I have to tell you how impressed I am with the high level of service our Technician Emmanuel provided. Our service was through our home warranty program so we have had several of the Big companies come out to do the minimum required service on our HVAC unit. Emmanuel noticed things that no other company did. He fixed and cleaned our unit while replacing a motor that went out. I am in the construction industry so I have exposure to almost every company in the Treasure Valley. I would rate my experience with Izzys as one of the Top up and coming companies out there. Kudos to Izzys for the excellent customer service. FIVE Stars...

The furnace in our rental broke down a few weeks ago. After getting no where with a couple different companies, Izzys Heating and Air was called in. The techs were very professional, but they let us know that because we have a hydronic furnace, the only person who could fix it would be Izzy himself. He was out of state, but the techs reached out to see when he would be home. Luckily he was back and visited us 2 days later. He was able to diagnose the problem, give solutions and fix it way faster than a previous company had us waiting to get the quote! Izzy was very kind, thorough, and professional! We are grateful he was able to fix the problem and did so in such a timely manner! I would highly recommend Izzy and his team to anyone!

I just want to give the most massive shout out to Izzys Service! The AC in our house had been out since Saturday and the temp inside the house reached about 90°. We called a fairly well known company in town and after waiting for 2 days they came out today and said there was nothing they could do to fix it right away and quoted us at about 4k. I called Izzys and the owner came out personally in about two hours, was so kind and helpful, and got it fixed and running by the time I got home from my meeting tonight. For a FRACTION of the cost the other company quoted us. On top of that he got us set up with a biannual check up plan to make sure the units are getting the maintenance they need and recommended a bunch of awesome people to help us with other things that need work around the house. Thank you so much Izzy’s!!! Definitely recommend to everyone ❤️

I’ve dealt with countless HVAC companies and technicians in my line of work and I’ve never really had an issue with any, however, Izzy’s stands leagues above the rest, far and away the best! We had them replace our furnace and ac last year and had a terrific experience, they are affordable, explain all options in great detail, with incredible communication and truly the nicest people. Their service plans are extremely affordable and allow you to let go of thinking of that maintenance because they’ll stay on top of it for you. However even if you aren’t enrolled in a plan (we weren’t at first) they are very quick to get to you. Their communication is truly stellar, they get back to you promptly, and stay in communication so you know exactly when to expect your technician. They are extremely thorough and detailed, they show you all the work they’ve done and what they’ve looked at, what to expect from your units, tips and good maintenance practices and are really just a delight to have in your home! I’m so appreciative of Izzy, Emmanuel and the whole team! Thank you for being a standout amongst a sea of “good enough”!

I cannot recommend Izzys service enough. 2:10 pm I go to my laundry room to switch my laundry and discover my water heater is pouring water out the tube. Im freaking out and call Izzys service at 2:21 pm. At 2:48 Tristan shows up at my door and gets the water turned off and diagnosis the problem. He headed out for another service call and Izzy calls my with prices soon after. At 4:09 Sam and Justin show up with the parts to fix my problem. By 4:55 the job is complete. Im blown away by how fast these guys turned me from feeling sheer panick to complete gratitude. Sam and Justin talked me through everything I needed to know and even noticed a small issue with my furnace that they fixed real quick. These guys exceded my expectations. I will never hesitate to call Izzys Service in the future. This is a great business and kindness was shown with every employee I dealt with. Its obvious they care about their customers and love their company. My only complaint is that google review only allows me to give five stars. You deserve so much more. He discovered an unexpected problem, explained was what needed, and initiated the warranty claim to get that additional work approved. Emmanuel was again our technician, and he performed the needed part replacement in a quick and competent manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Izzys for your A/C maintenance and service needs.

2 months ago, we found out we needed to replace our HVAC unit. My husband got 3 bids and met with all 3 companies. After meeting with Izzy, the owner, we were so impressed with his thorough explanation of the work they would be doing, that although they weren’t the cheapest, he was the most knowledgeable and seemed to have the most integrity. We felt he actually cared about doing a great job.After having the entire unit replaced, and a separate unit for the upstairs, which the other 2 companies never even mentioned, we went ahead and had them replace our water heater as well.The employees were awesome to work with. They were clean, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Izzy was here himself, everyday to look everything over and answer any questions we had.
