    Justin and the team were awesome and there for me in a pinch.     Riley was amazing! I had so many issues with my plumbing over the holidays, and my property management dragged the issue on for 3 weeks. Riley came out and was extremely sympathetic over such a terrible experience I had with my plumbing. He was passionate to get the issue solved fast as I have little ones in the house. He fixed my leaking shower AND my clogged kitchen sink in less than an hour. He explained exactly what the issue was in a way I could understand and gave me tips and tricks for any issues that may occur in the future. He also put in a request, on my behalf, to the property management to come fix the damages caused by my plumbing issues ASAP. Seriously could not have asked for a better technician to come out and assist me. Will definitely make sure when I buy a house with any plumbing issues these guys are the ones I call!     I’ve had the pleasure of calling on Jetstream Plumbing to do the work at my property and Boise’s Highlands on two occasions this year. I have to say that their professionalism is over the top, and their experience is obvious in the pride that they take in their workmanship. Their cruise show up on time, with big smiles, and tools in hand Leaving me with the feeling of complete confidence and the job being done per the quote and on time. Not only is there attention to detail immeasurable, the communication that the company has with the customer is over the top with Constant updates as to the progress of the job.     Jetstream Plumbing immediately responded to an emergency call when we had water leaking from the ceiling. All communication was speedy and professional.     Had my bathroom remodeled by another company. after 2 years im already having problems. so i went with jetstream and i was blown away. they fixed all the mistakes the other company made and i wish i had used them in the first place. friendly professional and didnt rip me off. you have plumming needs these are your guys.

    Wish I could give a 5 however I feel office staff needs training, I was told a tech would be out in an hour, it was three hours later. I was told I would receive an estimate over the weekend. I did not receive it until Monday evening. The tech who came out was friendly and worked quickly, he was unable to solve the issue, and I decided to go with another company for the above reasons and because the estimate I finally received from jetstream was three times more than anyone else

    The technicians were prompt, friendly and made sure that all my plumbing was put back together after having to disconnect and remove my powder bath fixtures so our wood floors could be refinished.     We were having some hot water issues due to our water heater being in an insulated garage, the owner Justin told my husband about the tankless water heaters that JetStream installs and explained all the benefits in detail. We decided to go for it and they had it installed in less than a week! Neither my Husband or I had ever experienced a tankless water heater and we never could have imagined how much better life would be with one! The water heats up in just seconds and never runs out!! To top it off our gas bill after the tankless water heater was installed was less than half of the previous month!! We are so happy and honestly just so impressed with the quality and service that JetStream provided! They even made sure to follow up and make sure we weren’t having any issues and that the system was working as expected. We now have better water, better hot water, and even better plumbing! If you’re looking for a plumber you can’t and won’t beat JetStream, they are truly better and faster!

    Jetstream plumbing is my new favorite service! Heroes, all the way around! We have tried several services, many water heaters and lots of money until Justin, the owner came and crawled under our house, teated, diagnosed, and talked with several water heater companies to help get our system working for us properly. Things hadn’t been plumbed correctly when built. We now have hot showers! So thrilled with the professional and honest team that worked on our home!     Charging extra $100 for every holes they cut on the dry wall is a pain. But cant figure out the issue after cutting the holes!!However, the owner and the admin from the office is very responsive and very good customer service. They have agreed not to charge for additional trip they came to my place and trying to identify the issue. I am happy with their service and curtesy they have. Strongly recommended Jetstream to everyone!!

    Great team, from the workers who came to the office staff who checked in. We had a shower remodel and the plumbing for that done. I asked for some additional work on our sprinkler shut off valve.
