    We had a mishap with the neighbors irrigation just yesterday 8/15/24 and we saw a little standing water in our crawlspace so we contacted our family plumber from RSM Plumbing and he referred us to Buks they made an appointment really quickly and came out today. Very thorough, did an assessment at no cost and they said they didnt really need to do anything since there wasnt anything going on down there except something minor that seemed unrelated. So, they were thorough, honest, polite, and helpful. It was a good first impression for sure!

    I had a leak in my bathroom- I called the guy I normally use for plumbing and based on my description they called Buk. The next day Buk was out diagnosing the problem. They were in touch every step of the way explaining what was next. Great experiment and would recommend!

    I run a heating and cooling company, and ran into a situation where one of customers needed a restoration company. Theyre crawlspace had a leaking pipe which caused a whole bunch of issues. I recommended the guys over at Buk and from the first call they were courteous and responsive. They helped our customer get the problem resolved and were professional and did a great job in communicating with us and the customer. As a business owner I am glad to be able to have them as resource to help out our customers when these situations come up. They have a high regard for taking care of their customers and I will definitely be referring them from here on out.

    They came out and pumped out some excess water our new home had due to old owners leaving crawl space vents open over winter. Super reasonable price and they were able to treat some mold spots as well. We noticed some vapor barrier was missing after they were done and Nick was very responsive and has his guys come lay new stuff down in the crawl space that didn’t have any. Top notch work & communication! Highly recommend.

    I highly recommend Buk restoration. They were very responsive and walked me through the entire process. They were clean and respectful of my place. Their communication was excellent always letting me know when they would arrive and what they would be doing. Their team of technicians were polite and professional.     I had some concerns with moisture in the crawlspace after finding water pooling around the foundation of my home. Nik and team were able to get me on their schedule the next day to come and take a look. They found one spot that needed treatment, and assured me the rest of the crawlspace was in good shape.     We had major water damage about a week or so ago due to a leak from our four year old LG refrigerator. Called numerous restoration companies and no one answered; that is, until I called Ruk. Nik, owner and operator, picked up, was at our house a couple hours later, and had the house drying out within no time. The next day his crew were here doing the work, tearing up the flooring and base boards, putting up plastic sheeting, and setting industrial fans. Each day they came by to check and see if the moisture levels were low enough to pull the fans. Once they were, they cleaned everything up nicely.Thus I highly recommend Ruk if you find yourself in desperate need of fast, efficient, and effective restoration service.
