    We have Home Serve and they sent A+ out after a not so desirable experience with another plumbing outfit before them (that I will refrain from naming), but A+ sent out a gentleman (I am forgetful but I believe his name was Ed) who was very professional and very knowledgeable & was able to identify and fix the issue we were having within 2 visits and we didnt have to wait forever, whereas we just kept getting the smoke & mirrors treatment from the previous plumbing company and were left waiting and wondering what was going on...and their initial assessment was actually false! We really appreciate Home Serve and they are worthwhile having, it is not their fault that the prior company wasnt very good, but we are grateful to them for sending out A+ afterwards because their guy did a fantastic job and was awesome! We will definitely request them in the future when we need plumbing assistance! I was definitely recommend them given my experience with them! A+ 💯% report card! 👌🏻

    I was put in contact with A+ Drain Cleaning & Plumbing through my home warranty company and I can see why theyre one of the 2 contractors they work with. I was scheduled for a next day service, which they showed up on time and ready to get down to business. Ed was friendly and gave me a quick run down on what he was going to do and got to it. He was able to clear everything pretty quickly and once done he let me know what had happened and tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.A+ service from them and regardless of warranty work or not, Id be happy to use them again the future.

    Estimator was prompt and knowledgeable. Crew that did the work were experienced and communicated well. Would have been a five star except for the poor response I got on the weekend from the owner? as I was trying to find out when the job would be done as my water was totally shut off. He rudely informed me that they did not work weekends regardless of emergency and I would just have to wait my turn. We were without water from Friday afternoon til Tuesday mid-day.

    We had a leak from the main water line so we were only able to turn on the water exceedingly briefly to fill up containers and flush toilets. A+ Drain Cleaning & Plumbing managed to find an opening in their schedule (initially, since this was on a Thursday and they didnt have an opening until the following Tuesday, we would have been in this situation over the weekend and into the next week. However, they managed to fit us into an early Friday appointment. John and Angel came out, located the leak and fixed it. They were both friendly, professional and proficient. Because one toilet was not filling as it had done previously, they said theyd send out someone to problem solve. Within the hour, Alex came, diagnosed and fixed it. Because our meter was still showing a leak, he problem solved that as well, finding and fixing it. He too, was friendly, proficient and professional. I also want to commend the office staff who we initially spoke with. I think it would be beyond an understatement to say we were exceedingly pleased with the service and relieved to go into the weekend with access to water (and NO leaks). I spent over 30 years in organizational development as a training manager for a large organization. Suffice it to say I have very high standards for customer service, having spent way too much time training employees how to provide it! (as well as a few too many mediations). I hardly ever leave a review such as this one. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

    Ed was quick and efficient. We had to work around 97 year old grandma. Love A+ Plumbers. They are a great outfit. Ive used then for a few jobs now large and small.They did a 2nd job for me today. Main line dig up and repair. Very professional and good attention to detail.

Not only did they fix a previous company mess up, they informed me of the full service, great price and quick repair. They re-seeded my grass that was trenched out to reach my sewer line left the area put back together! Would recommend this company over any other plumbing company in the area!

    Ed the Plumber arrived on time. Went straight to work, located the problem and determined it was not a plumbing issue. It was an unglued / unsupported vent tube that acquired excessive water from high levels of melted snow. Ed was very professional, didnt sugar coat anything or try selling me something I didnt need. I will definitely be referring folks to A+ Draining & Plumbing as well as using them for future service. A+ also referred a water damage company, to us for follow up measures, free of charge. Very impressed with A+s commitment to customer service.

    Water heater took a dump on us. We had to go through the warranty process, which they handled after the initial visit. Their tech Ed did everything he could to get it fixed on the1st visit, but no luck. Eventually, it took 2 more visits because the warranty team didnt just send the correct part the 1st time. Anyway, thats no knock on these guys. They did a great job keeping us informed & getting us up & running again. Ed was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I highly recommend A+ Drain if you have any plumbing issues.

To do the job right, in wall behind counter drain leak, required more demo than we were prepared for at this time so we did not have the work done.     My water heater was leaking and distinguishing the pilot light, so no hot water. I was called back almost immediately and provided a time for a service call. Replaced a part and did tell me that I would need to replace the water heater. To make a long story short, the water heater still didnt work. Another individual was sent to my home, a replacement and install was set up for the next morning. I know they had to juggle employees to do the work and get me hot water. They showed up on time, got in and did the work and were done as promised. Everyone was very professional, answered my questions, and were very kind and worked so hard to get this issue taken care of in a timely manner, from the office staff to the repairmen and installers.     They detected a leak in our outside pipe line to the house. When they came to fix it, they detected more leaks. They fixed the first leak and said they needed to contact Homeserve Insurance to see if the additional leaks would be covered. I have not heard back from them. Its now Wednesday evening and the hole and a lot of dirt are still in our yard. Hopefully, they will contact me tomorrow since the grass is probably dying.

    I had to re-pipe my entire house and my experience with A+ was a good one. The plumber talked everything through with me and was responsive to my questions. Before cutting into the drywall he specifically called me to talk about where he was going to make the cuts and how he planned to minimize the number and sizes of holes he would have to make. He left the work site tidy and Im very relieved to be rid of the faulty polybutylene grey poly pipe that was installed when I bought the house. I would certainly recommend A+ to others. I did choose to hire a different drywall repair company than the one they often work with, however, because I was unable to to get a rough estimate of drywall repair costs after multiple attempts to contact the drywall company over a month-long period.

    Robert Gomez helped me narrow down the issue coming from my front yard by discluding the French drain as a factor. He stated the smell was more of a herbicide nature which made sense due to the fact that trees and ivy had been removed and products used to kill roots and new growth. Robert was very knowledgeable and gave me possible resources I could contact that may be able to neutralize the awful, throat burning smell. I am grateful that he came by! If the issue had been drain related I would definitely have used A1 Drain Cleaning & Plumbing!
