The review provided by Zachary Holt should be disregarded in the strongest possible terms. Mr. Holts remarks are a gross misrepresentation of the facts and conditions. The purpose of his review appears to be intended to do harm to the reputation of a very good business by misleading potential customers to believe that he was a customer who was dissatisfied with the services when in fact the work was contracted by this LLC.Mr. Holt and his partner were tenants at the triplex where extensive and major plumbing work and damage restoration within and below each unit was needed, partially due to negligence on the part of Mr. Holt and his partner.Communications to all tenants were coordinated by Rapid Restoration and the property management company. Unfortunately, throughout the course of the job it appeared that Mr. Holt was the only tenant who failed to pay attention or retain the information that was provided.As the customer we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Rapid Plumbing and Restoration. We have used the company on several occasions for our rental properties. In every instance we have been fully satisfied with the professionalism, quality, and timeliness of their work. Rapid Plumbing and Restoration is one of our Go To service providers in the Treasure Valley.

Dan was a professional during our bathroom remodel and took time to explain to me all the ins and outs of what he needed to do on this project. Will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to others, thanks Wayne Barber

Dan did an amazing job! We had the old polybutylene piping throughout the house and needed to get a repipe to pex. Dan ran all of the lines and added a manifold that allowed us to shut off parts of the house like a circuit breaker, and it turned out great! I would definitely use Rapid for any plumbing needs!

Dan went out of his way to finish the project that beat me! He even went shopping to replace the faucet I had that wouldnt work. His attention to detail and meticulous work was a pleasure.
