I called Master Plumbing to do a required annual inspection of our residential Bio-Microbics septic system. They dispatched Makayla, a very knowledgeable and efficient technician. Makayla inspected the system and noted that a special tank treatment and pumping was required. She took care of both of those requirements and then returned for a final inspection which included taking the required sample for testing. Overall, the Master Plumbing service was outstanding. I especially appreciated Makayla’s excellent customer service, her tutorial on the system and her detailed explanation of the inspection process.

Friday night our kitchen sink faucet hose sprung a leak and was spraying water over the counter.We looked at plumbing reviews and saw the great ones for Master Plumbing. We called their 24 hour service and was scheduled for the next day (Saturday).Journeyman Jim Colburn arrived and had the solution to our problem immediately.He also took care of other plumbing repair needs we had put off, toilets and shower upgrades.Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained what he was doing. He also left each work area cleaner than when he arrived.He will be our “go to” choice for future plumbing needs.

Makayla was very thoughtful and courteous. This is our first new home, and the task of installing a water softener into the space designated by the engineers and architects is a bit daunting due to the fact that the natural gas fitters plumbed their gas line 4 too low and 9 into the other trades area, not cool. Makayla had looked the job over two weeks ago and calculated what parts she would need to complete the job.Very professional, neat, clean, and an efficient installation.The water softener that was installed 40 years ago in the home that we are leaving behind in Lewiston Idaho was completely analog, so I had plenty of operational and maintenance questions that I needed answered. 😀 She walked me through all of my questions with thorough and clear answers.Thanks out to Makayla and Master Plumbing

He even went the extra mile of hanging on hold with Rheem tech support to get me the replacement part on warranty, saving me a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend Jim C and Master Plumbing.

I was assigned Steve McClenny to install my water softener. He was so punctual, that he even showed up early! Easy to book, top notch communication. Steve handled everything I needed while I was working from home and managed to take care of everything I needed without interrupting my work. He knew I was on the phone and made it his mission to be in and out. He had all the parts needed with him and was able to get everything done in an hour. Highly recommend!

I recently had Troy Chase come for a routine pump out. My recollection of the exact location was off by a “few” feet. Troy was patient and with true determination he found the access lid. His use of tools from hand probing to locator beacons, he found the lid and successfully cleaned out my tank. He was also careful to fix the landscaping after all the effort. I had a backed up toilet when I needed to leave my house last Friday morning and was worried I could not get service before the weekend. I found this company on Yelp and called requesting immediate help if possible. The receptionist was very helpful and said she would try to get someone asap. Travis Parsons showed up only a few hours later and assessed my situation. The toilet flushed well, of course, when he was there so he checked it again and I decided not to do anything at that time, given there was no collateral issues. He did not charge me for the visit! I was so relieved because I really could not afford the expense right now. I will certainly use them if and when I need plumbing services again. I really appreciate the good communication and fast service.

I just had a gas pipe leak & I was thrilled it was Doug again who came out. He fixed the gas leak & he made sure that everything was turned on & that my furnace & dryer fired off before he left. It was after hours so a little more expensive but I still felt like it was a very fair price for all he did to fix the problem. I highly recommend Masters Plumbing.

My first time using a plumber in this area and I called the one with the highest reviews that was close to me. Cliff was my technician. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and a true professional. Resolved a root buildup in our septic tank baffle within minutes and showed me exactly where they had grown and what he had done to remove them. He was fantastic. The only reason I give 4 stars is the price. I opted for some upcharges in my service, including hydrojetting and video/locating but even then $492 is too much for what turned out to be a simple drain cleaning that was only about 15 mins worth of work and 15 mins of setting up and taking down the equipment. I added 30 mins to his total time here of an hour with my questions. If I had known the pricing on the phone (I asked for it) and that they were out of Meridian and not Caldwell, I would have called someone else.

Master Plumbing has always been above and beyond with their service to us. At the apartments I work at, their service people communicate in a timely manner and do excellent work. They went beyond this and taught our maintanence tech how to do the work even though doing so might lessen our calls to them. However, it amplified our respect for the company. Master Plumbing will always be our GO-TO when it comes to plumbing issues.
