    Wow and wow! This has to be the best plumbing company in California! We own a restaurant and had plumbing issues with our floor drains. Called several in our area and they were able come out within 45 minutes. We a were shut down due to slow drainage in all of our floor drains. We thought we would be closed over the weekend but we had some fantastic people working on our drains. We think one person’s name was Mike but the other person, we didn’t catch his name. These guys are very good at what they do and Guardian plumbing company is by far more knowledgeable and professional than any other plumbers we called. And we called about eight of them this morning. From the beginning the receptionist was so sweet and her voice so calming we knew we called the right people. She literally asked these two men and had them at our restaurant within 45 minutes. Again, very knowledgeable and very professional from the minute they walked into our restaurant.Just can’t say enough about good things about this company! The owners should be very proud of this team! They deserve a huge raise!Thank you again for the great work and service! We will only call them with any plumbing issues going forward!

    Great service provided by Andrew and his assistant. They went above and beyond to make sure I had working service before leaving. They worked well into the night. Big kudos to their boss for allowing them to stay late. They came back following day to do permanent repairs. They will also be coming back for a follow-up with camera. I was very pleased with their work, as it was very well organized and everything explained in detail. They were also very respectful of property and area of excavation was done nicely. This is a great company!!!

    Had an issue with the pipes under our sink leaking. Technician Wayne Binder came out and addressed the problem quickly and gave a fair price to repipe. Had a minor issue where he came back the next day and fixed the problem. Wayne is personable, professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommend him. I would request him for any future plumbing needs.

    Preston did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what was asked for for this repair. His trouble shooting process was top notch and not only did he find our problem he explained the complete process of what the problem was and how to fix it. Also he was able to lower the price of the job. An amazing young man. Truly happy with his service to my home.     John came on time and immediately put on feet protectors for our tile. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing and making sure he was giving us the best advice and repair path. He completed the work, tested it a few times, cleaned up and was on his way after providing me a very reasonable bill. We are back in action and running better than before he was here.     Excellent ! This is the 2nd time we have used them. We were so impressed the 1st time we kept their number. Jamie was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, great communication, punctual, A+ all the way around. 1st visit was for a leak a few years ago and this visit was to install a new kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher.     Im very happy with Guardian Plumbing. They went above and beyond with replacing my hot water heater. It was a difficult job but they got it done. George Rios was extremely professional and did everything he said he was going to do. The office staff was equally as professional. I will definitely use this company again.I wanted to add on to my previous post.George replaced my hot water heater on Tuesday which I was extremely happy with. On Thursday night I got home and found out my toilet was leaking. I didnt think I stood a chance of getting George from integrity plumbing out again first thing on Friday morning but integrity plumbing made it happen.George and his assistant whose name unfortunately I do not remember, were here first thing in the morning, did a very professional job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves.I had had a plumber out from a different company a while back on my toilet and my sink. The work that plumber did was very shoddy and everything that he did had to be corrected by George and his helper from integrity plumbing. They did a great job in an extremely timely manner.I continue to be impressed with integrity plumbing and doubt that I will ever use anyone else from this point forward.     Guardian Plumbers was contacted on a Sunday about a possible pipe leak under the slab. Their technician, Angel Fonseca, showed up within a couple of hours of our initial contact with Guardian Plumbers and confirmed there was a leak under the slab. We scheduled a repair, which is currently pending. While he was on site, we asked Angel if it was possible to replace the water heater, which he was able to do at that time. We were very happy with the experience. Angel is a personable young man, who brings professionalism, honesty, and experience to the job. We feel that he is an outstanding representative of the quality of Guardian Plumbers. As for the staff that were involved in our initial contact with Guardian Plumbers, we appreciated the courteous assistance and follow-up they provided. If our initial experience with Guardian is any indication, were confident about the quality of work that will be exhibited in repairing the slab leak. I would highly recommend Guardian Plumbers, and will use them again without hesitation.

    Great same day service. Technician was on time, friendly, and professional. The cost of the service was so grossly overpriced that I declined to have all the repairs performed and instead opted just to have the bare minimum done to get the water back on. Too bad, because other than price I thought the rest of the company was great. I wouldn’t recommend them unless it’s an emergency.

    John was able to work with Runnai to have my tankless water heater replaced. He took the time to locate a distributor that had the right model, drove out to pick it up, and installed it the same day.He understood that I was in dire need if hit water with a 7 year old and a newborn and made sure it was taken care of. After calling a few places that guaranteed same day service only to be told they couldn’t get someone out until later in the week I stumbled onto Guardian Plumbers. I was booked for service the next day. I received several text messages and emails keeping me updated on when the technician would arrive, who the technician would be and what to expect overall. They quickly assessed my situation, provided a clear estimate and with my approval got started on my job. I was nervous expecting to be told it would be days before the heater could be replaced.     I would highly recommend Guardian Plumbers. When I made the call, the office staff was friendly, fast and responsive. They were able to make me a next day appointment. They sent Anthony and Jimmy to my residence and they both thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve my broken pipe and install a new shower. They gave me a fair and very reasonable price. The broken pipe and shower were both fixed and installed quickly and with top notch quality. We first called Guardian Plumbers Murrieta in 2017 to replace our water heater that started to leak over a holiday weekend, so when we had a leak at the valve behind our fridge we knew exactly who to call.John is professional, personable and knowledgeable. We were presented with options to repair or replace; which is great as most places have only one solution to offer. John was able to answer the questions we had and waited to ensure everything worked properly with our new fridge and repair before he left.     When people show up on time, they aré already late! Not the case with Guardian Plumbers (Howard, Miguel & Gabriel) they showed up 1/2 an hour early, got their equipment ready and when they rang the doorbell, they were set to start On Time!     We call Guardian Plumbers because our shower wasnt working, the handle to turn on the water was not turning and we tried fixing it ourselves but made it worse. So when Jaime De Lira, arrived he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it.     We chose guardian plumbing from the beginning because of the reviews. They lived up to their reviews. John our technician was on time, polite, clean, and kept us informed of the problem and his work as he went along. Guardian just didnt look at our current issue and then give us a quote. I liked that they looked at what the current issue was, possible causes, and was there something in the future that could create other problems and ended up giving me 3 different quotes for all of that. There was absolutely no pressure as to which quote and work I wanted to have done. I also liked that there was only one technician John who came out and did the work. That way there was no miss communication as to what had been done or not been done. John even came out on his day off for a couple of hours to complete the work, thank you. I would definitely recommend Guardian

    My history with Guardian stems from a pinhole pipe leak. My insurance company contracted with a restoration company that uses Guardian for plumbing. Angel and Jimmy have been the plumbers that I’ve worked with. They were very fast to come out and find the leak and address the problems; even finding a temporary solution to use the water until the pipes were replaced. They were quick to assist me if I had any questions or concerns. When the hot water heater stopped working, they provided a detailed explanation as well as the pros and cons of each possible solution. I have even contacted them for minor work such as replacing a toilet and faucet and received great service once again. I would highly recommend Guardian Plumbers!

    The service provided was an instant fix. As a disabled vet and single parent working part time. I don’t need added bills.     I bought a new home 3 years ago with a tankless water heater . This was our first experience with a tankless so when we were unable to get hot water I had no idea what to do about it. We called the number listed on the unit and after being referred to 6 other numbers, got a hold of Guardian plumbers. John came out diagnose the problem and repaired and serviced the unit. He also educated us in how to maintain the unit yearly to preventing it from happening again. I will definitely use them again.

    Most professional plumbing service Ive ever used. They discussed options. They were very knowledgeable about plumbing in a pre-1970 build home (e.g. galvanized pipes) and discussed options that were appropriate for the old plumbing in my house.They cleaned up their work area...which is practically unheard of with other folks.And they also did not badmouth the other company who I initially called out to do the work (side note- no one ever use Direct Connection Plumbing!)...which really shows their professionalism.Its a shame this company doesnt have a contract with my home warranty company.     Our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater (heater exchange) went out, and when I called Guardian Plumbing, they sent someone out that day even though they had a booked schedule. Howard ordered the heater exchange, and it arrived two days later. Before he left, he showed us how to have hot water until the heater exchange arrived.
