    I was very impressed with the fact that I was able to have a much needed new water heater installed the same day that I called Pristine Plumbing.     I hired Pristine Plumbing to replace a leading line to an outdoor faucet, and then they identified multiple breaks in my main water line. Alex, the crew lead, was responsive, hardworking, communicative, and did a phenomenal job resolving the issue in a short period of time. The total price for the companys work was very fair and I was extremely impressed with their work and customer service. I will hire them again for my future plumbing needs.

    Repair was fast once they arrived. They did have to reschedule me for later in the day. Appt was 8-10am, the plumber arrived around 1pm. He did call at 10am to let me know that they were double booked. It seemed very expensive, but I honestly dont have another plumbing company to compare cost. I had an exterior hose spigot crack, I guess from freezing. The plumber was able to replace it with parts he had in his van. Took him about 10-15mins. Price was $379. He was professional and seemed knowledgeable. I havent used a plumber for awhile, so I guess I didnt realize the cost these days. Thats on me. I will do some research next time and just fix myself if its within my novice abilities.

    I got a new faucet for my kitchen sink. After watching some YouTube videos, I thought I could install it myself. I probably could have if my claustrophobia hadnt kicked in. I reached out to Pristine and we setup an appointment for a quote the following morning. Technician Alex arrived early and quoted me a good price so I had him do the work right then. He did an excellent job! He was friendly and courteous. He made sure every connection under the sink was tight and functioning properly. He found a valve in my RO system that was loose and he fixed it at no extra charge. I will definately be calling them in the future should the need arise. the faucet looks great and works great!

    This is to inform you of a Beautiful Install of a Kitchen Sink in my home today. Your Installer Keanu was very Professional and Polite, He answered all our Questions and did an Excellant Job on the Installation. He was very proficient & organized, He even got rid of the old sink and the Box the new sink came in (which was kind because I didnt have to be concerned with anything )..     Pristine Plumbing was fabulous. I texted them about a pipe leak in my crawlspace on a Friday night. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. I was sent a text message saying Kyle was on his way. Once he got here, he took a look, told me how much it would cost, and then repaired it.I cant comment on their pricing since I didnt shop around, but convenience outweighed any potential cost savings.Service was prompt, fast, and scheduling was so easy. Certainly wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

    I had problems with my water heater this morning and didn’t want the weekend to hit with additional charges. I contacted Pristine plumbing and they immediately set up an appointment for this afternoon. They were here within two hours, and we discussed the different options. They didn’t push to replace the entire water heater immediately, but shared with me, the options of repair, but of course, no guarantees. I chose to repair it, and they went and got the part and had it in quickly. It was an expense I did not anticipate for this week, but it could not have gone more smoothly. I will not hesitate to contact them again.

    Pristine plumbing are amazing. I had a couple companies come out and they were unsuccessful. Roto rooter, in particular, prior to services, had me sign a contract accepting a $250 charge whether or not the problem got resolved or not. I couldn’t believe it. I can understand half the price for coming out, but fully charged to have no success. Simply for them to put their auger equipment in for literally a few minutes. I reached out to pristine plumbing, and they were so helpful and truly cared to try. Alex had even asked if I needed help with some paneling I had to get around, when he was finished. I live in an RV. They came from out of town, and told me what I should do, an overnight treatment, and that did the job. They didn’t charge me a thing. They were a breath of fresh air, both in person, and over the phone. I will definitely be returning in the future, and referring them. Great team!! :)

    Taylen was awesome and able to take care of my water softener. I installed it myself with some issues as you may expect. I had another plumbing company come out and bandaid the issue that left me with a non working softener. Taylen diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to put in a system that won’t leak or cause issues down the road. He also fixed a clogged faucet and changed my shower head.

    I cant say enough good things about this business. We had a bathtub that was so stopped up, it had overflowed onto the floor (teenagers.) We tried drain cleaner and that helped to get it drained, but it was draining crazy slow. I semi-panicked because it is a TASK to get a company to come out in a timely manner and some of them charge way, way exorbitant prices for similar problems. Yes, we had tried already for a different problem. So this all happened on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and by Monday afternoon, Kyle had come out and had it fixed in nothing flat. Their prices are also extremely reasonable, so we hired them to come out the following Friday and install a whole-house water filter. It was a different guy that came, and I apologize that I cant remember his name, but he was also awesome. He had it hooked up and read to go in an hour and a half and they were both extremely pleasant people. I have FINALLY found my go-to plumbing company. Theyre reliable, responsive, and charge fairly. Its nice to have one less thing to panic about having to find someone to fix. I will also be having them do optional work updating things in my home in the future. Thank you, Pristine Plumbing!

    Met with the owner, Kyle, for a quote to replace my old hot water heater. After talking with him about the problems I was having with my old system, he listened to my concerns and put me completely at ease with the process.     Wow I am blown away by the service and professionalism from Kyle of Pristine Plumbing. He replaced our irrigation valves (previous company who did the sprinkler blowout broke our drain valve which was 4 feet underground!) Kyle was sincerely friendly and professional from the 1st call I placed. He showed up to inspect at the exact time he said he would. He then showed up to repair it and was not a minute late. His genuine amazing customer service and great quality work was very impressive. Kyle was extremely reliable and was responsive.     I am very happy with the service I received from Pristine Plumbing! They responded to my inquiry right away, and fit me into their schedule the next day. I had a really tough sink removal due to me putting epoxy on my countertop, but Kyle took extra time and effort to get it out. He replaced my dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. His rates were fair and reasonable, and he also helped me troubleshoot my hot water heater at no extra charge.

    Sent a request for quote on the web-site and was contacted immediately. Scheduled to come out to quote installing a wall box as a water source for our new fridge. The showed up on time and provided two alternative quotes within minutes. Both quotes were very fair. I chose which option I wanted, and they said they could perform the work right then if I wanted.     We had a pipe burst causing flooding while we were out of town and I did not know where the main turn off was to tell our house sitter. They came quickly and turned off the water to avoid further flooding and helped repair the broken pipe. I am so grateful for them. They were so helpful- it could have been so much worse but because they got there so quickly I avoided many more costs in repairs. They could have charged me so much more for the emergency visit but they did not. I will never use any other company.
