    Last week we had a plumbing issue in our kitchen. We contacted Expressed Plumbing and Heating and they were fantastic from the first call. They sent out Andrew Perucca who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his service and recommend him and Express Plumbing for helping us after Thanksgiving.

    Nolan was dispatched to my home to examine two plumbing situations, unrelated,. He arrived on time, and it was discovered that he was a very pleasant young man that knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. We went through the options and secured the necessary financial assistance to be relieved of these plumbing issues. He worked quickly and efficiently and I was very impressed with everything about him. I would recommend Express Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. My second time to use this company and they do not disappoint.

    We were lucky that Express was the company that answered our call to help. I am naturally weary of companies, however, Express did not disappoint. Todd was the first technician out to my home and he set a high standard for the rest of the company to meet. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient. Quite a few times I forgot this was a business transaction as it felt as if I was visiting with a friend. I warned Todd, the rest of the people I encounter better be cool like you. Especially since we needed to replace our whole system. Enter Ryan, he meets us on a Saturday morning, where we have a rambunctious toddler running amuck. Again, another friend seemed to enter our home. He was equally kind, knowledgeable and patient. Then comes install day, for full transparency, a reschedule was required (1 day delay) which was no big deal as the main office contacted us in advance to keep us informed. The gals over there are also lovely. Over the 2 day install, Rickey, Stetson, Derek and Jamie all spent some time at the house. Any interaction had with them was pleasant. They worked around me as I work from home. They were courteous and communicative. I felt bad for the technicians, as they were stuck at our house until at least 7:30 PM the first night and 8:30PM the second night. They were apologetic but still maintained their professionalism and never changed to a negative attitude, despite the long hours. I appreciate the entire team at Express, we were taken care of timely, thoroughly and with a smile the whole way through, which is more uncommon than I’d like to acknowledge these days. In one of my conversations with Ryan, he said the whole company as a team will work together to take care of their customers and I’m grateful that we got to experience this sentiment in action.

    Just want to say that Todd M with Express Plumbing, Heating and Air was outstanding. He made a quick and honest assessment of the job. He even pointed out past work done by other contractors that needed to be fixed. He was very professional and an all around nice guy! He even negotiated with his boss on the price since I am a disabled veteran! What a great asset for the company and the customer! I highly recommend him and Express Plumbing, Heating and Air!!!!!

    I called Express Plumbing Heating & Air yesterday reference a leaking hot water heater. Dylan Arteaga arrived earlier today and quickly discovered the issue and repaired it. She was super nice and very professional. Fingers crossed that we will get a few more years out of the hot water heater. The scheduler (Aisha) was also super nice and accommodating.

    Had an issue with clogged drains in our kitchen and bathroom. Nolan from Express Plumbing Heating Air arrived and took care of both drains. He showed me what was blocking them. Great job! Friendly and knew his stuff. Will use there service in the future if needed.

Phone staff courteous and added us to Saturday work order between noon and 5:00pm same day. At 1:30ish technician called ahead and arrived shortly and introduced himself, pulled on shoe covers and got right to work.Clean, professional, very courteous and efficiently solved the problem.I would recommend Nolan, and Keith, and this company.

    Good work. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I will say because of my emergency, I had them replace the water heater. Sadly, I did contact the installation company of my water heater after talking to the builder of my home. Just after a quick phone call, Prime Plumbing said they could do it for about half the cost. In an emergency situation, I read the reviews of Express Plumbing, and with the good rating, I went with them. They do good work from what I can tell, but it is on the expensive side. But I do want to say they do have very friendly and knowledgeable workers.

    Tyler was great. He would go into detail about the installation process, of which we had several, and explained how the RO system works and what is required from us to maintain the system. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When there were problems with some other installations we had done. He always consulted us before continuing. When the shower plate was a little small he gave us the option of trying to dap the gap or to buy a larger plate. Of course we opted for the larger plate and he took the time to pick it up for us so that he could finish the installation on the same day.We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

    Carson and Simon did an awesome job with a new sink, water filter system, faucet and dishwasher installation all in one! The whole team was so professional and communicated the arrival times and estimated completion timelines and I felt that they truly valued my time. I didn’t need to wait around for them to arrive, they told me well ahead of time. Carson kept me informed along the way and went above and beyond my expectations. Simon fixed an issue he saw that could have been a big problem down the line in my crawl space at no extra charge, what a huge service! They worked as a team and were so smart to coordinate with the countertop installers to ensure my faucet placement and handles functioned properly! They pointed out the spacing was a little tight and gave me options to fix it, saving me from finding out the hard way! Carson had a great attitude when the job turned out to be much more work than I anticipated and I appreciated them sending and extra person to still get it done quickly. His attitude and kindness made me feel confident they would take care of my home and keep my family safe! Really appreciate the teamwork and how they deliver the best service so smoothly!

    Its a long review, but this was a large job, and this company is so great to work with.We had our water heater leak out onto the raised box and through the wall into out master closet. The employee that came to assess the situation was on the ball and gave us clear information on what would be needed while making room for our desires, and budget. He was honest and listened to what we wanted.We had planned on an entire new HVAC and water heating system replacement anyways, and got the whole package through Express Plumbing Heating and Air in Nampa. The company was very flexible with options for replacement units, and payment financing.Every employee that came into our home was respectful and communicative with us. We had so much going on with remediation workers, dogs and work that they had to repeat themselves more than a few times. They did so happily. They had to work around other companies that were here, and were the better company to deal with. They were very patient with the fact that they had to wait on the other company to access our crawl space.(The remediation company was trying to steal their work, too, when Express recommended them to us :I S.M.H. )Elyse, one of the HVAC team, was a hard worker and very respectful of our home. She communicated with us well and was patient and apologetic when we had to get by, or walk through her workspace. I was trying hard not to be in THEIR way... so I really appreciated the level of respect we received from her and the rest of the crew.This team had a new AC unit, furnace, tank-less water heater and water softener system installed, plus a fix of a sewage drain pipe, all done in less than a day and a half. There was obvious emphasis on doing the job right, and within code. These guys, and gal, went above and beyond, got the job done quickly and left things cleaner than they were when they arrived....we highly recommend Express Plumbing Heating & Air.

He then walked me through each detail of the system report, patiently answering all my questions and being upfront when he didn’t have a precise answer.     Highly recommended, especially if you are in a time squeeze. We had a problem with water backing up on Saturday evening and we didn’t know where the problem was at. The company sent Riley Clark within 2h and after a thorough discussion on what we observed so far as well as his own investigation, he managed to identify the problem and fixed it very fast. Very professional and easy to work with. Price provided upfront, no hidden cost.

    I called at 5am due to our heat being out. Without any delay I had someone pick up cheerfully and said they would dispatch someone. Keith showed up and was such a huge help getting our heat back up and running! Such amazing service and response times!

    Had new counter tops and sinks installed in the kitchen and baths. New faucets, water lines and drains I did myself no big deal, of course none of the plumbing matched up but I did get two of the bath sinks working out of four. I gave up on the two other bath sinks and the kitchen. Called Express Plumbing midday on Friday and said they could send someone out that afternoon. Daylan showed up later that afternoon and I pointed out my issues. It took her about 15 minutes to do the kitchen and another 30 minutes to do the other two bath sinks and to check my work. Daylan was professional, friendly, fast and on time.Four stars only because Express charged $80.00 at the time of the appointment for someone to come out. Once the job was completed the service charged should have been put towards the total cost of the job.

    Kevin came out to my house I have listed to do an inspection on our septic system for the new buyers. Not only did he make the buyers happy with a thorough inspection but he did discover something pertinent to its operation. As the seller, I wanted it paid for and done ASAP so I didnt lose my contract. Kevin came right back out the next day to replace the piece and split up the invoice between myself and the buyer (totally awesome being able to do that!) The poor guy was in a full monkey suit climbing down into the depths of poop hell and I APPLAUDE HIM!!! I could never!!! Inside the house, he used a scrubber with an extension to thoroughly clean the inside exhaust tube.He did a really thorough job, and he’s very knowledgeable and very nice man. Highly recommended!

    As always, Express has done an amazing job. On Feb 2, my CO2 alarm went off and after the fire department came out and determine it was our furnace, we had Express come out and see what they could do. Stephen came out and found it was a cracked coil. Since our furnace was 20+ years old anyway we decided to go with a new one. Ryan came out the next day and we went with a package deal with a furnace, tankless water heater, air ionizer, and AC. They were even able to fit us in on Monday. Monday morning came and Tony, Don, Dave, and Morgan got to work. Ryan had initially estimated that it might take 2 days but they were done by late afternoon. I was nothing short of impressed. They were all very professional, courteous, clean, and friendly. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.     Called express as I had a leaking pipe from my water heater to the expansion tank , which was caused by the hard water we have in Nampa and also the fact that the builder ( Pioneer Homes ) allowed a contractor to use galvanized steel which easil corrodes after 2 years with hard water. The gal who anwsered was pleasant , caring and very easy to deal with and she was able to get a tech out on the same day. Simon showed up and was very easy to deal with he demonstrated professionalism, understanding , courtesy, and knlowledge! He diagnosed the problems and explained everything to me and proceeded to make the repairs in a timely fashion , I am a retired Vet and appreciate Simons honesty and the fact that he looked me in the eyes when he talked to me and demonstrated integrity which is a hard quality to find these days ! He actually went above and beyond and took care of a few things most wouldn’t have, cleaned up after himself.     Levi came to look at my AC after another repair company looked at my system and said its just getting old and prob should replace. With out a thorough inspection.Levi did a complete inspection and found an issue with the thing in the back yard. He worked on it for about an hour and now works great again.     Very nice and professional. I decided to just have my septic pumped out after these guys took care of my neighbor who had a septic problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Randy pumped our septic out and was great in explaining the system and it’s condition. Of course I will call them again if needed.     Express has three different types of scheduling and I chose the on-call option (which includes a free service call!). For this option, you must be available within 30 minutes any time between 8-5. My technician (Todd M.) showed up within 2 hours of the scheduling and the 30 minute notification text had his picture and credentials and he also called. Very professional. My technician found no leaks and wrote a detailed notation on the invoice which I was able to relay to the home inspector expediently. I received A+++ service from Todd and Express Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

    Pumped and inspected septic system, the technician Brendan was friendly, articulate, and efficient. He was cleanly dressed and spoke knowledgeably about our system. He gave good advice and was detailed in his explanation of what he found. Service was scheduled for 1pm, using their online scheduling tool, very convenient and quick. The office called to let me know they were available early if I wanted to move my appointment up. I did and the technician arrived 10 min later. The office staff was also friendly and professional on the phone and was very clear and thorough with making sure of what I needed. The price was competitive with what I paid previously for the same service from another large company in our area. From start to finish this was an excellent experience and I will gladly call them again for any plumbing needs.

    I had Robert Logan out to perform maintenance and cleaning of my septic tank and he was great! He was very helpful and shared lots of great information about my system and did a great job! Hard to get decent customer service these days, much less great customer service. I was very impressed with how good the experience was. Would definitely use this company again!

    Levi with Express Plumbing Heating & Air is absolutely fantastic! He was on time, thoughtful, and respectful. He took time diagnosing the problem and explained everything. He even took the time to help put on an air duct cover that painters had forgotten to put back on. I can’t recommend Levi and this company enough.

    Thank you Express!!Our water heater is only 2 years old- Brand new CB home- installed by Shilo Plumbing- Woke up at 3 am to our garage flooded- Expansion Tank issue causing water to pour out of the TP valve- We called Shilo when they opened - not the best customer service by Amber she really didnt seem to care. $140 to get a Tech out 11-4pm. At this time it was 8am and weve poured out 10 additional gallons of water since waking up at 3am- water is still flowing out of the valve. Its freezing outside.. so I dont want to turn it off. I dont know what to do at this point.. I called Express Plumbing and had the best experience... for half the cost a Tech was at our house by 9:30am.New TP Valve and Expansion Tank all done by 11am!I will only use Express moving forward- thank you again.* The Majamay Family *

    Todd was very knowledgeable and informed us of our options. He finished installing a sink in the laundry room so that we could get to shut off valves more efficiently. He installed a new garbage disposal and plumbing to better accommodate our new farm house sink. Very professional and efficient and got our kitchen sink ready to go quickly.     These people are a pleasure to do business with. They are available when needed, they take pride in what they do, from the receptionist to the repairman were awesome. We have had the pleasure of two separate service technicians come out, one for the HVAC system and one for plumbing. Both Travis and AJ were absolutely awesome! They thoroughly explained what they would do and insured I was satisfied with their service. Neither interaction felt like they were trying to sell me something unnecessary. They took their time explaining and fixing the issue, and did not make me feel rushed as a customer which is highly unusual these days. I will continue to call this company for anything that they are able to service.

    Miguel spent the afternoon diagnosing, and rewiring our AC unit that had been icing up. He replaced our thermostat, and stayed into the evening to make sure the job was complete, and all was working correctly. He was very friendly, and took the time to explain things. Everyone from the receptionist, the technician, to the general manager truly made me feel like a valued customer. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process.I had an overwhelming plumbing emergency, and I was fortunate to get technician Kyle Smith out to my place right away. I had a blocked sewer line that needed to be cleared and repaired immediately. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. Kyle was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to taking care of the issue at hand. I was not expecting to learn that our problem was more serious than I had initially thought, however it gave me peace of mind to know that I was in good hands with Express Plumbing.     Our 17 year old water heater died on a Tuesday afternoon. I called Express Plumbing at 8pm that evening after reading their positive reviews and was able to talk with a live person and schedule an appointment for the following morning. I received a text letting me know the appointment was confirmed, a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival and Cole showed up right on time. Cole quickly provided price options to replace the unit and had the new water heater installed by 2pm that day. He did a great job and we had hot water again in less then 24 hours. We had a great experience and I recommend Express Plumbing!
