The company name fits the service perfectly! WOW!!! Their technician was knowledgeable, extremely skilled and friendly. There are no words to adequately relay our satisfaction with these service professionals. They routinely go above and beyond. Whatever the service need, you can not go wrong working with this company. Please believe me cause I am not easy to please. I am a service provider myself, so I am probably more difficult to than your average customer. This technician just blew me away.

I have been using wow services for almost 5 years and I will only use them for my personal and business needs. They have serviced both of my AC units at both of my businesses and they were professional, fast, and most important very honest. I also used them for plumbing at my house and they saved me about 900 dollars by fixing the problem instead of upselling me on stuff that I dont need. Amazing cortious staff will definately recommend for all you AC and plumbing needs.

Brenda was fantastic. My AC wasnt working.. She took the time to listen to my concerns and she was able to schedule service with less than 24 hour notice. Tim was awesome. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC and fix in less than 15 minutes. Tim was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Definitely recommend WOW services.

WOW! I cant say enough good stuff about this company!For the last few days, the temperature in my office was not decreasing. I called WOW Services and they were able to send a technician the very same day. He was able to find the issue and within 30 minutes had the cool air flowing again and that made my team very happy!

Well, my day turned bad when I came home from work around 7 pm to find my living room turned into an indoor swimming pool. I couldnt figure out where the water was coming from so I decided to call several plumbers. Nobody was available or the service call was way too high because it was considered after hours. I decided to give these guys a shot. When I called they answered and told me I most likely had a slab leak and they can come out right away. I asked about an emergency service fee and they told me they were still within normal business hours and that it would be a free assessment. I obviously booked them right away. They came pretty quick too! Cody responded and explained to me the steps like having to do a leak detection and then make a repair. After he did the leak detection he told me it was a slab leak and gave me a few options to choose from which was nice. I didnt feel limited and blown off like the other companies made me feel. After he was done and we were closing out he told me that he can provide me with even more savings with their membership program. The membership was only $50 but it took $100 off my total price that day. So overall I got an additional $50 off and a membership for free for an entire year. These guys are hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I dont ever write reviews but from the first call, the visit, and up to the follow up call from the office to ask how everything was going the day after I just had to tell everyone how much they really wowed me. Thank you Cody and the team for making this horrible situation easy. I will make sure to always call you guys if I ever need help again.

WOW services has been a life saver for us! We recently purchased a new home and they saved our life a month ago on a faulty AC and just today, they were able to get out asap and help us with some clogged drains. And then Erik showed up like our own personal superhero. He was communicative with what’s was wrong and how he was going to help. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and by the end of the service we felt like he was a part of the family. We couldn’t be happier with his work and service.

I’m the midst of an extremely hot July, our air conditioning went out. Thankfully, I was referred to Best Plumbing, Heating and Air. They moved their schedule around to come out immediately and see what the issue was. My outdoor air unit needed replacing and they had it installed by 10:00 AM the next day on a Saturday! I had air conditioning within 24 hours of their initial visit. Their crew was professional, communicative and compassionate. A++++++ Service!
