    I had initially called another plumber (Idaho plumbing solutions) to fix a backed up sewer line in our home. After two visits and three sewage floods in our home, they STILL didn’t fix the issue!!I found Cleanline Plumbing via Google and Mario came out the next day. He scoped the pipe, located the issue, broke up the clog, and explained why it happened in depth and showed me the video of our pipes. He also created another clean out location for easier access if the pipe becomes a problem again in the future. The entire encounter ended up costing me less than the others guys AND actually solved the issue.Mario has the professionalism, efficiency, and expertise you want in a Plumber. Call Cleanline and ask for him!!

    Mario came to our place in Middleton today and did a very thorough inspection of the plumbing and pipe problems we had, he provided a very cost effective estimate for the work, and in no time today Derek the plumbing technician came out and got to work right away. All the problems were fixed and Derek was very professional. He even noticed a leak on the hot water heater that was not even part of the repair and let me know which helped to prevent having an unexpected emergency in the near future.     As a business owner that has a business that operates seven days a week, I am so happy to have found Mario.     Mario is amazing. He is prompt, professional and very experienced. Today he and Miguel came and replaced my garbage disposal and coached me on how to ensure that my dishwasher works more efficiently and showed me how to clear a clog in the disposal.     Cleanline Plumbing employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. My water heater tank is in my closet behind walls and i had a leak in a water heater pipe that caused a lot of damage. Cleanline employees were able to be here that same day to fix the pipe. My water heater had to be temporarily moved into my closet, Mario came back Friday after a long busy day for to hook up temporary hookups so i could have water and heated water while my closet was being rebuilt. Mario and Ian came back today to hook up a new water heater. All employees have been great, very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Mario went above and beyond; excellent customer service. When I notice water accumulation I made an after hours service call and he arrived within the hour.     Justin was called out to find a mystery water leak that was causing damage to the wall and floor in the laundry room and kitchen. After a thorough investigation he found an A/C drain line behind the wall the dripping freely. Justin fixed the problem with honesty and integrity. It would have been easy to replace a bunch of stuff for hundreds of dollars and take advantage of a exhausted homeowner. Im so grateful that the mystery leak has finally been fixed after $18k in restoration to the home.     Cleanline Plumbing Solutions has amazing service and personnel!!!! Ive used them in the past and Im very pleased with them! The following is an example of their service. Near the last part of 2020 I had Cleanline Plumbing come out to repair a drip in my shower faucet I couldnt seem to repair myself. While they were here, we noticed one of my water heaters was leaking. It was a slow leak and had caused damage to the wood platform the heaters were sitting on. After further investigation and discussion, we determined our large family also needed a larger water softener. Im so grateful for the thorough work of Joe, Mario, Ricky, and Quick Restore!!! Not only were they able to remove my old heaters; coordinate repair of the platform through Quick Restore; and install the new water heaters AND water softener; but did it all over the Thanksgiving weekend!!! You were all exceptional in helping us get things fixed in as close to a one and done as was possible, especially over a holiday and very cold conditions. I greatly appreciated your attention to detail and extensive explanations to my questions!!! You all deserve a big fat bonus!!!!

    Called Justin at 4pm on a holiday about my water heater having no power. He came out the next morning and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!Justin from Cleanline Plumbing Solutions was subcontracted by my bathroom renovation flooring contracting to re-set a toilet in one of the bathrooms in the older home we had recently purchased and moved into.The call center was helpful (with good follow-up) in organizing a good time and day for Justin to perform the work, and he was exactly on-time and had the materials he needed to do the job. He did so efficiently and courtesy.In the process, it was clear to me how knowledgeable Justin was, and he allowed me to ask him multiple other questions about the plumbing in my home that were well outside of the scope of his work that day (re-set a toilet). We had an excellent conversation on the hybrid/heat-pump hot water heater that I had recently had installed (another contractor); whole home water filter system; circulation pump etc. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to share information and make recommendations.Because of his generously sharing information (rather than just performing the job and departing quickly), he was not only able to make me aware of the other services that Cleanline Plumbing provides (full service plumbing company), but also gain a future customer for the various other maintenance and reno needs that I will have in the near future.

    I cant rave about this company enough. My water heater went out the night before I was leaving for vacation. I called another company who I had been using for 4+ years and scheduled a service the first morning I was back. When that company failed to show up on time, gave me the run around and was very rude I called Justin at Cleanline Plumbing Solutions to see if I could have someone else come out because I was so frustrated with the other companys poor customer service. Not only did they come out the same day I was lucky enough that he had a tech nearby that he sent to me within 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes and my water heater had a new thermal-coupler and was heating water!!!! All before I even received a call back from the other company and for less money as well!!! Cleanline Plumbing Solutions will be the only company I call when my 10 year old water heater finally does poop out for good. Their customer service is AMAZING and their prices are fair. They just won a lifetime customer and Ill be singing their praises to every person that will listen.

    Had a clogged sink unable to be fixed with normal tools. Mike from Cleanline came in on a Saturday and got it fixed in a little over an hour. Excellent service and conversation, very professional. Arrived on time. Could not recommend more.

They came to our house immediately to give us a replacement bid, then kept us informed about what time they would be arriving to do the replacement that same day. Jim and Justin were both extremely helpful and polite. We were charged less then the original bid because the job turned out to be less complicated than anticipated.     We recently built a new home and had some issues with our water pressure and Mario from Cleanline came out and determined the pump was more than likely the problem. A few days later he called and said he had been thinking about our system and wanted to come and test it again, maybe there were other factors limiting the flow as well.     We needed plumbing work and picked this company because they were doing work down the street. Good choice as it was a pleasure to have them do our work. Jim Avajian was the plumber and he knew his trade. Plus he was on time and arrived when he said he would. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed our reverse osmosis filtration system, installed a new garbage disposal, and installed a new toilet for us all in less than 4 hours. He was clean and tidy and didnt even let our dogs bother him. In fact, they really liked him. We thought the charges were fair for such professional work.We will need a new hot water heater in a year or two and we will ask them to install and send Jim.

    I had a drain plug that kept sticking in my tub and could not open to drain water. For such a small thing I didn’t want to have to call a plumber.     What a great company. They fixed our pipe...we left the water on this last winter...and discovered a mess. Ray and Justin went under the house and fixed the problem in no time. They even updated the pipe and outdoor valve so they wouldn’t have to go under the house to fix a problem....like leaving the hose on for the winter. They were professional, respectful, efficient and gave us quality plumbing care. Ray even helped me with a problem with a two year old expensive faucet in the kitchen. And, Justin and I found the site where we have to turn off the water and on again. It was pretty buried. I won’t let that get so buried again, either.     We had a major water intrusion issue in our crawl space. Cleanline was recommended by our builder. Eddie immediately contacted us and made arrangements for having a sump pump installed. His communication by phone and text were excellent. Sump pump installation day was definitely a very labor intensive, dirty job and Eddie and Carl were awesome. They completed a 2 day job in only 1 day. We will definitely be using them if we have any other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

    You want brutal honesty, here we go. I’ve only lived in Idaho for three and a half years. I had a house fire at my sixth month and just recently had lightning burn down my barn destroying everything new I had purchased for my farm. That being said I have dealt with many different companies from construction, electrical and plumbing and I have to say that Mario from Cleanline Plumbing is not only a true professional but so thorough about his work I not only trust him as my plumber but also would trust him in references he would be willing to suggest in other home repairs, besides plumbing of course, that I may need in the future.     Short story, I was out of hot water for three days and Justin was able to come check my water heater and replace it in the same day!Long story, my husband was on a work trip.     No one likes to be startled by the blaring alarm the sump pump puts out when the system is malfunctioning and spewing the black water around.
