Dillon plumbing did a great job from start to finish, I was especially happy that the estimator that came out was knowledgeable about what he was selling, it allowed for just one trip to get an accurate estimate. The plumbers did an excellent job in going over what they were going to be doing, what I should expect as far as demo work, and cleaning up their debris. From my first phone call in to schedule an estimate, to the final touches, they were professional, knowledgeable, and kept their prices fair.

Of all the companies we had bid us on a few jobs in our home, we were most impressed by Dillons team. During the initial visit, Mike was extremely thorough and went into depth on things that might go wrong during their work. He pointed out electrical violations that would cause us to fail inspection and discovered a leak within seconds of looking at our water heater, something no one else had noticed. Most of all, though, we appreciated how he interacted with our daughter. She constantly kept babbling at him for attention as we held her and it never phased him, he just kept smiling back at her. And when the bid came in well below Dillons competitors, we were blown away.At installation, Alex and Mike stayed in communication with us on progress, took care to keep our home clean, were very efficient and did such an amazing job. We really wish wed found Dillon sooner and theyll be our first call for future projects!

Had a seamless, stress free, experience with Dillons plumbing located in Nampa. I called them for a second estimate on some work. After careful inspection Dustin let me know the original determined issue was not the case at all. He gave me details of everything and pictures from the issue with the sewer pipe in the crawl space. He gave me every scenario that could occur since some of the original plumbing was from the 70s. Gave me reasonable quotes and did his job quick and clean. He endured my questions and concerns with grace and kindness. If we ever need any plumbing issues addressed in the future we will definitely call them. Also the office staff was super great and friendly! Felt like talking to a friend. I now feel confident we are in good shape with the plumbing. And I finally have cold water in my kitchen! ☺️

Ive known the new owner Brandon Wright for years. Hes always trying to provide the highest level of customer service!Well, now I can validate my praise because I was in need and called them.I highly recommend Dillon Plumbing to anybody who has any plumbing needs at all! I was going to have a new dishwasher installed, and the installer said they couldnt do it because a valve was leaking and corroded. I initially called my friends company, Brandon Wrights, to get a quote, but it seemed a little high. So, I reached out to another plumbing company, but their quote was even higher. I havent used a plumber for years and like everything, the costs have risen.The plumber who came by, named Dustin, was a young guy, but dont let that dissuade you because he did a fantastic job. He was very meticulous, from wearing booties when he entered to carefully placing his tools on the floor. He thoroughly scoped out everything for what seemed like a simple job, but he made sure it was done exactly right, which I appreciated.While they were there, I mentioned another plumbing issue, and Dustin advised me that it would be better to get a whole new toilet. He suggested I call them back to replace it, which would take care of the problem I had. I appreciate that theyre not just trying to sell you something you dont need but consult and recommend whats best for the homeowner.If youre looking for a plumber, I highly recommend Dillon Plumbing!

Water heater install. They were on time in the window time. They were quick and professional. From the quote to the finished process it was fast easy and professional. I will definitely use them again on a big project like this. I am very handy but some things just have to be done by a professional. This was one I’ve then upsizing a water heater is not for the faint of heart. They had to reroute the gas line. They tied back in to the furnace with ease Upgrade the flue, new pressure take, flex lines, and all the little bit and pieces are there that would take you all day back and forth to the store to get.
