I decided not to go for extra quotes, the quote I got was reasonable and I felt confident in Prime Plumbing. Once I called, they were able to come out that week.     Prime Plumbing was simply a life safer! We have a newly constructed home on top of an old 1956 footer. The septic tank was at least a 1994 model, by the records. The rebuild was finally completed in 2006, thats when we purchased the new home. It had been 18 years till today that we FOUND the septic tank lid and pumped. Prime Plumbing found the lid from an old hand written map on file, and their top notch equipment zeroed in on the lid. The lid was 6 feet under ground. The tank was full to the top and ready to over flow, probably by Xmas time. What a relief!!! Helmut, the technician, was professional, polite and instructional as he showed us everything and every step. Theres enough crap in everyday life to deal with, an empty septic is one load of crap off my mind!

    Very pleased with their service. They showed up on time and completed the inspection and pump out of my septic tank in a timely matter. They provided me with the complete inspection results indicating I had no repairs that needed to be made. I also had them install a riser on top of the septic tank and they did that in a very efficient manner and finished it off nicely. I would recommend them and their employees who were both very personable and knowledgeable.

    Had a water heater go out week between Xmas and new years. Could’ve been a huge pain and time consuming process esp given holiday week. Gabriel Hernandez with Prime Plumbing came out and got the job done same day. We had hot water by dinner time and feel confident in our water system again! Would def recommend for professional and courteous behavior as well as great work and done fast! These guys are great. Even our dogs and cats liked Gabriel, and they’re a judgy pack :) Five stars and paws approved.

    We called Prime Plumbing to pump out our septic system, and they were able to come out the next day first thing in the morning. Helmut was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. After he completed the job, he suggested a riser to be placed on our septic system. He explained that it will be easier to access the top so we don’t have to dig it out each time we need to service it. This was a great suggestion which we will be moving forward with. Thank you Helmut for that great suggestion! We will be using Prime Plumbing moving forward. Fantastic customer service!

    AMAZING company. I called here at 8 pm because my light had gone out for my water heater. (The service manager) i believe his name was josh. He answered RIGHT away barely rang and he talked me through how to fix it and saved me a bunch of money for a simple fix.     I purchased both an RO and Water Softening system from Prime Plumbing and it was a great experience. Guy made sure that any of my questions were answered during installation and the company as a whole does a great job of communicating. He even threw in a new faucet installation (faucet purchased at Costco) for free which shows the type of customer service you can expect from them!

    Recently, we had a couple of leaks in our plumbing system. One was seeping human waste in the crawl space--yuk!! When Ponciano arrived, which was earlier than expected!--he listened to our issues, suited up and got right to work. He was in such good character with 25 years of experience. We felt very confident that our issues would be taken care of. While he was still at our house, the remediation folks found another leak. Ponciano quickly handled that for us as well.We have used three different plumbers in the past 5 years that either did not fix the issues properly, they did not find any issues to fix (even though they still existed after they left), or they overcharged from their quote. I do not need to call a different plumber for any future work. I believe we have found the right company now. Also, Cortney was the best person to be answering their phone! She was very calm and professional--and very sweet!!! Thanks so much Prime Plumbing!!!!!

    The best experience of any household upgrades I’ve ever had. Guy explained everything prior to install, and then walked me through what he’d done afterward. Highly recommend Prime Plumbing, and specifically Guy. If I ever have any plumbing issues I definitely will call and ask for Guy!!I had a small water leak due to the float being dislodged. Joshua the service manager and John came out and walked me through the problem and reset the water softener. Great service and prompt to my needs. Prime Plumbing is my go to pluming company!!

    Martin was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and understanding. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and help me really understand the root cause of my issues. He wasnt afraid to get down and dirty and go through the crawl space to identify issues (which has been a problem with others), so I felt relieved and like he truly understood my particular houses needs. With other plumbers I feel some distrust because it feels like Im being upsold or things are exaggerated, but I trust Martin completely and he will be my go-to for all future plumbing needs!

    I was having some HVAC issues that needed to be addressed and I really didnt want to have to call in a plumber to clear a clogged drain issue as well. But after trying everything I could think of I finally made the call to Prime Plumbing for help. John came out to assess my situation and gave me a quote. He mustve sensed my stress when I asked if they had any senior discounts available or any other discounts available and said he would call to find out. He came back with a lower quote. Needing it done I agreed to that amount. It wasnt an easy blockage to break and after attempting what would usually clear a clogged drain he said he could try pulling the toilet to run the snake thru there and hopefully that would get it. Unfortunately that would cost over twice the amount but after so much frustration I just wanted it to be done.After being there for hours John finally cleared the super stubborn obstruction and replaced the toilet, cleaned it all up and then he didnt even charge the extra $432 for all the extra work and time it took to complete the job!!!!!!! I was ecstatic! Thank you so much for your persistence and for all the work you did, John Berube! I REALLY appreciate it! And as Im hoping to not need to call for plumbing services in the near future but if and whenever I do Ill DEFINITELY BE CALLING PRIME PLUMBING AGAIN! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT PRIME!

    Thought my septic was full. Turned out to be a plugged mainline. Prime Plumbing had Helmut out to my house same day. He was polite and professional, talked me through what was going on, fixed the issue, and gave me an overall report of the current state of the system. Helmut mentioned they could add a riser so that I wouldn’t have to dig so far down to the opening in the future. The next day Jerry was out and had the riser installed and all the dirt backfilled in less than an hour. I will definitely use them for all my future needs.

    Recently we were experiencing an issue with one of our toilets and after exhausting every effort we knew on how to resolve the issue we realized we needed a professional. After some thought on which plumber to call, we decided with Prime even though we had always gone with another company for all our plumbing needs. I want to say we went with the correct choice. From my call to customer service to schedule the service call the representative I spoke with was courteous, professional, friendly and reassuring that we would be completely satisfied. She was absolutely correct. Curtis arrived as scheduled, greeted me professionally and pleasantly. We descended to the lower floor where the issue was, and he immediately began his diagnosis. Throughout his meticulous work to determine the problem he shared information on what he was doing every step of the way. Curtis is a definite asset to Prime Plumbing and his 30 years of experience were evident in finding and addressing our issue.     I called Prime Plumbing on the recommendation on a friend that had been dealing with a severe sewer problem for years that Prime had fixed for him. I called the office and got a very professional and detailed interaction. Communication about scheduling was top notch. They got out the same day (Friday 3-15-2024) that I called even though it wasn’t an emergency.Megan and Jerry were the technicians that came out to see about the problem. Absolutely professional and detailed about working the problem. Very respectful about the property. They got the problem taken care of quickly even though the problem was bigger than anticipated and they had to leave and get some parts.I cannot recommend Prime Plumbing enough. I have owned my house for 10 years and been lucky enough to have not needed a plumber until now. If I need them again I know who to call and will request Jerry and Megan again if I can.

    I’ll start by saying this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had by the whole team at Prime. I first spoke with Jen who was friendly and diligent in getting me a ballpark quote for installing my whole house water filtration and under-sink RO system over the phone which is very rare (if not obsolete.) She gave me a quote and thought I’d shop around, so I did, and Prime was the best price. The other quote was laughable compared to Prime.I scheduled an in-person quote and was treated by their technician, Guy, who won me over. He gave me an education that I didn’t have to pay for! I ended up shamefully returning my filter that I paid way too much money for and going with Guy’s recommendation which saved me money even after the costly return shipping. I was very impressed with his knowledge and communication skills. From that point on I knew Prime was going to be my present and future choice for any plumbing needs.Prime then scheduled Guy to install the system, for which I was present for the entire installation process, and he was like a friend—pleasant and trustworthy. Thanks, Guy!Please do your own research, and if you find a better customer service team and price, let me know! Would rate 10 stars if could.

    This company and the two technicians are the best!!! Martin and Curtis have done an excellent job of fixing my drain and plumbing problems. They fixed what a different company didn’t do right last year. They have fixed in one afternoon what the other company took 2 days to “fix.”Not Martin and Curtis were very polite and kind.     Guy from Prime Plumbing installed a sizeable water purification system in our home and addressed a few other plumbing needs. Prime stood by their bid and didn’t try to dime and nickel us for additional upgrades. Guy is extremely knowledgeable with respect to clean water solutions. They were clean, efficient and did a great job. However, one of the outstanding things I noticed is that a very capable young woman journey person helped with part of the project, and Guy was kind, informative, and went out of his way to explain and teach while he was working!! Bravo! When we have plumbing needs again , we will not hesitate to reach out to Prime Pluming. They honest and capable!

    We had Guy and his crew come out and change out all the faucets, shower heads, drains, and basically all the hardware in our three bathrooms and kitchen, as well as replacing all the toilets. They installed a new water softener system and set us up with reverse osmosis. Guy had previously installed our water filtration system. We are so pleased with everything he and his crew did! They were willing to work with us in replacing the original style hardware, which could have been difficult because the house is 16 years old. They were awesome in explaining details and how things worked, and how to maintain everything. We have super hard water and my life has changed since they installed both the new water filtration system and the water softener. We love the reverse osmosis for cooking and drinking water. Just the best! They will be our goto for any future problems with plumbing we encounter. Thank you so much for the excellent job you did for us! We are so pleased! Guy is the best!

    Guy was amazing! I’ve never had a plumber actually take the time to educate. He made me feel as if I were family, watching out for my best interest. He is honest, smart, hard working, kind and enjoyable to be around.     We recently built a new construction home. Prime Plumbing did the work and did a great job. After move in, we had a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed. We had Guy out several times to handle what needed to be done. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated Guy and his attentiveness to what we needed.     This is the 2nd time weve used Prime Plumbing. We have been very happy both times. The first time they had Guy come out and test our water and install our filters.     We recently relocated to the Boise area. I spoke with neighbors about the hard water here and decided to have a water softener installed in our new home. Friends of ours recommended Prime Plumbing, telling us they were very pleased with the new water softener work provided by Prime Plumbing, and with the plumber named Guy. I researched a bit and decided to contact Prime Plumbing.I left an email message on the Prime website about getting an estimate for a water softener. I received an email reply back letting me know it was received by the company. I received a call from their office the very next morning to schedule an appointment.Guy came out and spent a good amount of time explaining water softeners, what they do and don’t do, looked at our plumbing system and left us an estimate. I called the company and scheduled an installation. Guy was here today and did wonderful work. The area where he installed the water softener is cleaner than when he started the work. When he needed to come into the house, he always wore shoe covers and a mask. Guy is an outstanding representative for Prime Plumbing.If one is seeking to have a water softener installed in their home I recommend they give Prime Plumbing a call.     Prime Plumbing has been so responsive and helpful for our plumbing needs (slow sinks, leaking shower, leaking waterline in basement, full house repipe to come). We ended up with Prime Plumbing because our home warranty company works with them but we have continued to work with them because they have been very helpful and priced reasonably. We especially appreciate Ponciano — we are looking at a whole house repipe and Ponciano has given us a fair and thorough estimate and has been available to answer many questions before we jump into such a large job. Lisa in the office has also been super helpful and has talked with the company that holds our water line coverage so that some of the work we have had done would actually be covered. I am cautiously optimistic that I will still be giving a five star review after the huge job we’re about to undertake!

    Great experience! Guy came out the day after I called Prime. He broke up a salt bridge in my water softener that I wasnt able to do myself and he tested my water. He was polite and gave me a great mini lesson in how my softener worked. I will definitely call on them again.

    Guy came and installed a waters softener, reverse osmosis system and iron filter. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our system. I loved that he wore booties over his shoes to keep my house clean. They went out of their way to make this a wonderful experience for us. Would definitely recommend using them.

    Recently, several individuals with Prime Plumbing performed work at our home to repair and replace water lines in connection with mitigation of a severe crawl space flood. I want to particularly acknowledge the excellent service provided by Ponciano Nungaray, who was the project manager, along with Bryant and Braden. There were others whose names I do not have. Although there were a couple of problems that had to be addressed during the repair process, they were dealt with expeditiously and effectively. I also hasten to add that the office staff (Emily, Lisa, Lori and Jenn) were always cordial, helpful and professional.     Prime Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. Guy Dunne is the technician we usually work with, and he is wonderful! He installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system in our previous home, and today he installed a reverse osmosis system in our new home. He also corrected a poorly connected water softener system put in previously! We have never had a bad experience with Prime Plumbing!

    The other day Prime came over to fix a clogged drain in our new house due to poor construction practices. They did a great job on clearing the clog. Today I had a water softener installed in my new house. Guy Dunne is very friendly and did a great job on the install. They are on time , if not early like in my case.     Guy was right on time. He came to fix my leaky faucet. He found that he didn’t have to replace it but he tightened an inner working to make it work! While he was here I asked him if he could check my dishwasher because the top rack keeps falling forward. Even though it wasn’t in his job description he took an hour and a half to figure out the how and why of my dishwashers problem.He did a great job of fixing it for me and letting me know why it was the way it was. I’m so thankful for Guy coming and doing above and beyond what he was asked to do.

    Had a crew of 3 guys that replaced the entire plumbing system in our house. All 3 guys were eager to share knowledge when I had questions and were attentive to my requests about placement. We had a couple of changes during the install and the guys took them in stride to make sure that we were satisfied. Thanks to these 3 men for this...After the repipe was compete a gentleman named Guy came out and installed a filtration system for us. He was very knowledgeable about how these systems all worked together to take the hardness, the sediment, and the smell out of our water. Once installed he showed us how everything worked and what needed to be done for maintenance. Everything is working great so far. I have a wife and 3 daughters and life is good.The owner came out as well to make sure all was well and going as planned. Dallen was his name. Super nice guy. His guys seem happy to be working for him. Overall a good company and if my friends or family need a plumber they will be using Prime Plumbing. Thank you guys.

    Great service. Replaced all the plumbing under my master bath including a new drain. New hose bib installed. Braden was friendly and professional. He worked with me on sealing up some mice holes and doing a minimally invasive job. He was a trooper fitting into my tiny crawl space access. Not a single complaint.     Helmut and Corey came to pump my septic tank and were a wealth of knowledge. They were able to analyze my system and suggest reasons for my backup issues. Unlike a pump and dump service, they do it all - root clearing, drain field rejuvenation, riser install, etc. Its great to have one number to call for all my needs. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again anytime soon, but I will always have their number handy.

    Prime Plumbing has been plumbing my new construction homes for the past 3 years! It is always a pleasure to work with them. From the rough in being early to on time and never behind schedule. To the detail of a trim out Prime Plumbing is all over it. Nothing more that a builder could ask for. Their Service Dept. has always come through on the rare occasion that a problem arises.     Called Prime for outside faucet replacement as it was leaking nonstop. Prime sent their journeyman plumber Ponciano the next day. He was very polite, wore a mask and shoe covers and quickly replaced it. We were so satisfied. This is the second time we used Prime Plumbing but not the last.
