Garrett from Right Now Heating and Air was a really personable, kind, considerate and so compassionate when we were given bad news. He gave us different options and didn’t pressure us. He was quick and even though he came out for a maintenance call for our heat pump he stayed and worked until he figured out what was going on. Really great service! Oh, He was efficient and cleaned everything up and all that at the very end of the day! He really did feel like family and we trusted him. We love this company! The pink slippers 🤣😎!

He was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I fully understood what was going on. I had two dogs in the backyard who were initially unsure of him, but Garrett’s kindness and patience quickly put them at ease.When he discovered my water heater had a significant buildup of brown water (so gross!), he went above and beyond by carrying 10 gallons of water up and down my basement stairs to dispose of it outside. On top of that, he was so respectful of my home—putting on shoe covers every single time he came back inside (a huge plus for us since we don’t wear shoes indoors).Garrett’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care make him someone I can’t recommend highly enough. Chris did a great job very professional and I feel very honest, very pleased.update 10/20/24: Turned on furnace set to 71 overnight and woke this morning to house being 68 noticed heat pump on but furnace blower motor not running hmmmm kind of strange since there was no problem with this part as I was told and so I called this morning 2 times to reach after hours which was fine and was told I would get a call by 9am, well 1020am come and gone and no call so I called they had no info as to my call, so then I was told it would be between 11am and 2 pm before a tech would be here, now as Im sitting here typing this I just received a call they dont have enough techs and wont be here till tomorrow between 8 and 12 no priority to this matter at all, so just everyone knows this original service call was to do a 49.00 tune up and stated more than once I just wanted evaluation of my system which they did find a couple of things but not related to the fan motor, I would like a response no take that back a call from the owner asap as this is not acceptable.Update 10/21/24Jeff H showed up at my home and went right to work and figured out the tech that was here on 10/19/24 missed hooking up a wire correctly causing the blower not to work.Jeff fixed the problem and all is good, mistakes happen I get that but as of yesterday that was a wasted day with no real care for my system and I really feel that is not the way Right Now operates,Thank you again for being a stand up guy and listing to me vent Jeff.Rick K

It was fantastic working with him and we will continue to choose Right Now heating and air conditioning for our future needs!

I was out of town when my AC quits during 100 + degree days. Called Right Now on Tuesday and they came out to look at my AC the day after. Turns out my AC is 20 something years old and it would be a waste of money to fix it. Furnace was even older (30 years). So made the decision to replace both. The next day 2 techs came out in 100⁰ weather and got me my new furnace and AC installed at a great price. Im so happy with the techs, the repair guy who came out and made sure the salesman came out to see me even though it was late in the day so I could order a new furnace and AC. Ive worked with Right Now multiple times. They are great to work with, offer the best prices and every single person there goes above and beyond for the customer. Thank you!

Found my 30 year old water heater leaking on a Saturday morning and called,by 2PM a service man was here took a look and told me I would need a new one. With no pressure to buy from him. He showed me what he had to offer and answered any questions I had. I chose to do the 18 month no interest loan . By monday morning they were here and replaced it besides bringing it up to code with all the extras I didnt have such as shut off valve, drip tray,water alerm,exterior drains. They were polite, professional and clean.

This was our second experience with Right Now Heating and Air. Dean was our technician. Dean was very friendly, polite and respectful. He did a thorough inspection of our AC system and diagnosed the issue. He was quick and efficient.There was one issue, in that he arrived 90 minutes after our time window. He made no excuses and simply apologized. I received a call the next day from Sarah. She was quick to recognize that they had missed the mark (although to be fair, Boise is going through a ridiculous heat wave). She offered a savings on a future service without me asking.I recognize that things happen, but when a company reaches out like they did, it shows how much they respect their customers. I highly recommend this company.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I am extremely vulnerable medically and Jim was very thoughtful and kindly and wore a mask when he came in. Michael did not have a mask, so he worked on the things they needed to do outside. My previous AC was dying and only blowing very hot air. I do not handle excess heat well at all with my medical condtions. As early as possible during the installation process, Jim had the new AC running so it could start cooling my house down and make me more comfortable while they finished the installation. Right away it started making an obvious difference. Both Jim and Michael were very careful to clean everything up after themselves. Jim answered my questions. So thankful for their help!

The technician worked on my problem until he found the cause. (he needed to put dye in the refrigerant to find the leak). So it took more than one trip to find the leak.When he did find the leak, he told me where the leak was, then he gave me the information that I needed to fix the problem, and then to get me an appointment to fix the leak.He also, said that he had put more refrigerant in my unit so that I would not get hot while waiting fro my appointment. He told me that if my unit once again was having trouble keeping my home cool, that I could have someone come and put more refrigerant in my unit until the appointement to fix the problem was completed.

They told us the compressor and capacitor were bad and we should replace it for $10K. Right Now arrived, diagnosed it and found no issues with the compressor, confirmed the capacitor was pitted and scorched. Tech had the part, replaced it for less than $700. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job! In the future we’ll call Right Now first!

Our furnace went out on Saturday and this was the only company who responded. We were lucky they were available. This company and their employees are extremely thorough and do their work right. Mind you my old system was made in the 60s. They arrived and started work at 9 and were still here at 8 working on our system. They had run into a problem and rather than calling it a day they called 2 other installers and the service technician who all immediately came out. Unfortunately we did have to wait till the next day but by no fault of them. They got the system up and running the next day after doing some more pondering on it. My husband and I are very grateful to have been blessed with these people. Highly recommend them for work you may have. We are totally satisfied
