condensation hose emptying into the same drain shared by the washing machines drain hose. Farris was great at explaining and listening. We would be happy to have if we have an actual problem.

    I called because of a leaking HVAC unit. They were able to come out right away. Not only was there a water leak also CO2 was high enough they needed to shut off the gas. Awesome people, great service and will continue to use Wickstrom whenever I am in need of plumbing or air/heat issues again.

    Richard and Cole got here quickly. They assessed what needled to be done and gave me a bid. My house is 120 years old, so as I expected, they ran into some unique issues. Cole explained what needed ro be done to fix the problem correctly. They left to get parts, came back in about 1/2 hour, and had my issues resolved in a couple hours. Both Richard and Cole were very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to call Wickstroms in the future.

    It was easy getting the appointment for service and the project completed. I called Wickstrom to have an outside hose bib replaced. The original bib was installed on my house in 1976. Office staff Roechelle quickly set up the appointment and on the day I selected, the plumber, Cotton, arrived in the selected time period after texting saying he was on his way. Cotton was thorough in the information provided and after two times ( once to inspect before and once after bib install), I have a new and more modern outside hose bib on my hose. Thanks Wickstrom!

    Andrew and Ron were out for 3 days working on the plumbing problems and getting them all fixed. They did an accident job. As usual they were professionals they know what they were talking about they had no problems with my asking questions, they showed me what they were doing, took pictures and showed them to me. They were perfect gentleman and even worked with me on the fact that I had to leave at a certain time to pick my son up from his job. I would definitely recommend wickstrom plumbing.

    Had a really great experience with the guys at Wickstorm!Back around Christmas we opened our water bill and it was double what it usually is. Called the city and they said you probably have a broken pipe in your yard to the house. Our landlord called Wickstorm and scheduled a leak detect.Chance showed up to do the leak detect and was super awesome and professional! Made sure to test everything and make sure nothing in the house is leaking. Turns out the toilets do have a small leak but Chance was great to clean up the water. The larger problem is the pipe in the yard,Couple days later Kody & Max show up with the Excavator! Kody was so chill about my girls watching him dig in the yard. He went out of his way to show me how to shut the main water line valve off. The job was quick and Kody made sure I got the right photos Incase this ever happens again. Seriously cant speak highly enough! My only complaint was that the scheduler messed up pretty bad and said someone was going to show up and they didnt. My husband took vacation to make sure he was home. We weren’t too happy when no one showed. Thanks Kody, Chance and Max for a job well done! Thank you for also considering our neighbors! You guys are so amazing!

Lastly, Chris did and excellent job installing a new toilet flange into our old cast iron system. Overall, their work work was neat and efficient and we are thankful for their services.

    On the advice of my son, I called Wickstrom Plumbing to do the work of switching from a septic system to city sewer. Max walked me through the scope of the work, clearly explaining the process and patiently answering all my questions. He figured out the most cost-effective route for the pipe and made an extra effort to schedule me for the next work day. He and Kody did an excellent job of removing sod before digging the trench and assured me they would make the yard look as good as new when they were done. Max and Kody did the bulk of the work with occasional help from Chance and Ferris. All the workers were friendly and polite and, most importantly, trustworthy. I have already recommended Wickstrom to several friends.Max and Kody went above and beyond. They replaced the sod, taking care to tamp it down so it was level with the rest of the grass. Part of the trench went through a gravel driveway and they replaced the old gravel with new. It looks better than it did before. They even removed an old tree stump in the gravel area.I recommend signing up for Wickstrom’s Maintenance Plan. It offers great benefits along with good discounts for repairs and installations.

    Our HVAC had fozen over and wasnt blowing out any cold air in this 100+ degree heat while we were out of town. When we returned, my husband had called the company that was listed on our HVAC unit. When they didnt show on time, I called Wickstrom Plumbing Heating, & Cooling. I spoke with Rochelle who was kind, helpful, and empathetic of our situation and was able to get a service tech out within 30 minutes. Our technician Kayla was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and nice. She was able to repair the problem and gave me some reccomendations on how to keep my system running smoothly.     Wickstrom has always done an excellent job for us since 2005. We had new furnace installed today by Evan and Kaden who did a very professional job. There was a problem with a part and they called in Kevin who was here quickly problem diagnosed and fixed on ac unit at no additional charge. The way these young men work shows customer service is alive and well. (All on a Saturday none the less)

    Max Anderson and Ferris Lind both did amazing work and in a timely fashion.However, the prices were extremely high. Before clearing my drain of debris, a Y Tee had to be installed, and I got a quote for $1400. I did it myself the next morning in 2 hours and spent $35 total at home depot. To me $700/hour is excessive.Additionally, the $99 promo for drain cleanings changed to $385 when they had to come back a second time (after I installed the Y Tee myself).Great and excellent work (hence the 4 star review), but oh boy does this company charge a pretty penny.

    Cole from Wickstrom Plumbing was patient, professional and kind and was absolutely great with the dogs too.The job was clearly explained before he began. After the job, everything was left clean. I have confidence in the work he did, not only because he mentioned he is a 10 year journeyman during conversation, but also because of his professionalism and clear way in which he quickly accessed, explained, and solved the problem.I’ve used other plumbers in the past on another leak I had in my home. There was a lot of language used like ‘possibly’, ‘probably work’, and ‘might be the issue’. 3 plumbers later it was finally fixed but I held no confidence in the work done and had a handyman check it again before he repaired the hole in the ceiling.This was certainly not the experience with Cole. The scheduling was also professional and organized.I will be using them again and the maintenance plan. The ability to find leaks in the early stages will make the low cost of the plumbing plan minor compared to repair cost when the leak has caused enough damage to be seen.Thank you Cole and Wickstrom!

    Farris with Wickstrom Plumbing came out today to take case of a “simple” backup. Is there anything such thing as a “simple” backup? This was not! Long story short, after snaking and using the camera on my sewer line, it was evident that the blockage was on the road side, so the city was called. I truly think any other plumber I’ve used in the past would have snaked my line, given me an invoice and been on their way. Not Farris, right from the start he detected that my toilet line was leaking into the crawl space and the subfloor was wet from the backup. . Yikes.. He pulled the toilet, snaked over 65 feet until it was determined the root blockage was on the city side. Used the camera to confirm, and assisted with my call to the city. Farris explained everything along the way so that I easily understood what was happening. He was incredibly personable and a joy to work with. I have already recommended Wickstrom to 3 of my neighbors and encouraged them to ask for Farris.

They gave options for what needs to be done to help the life of my furnace. I believe I spoke with Rochelle in the office as well, I might have gotten one of the other ladies too at some point. They were so helpful and understanding. I originally called just for information, they were so receptive and helpful. I did not feel pressured in any way to book with them.     Very Pleased....Garrett was very professional, careful and conscientious with the installation of a new dishwasher in our home.     Called Homeserve and they contracted the work to be done by Wickstrom. Wickstrom called almost immediately after the call to Homeserve and had opening 2 hours later! Sewer was clogged somewhere and they sent Farris out to repair. I have extreme anxiety and having to deal with repairmen is on the top of my list of anxieties. Not today, Farris was a very polite, funny, easy going guy which put me at ease. He was very thorough, quick and efficient. He found a leak in sewer from the clogged line as well and showed me video of it and also let me know how it looked under house (which he didnt have to do) I appreciated it. He took care of the clog, ran camera to see if something major was causing the problem and there wasnt anything major, just old pipes. He also took care of sending info back to office so they could get approval from Homeserve to do the repair as well. Wickstrom also schedule same day to have leaking sewer line repaired but, have to wait until sewer spill cleaned up first. So thankful to God for sending a very nice guy like Farris to do the work. Hopefully repair guy will be just as nice.

    Kyle did an amazing job getting us heat within 2 hours of calling Wickstrom. We have 4 little kids who could not go without a warm home with as cold as it’s been at night lately. He did a thorough job making sure that everything else was working properly as well. If we weren’t renting, we would have gotten the awesome maintenance package that Wickstrom offers. Every rental we’ve lived in has had something go wrong with the furnace no matter how old or new. A maintenance package will be a must for us when we purchase our home next year.     UPDATE: Nov. 2023I decided to take Wickstrom up on their maintenance plan, which absolutely saved me. During a routine draining of my water heater, two major leaks were spotted and diagnosed. Thank you to Chad for spotting that problem so quickly. After that experience, I immediately scheduled my furnace check! Just had Randy and Andy, two very courteous gentlemen who made the visit very pleasant and humorous, check the furnace out and gave me some additional upkeep advice. Same day, Broche came out to make the repairs on my water heater. Its obvious that Wickstrom has a focus on having employees with great customer service skills. He walked me through his repairs and got the work done quickly, and was so polite. I also want to mention how much I love their text notification system. I knew exactly who and when my service appointment was happening, including pictures of the employees for safety.----Nothing like the AC going out the first hot week of the summer! Wickstrom came to my rescue. Up front and transparent about costs and scheduling. They were nothing but polite and informative and stayed late at my house to get the job done.     The work done:Kyle M. came to my home to perform routine maintenance on my air conditioner. When he opened the panel on the furnace, the bottom was full of water and rust was present. He also found rusty holes in the drain system in the crawl space. We talked about replacing both the furnace and air conditioner, which were eighteen years old, and he contacted the office who sent Doug D. to meet with me the same day. Doug clearly explained my options and I chose to go with the simplest furnace and air conditioner. Evan and Jacob arrived the next day and installed the new furnace and air conditioner and made the needed repairs under the house. The next day, Randy and Andy from Wickstrom conducted a final inspection and the office arranged for a city inspection.The important stuff:All the employees I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. The sense I get is Wickstrom cares about its employees and customers. Doug even used all the coupons I had accumulated from Wickstrom to offset the cost. Customer service is excellent and the office communicates well. The technicians explain what needs to be done before beginning work and what has been done when the job is complete. Evan thoroughly explained what each new pipe and safeguard on the furnace was for, showed me how to change the air filter, and told me what to check in case of problems. Jacob explained how to program my new thermostat and took the time to program it for all seven days himself. Now that the job is complete, I have peace of mind knowing I have a good system, everything has been brought up to code, and I have a good company to rely on.

    We had Cory as our Technician today he did a awsome job. We have used Wickstrom several times for other jobs. We have moved and needed two toilets put in. We paid $ 199.00 per toilets from Lowes. When Cory came today he offered thier saving plan for thier jobs they perform. I told them no because they did the same thing when we first used them. Waste of money. So when he gave us the total before he did the toliet.It was going to be almost $ 1600.00. So by the time the job was done we paid $ 1330.00. For two toliets for a 2hr job. That comes out to $ 665.00 per toliet. Thats alot of money. There was no contact except by email/txt. We had also asked for our HVAC to be serviced it wasnt done. Per Cory that would have to be done by another team. Thank goodness we didnt have that done We would have hate to see what our bill would have been with that added. I would suggest not to use this company. Thier out for your money. Our two original technicians have since moved on. Thanks Cory for the awsone job.

    Ive had a service agreement with Wickstrom now for a little over a year, and theyve been great. I just had my annual furnace inspection last week, and Kyle was great. Very professional and thorough, he noticed some water on the ground in the crawl space. Two days later Chad came out and did a thorough inspection of the area and found that my bathtub drain has been leaking.     I had a fantastic experience with this company. First off, let me say Chance, Cody & the whole excavation team were awesome dudes, very professional and got the job done QUICK! My main line to the city was damaged and needed replacing. They had to remove sidewalk and excavate the asphalt and were able to get me reconnected to the city line in 1 day. You take toilets and showers for granted until you have to relive yourself at local gas stations and stores 3+ times a day. They were able to get the street filled and make it drivable by day 2.Im going to name drop here, we first called Roto Rooter. They quoted me $38k for the repair which seemed asinine. We checked with some others and finally Wickstrom came in the lowest at $14k, half the price of the competition. I was floored at the price difference, and in the end am happy that I chose them because they did a real bang up job. Even the lady in the office that I dropped my check off to took care of me quick and was very nice to chat with, I didnt catch her name. I will recommend Wickstrom to anybody and everybody that needs plumbing services.

    We just had an outstanding experience with the install of our new furnance. It started with a routine check-up for the furnance system by their tech`s Cody and Andy. They found an unsafe component in the system with a very detailed inspection. They also mentioned getting a second opion if we had any doubts or addition questions in their findings. Their sales person Doug, then explained all of our options for repair or replacement and set up an install for the next day and even offered alternative heat source for that evening. Install the next day by Evan and Jake was quick and clean, they reviewed operations and answered questions. They also set up an install inspection for their work, so evevything was double checked. Austin and Ben then came out and reviewed the install, double checked readings and ask if we had any questions. This experience was a great example from start to finish of outstanding, old fashion custom service which is hard to find these days!

    Yesterday morning, 12/20/22, I turned on the shower & went to pour a cup of coffee while waiting for hot water to reach the master bath. I was shocked to discover ice water!! Called Wickstrom Plumbing immediately and the technician responded on time. Carson was very professional and quickly determined the problem. He made the repairs in approx 3 hrs including testing to be sure all was well. That night, I ran water in the kitchen and discovered slow flow at the sink so I called to leave a message requesting a recheck today, 12/21/22. Carson contacted me midday when I got off work and he promptly determined the problem which was silt & debris that had flowed through the lines which is a common occurrence for the type of repairs he had to make.     My furnace totally went out in February and after calling the office I was told they would try to get someone out as soon as possible but it was pretty far into the day. However, it wasnt that long before I got a call that someone would be out that day to evaluate the problem. They were out sooner than I was told but my part was a specialty part and they had to order it from out of town so as the weekend was coming up, they left me a heater and would be back on Monday to fix the unit.     We are new members of the Wickstrom family. We are very pleased with every aspect of their services. We have had done the whole house plumbing inspection. The whole house HVAC inspection. The Furnace spring/winter inspection. We have had one plumbing repair. One furnace adjustment. We are having the new Halo water conditioner system installed and our old water softener removed on Wednesday 3/15/23. All this in less than 10 days! My bride and I have had multiple interactions with the office ladies and 3 different service techs. To date ALL have been VERY professional, yet personable.     We moved into a 100 year old house. We quickly became aware of all the plumbing issues. The first emergency visit Chris and his helper Doug came out, they got it that situation handled quickly and efficiently. We rescheduled to have them redo all of our down drains and main stack I believe (and a few other little projects) again Chris and his helper Carson were FANTASTIC. They got it all done today and helped straighten a lot of stuff out for us.     Have used Wickstrom a couple times now, this last round for the maintenance and cleaning of our furnace/AC system. Chris and Austin were on time, very professional, and very patient with the puppy we just adopted! :) The did the maintenance and suggested some additional work, a couple items I had them do and a couple I just did myself, but they were candid and upfront about costs and potential issues so I could make my decision and did so with no pressure. Last summer they came out to fix a clogged drain line that caused our AC to not cool in August! Both visits have been outstanding, nice to see and receive top notch service and repair.     This is the second major service I have had Wickstrom Plumbing Heating Cooling complete for me.Rachelle from the Main office has been extremely pleasant to work with, she understood my stress level was always calm and very helpful for me and my insurance claims adjuster.She had great internal communication with her team so that I could get help and answers if and when she was out of office.Her team associate Kayla also extremely pleasant had a few contacts by me and knew exactly what was going on and how to help and support me.At the onset, Beau came out to investigate my issue took his time worked tirelessly to find the Root of the problem, Pun intended.He discovered my sewer line was completely clogged by roots.I Reached out to Rachelle again and she as mentioned worked with myself and insurance to get my insurance claim started.Day 1 of my entire sewer line requiring replacement I had the pleasure of Max & Trent show up 3 consecutive days to perform this enormous task replacing 90 feet of sewer line.They waisted no time represented Wickstrom plumbing as if they were the owners.For the next 3 days of snow falling rain mix and frigid temperatures Max and Trent pushed through to complete the service and every evening they made a temporary service connection to allow my wife and I the ability to use water for all things necessary.It would be unethical to poach Max & Trent for hire where I am employed, but if these two men ever needed employment they would be welcomed with open arms.Max Trent Rachelle and Kayla, Wickstrom Plumbing is extremely blessed to have you all on their team.Last but not least Garrett Wickstrom went above to help me and came by to Thank us for the repeat business and insure all concerns were taken care of.I will always know who to call when I need a Plumbing Heating and Cooling service.Warm Regards,Dan & Loretta J.
