I run an HVAC business in Seattle and have been in the trade for almost 30 years. My mom bought a new DR Horton home in Winchester and has a heat pump that is incredibly loud and was installed 3 from the main bedroom. Terrible installation. Tyler from 24 Hour Express Services came out the day after Thanksgiving and was INCREDIBLY kind, communicative, and thorough. He really cares about the problem my mom is facing and was determined to do whatever he could to fix the issue. Im so deeply impressed. I dont have any experience with the company but I can say Tyler is top of the line!

These guys exceeded our expectations. They provided multiple estimates and changes as we went back and forth on work. Ended up having them do lots of work for us including new hot water heater, toilets install, angle stops all over the house. Very reasonably priced, clean and curious. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended

It was first to use 24 hour express and I was satisfied customer. Marc Delio did amazing work with my showers and toilet leakage and he will be back to work to work on garbage disposal. if you are looking for a job well done, he is your guy.

We had a part go out on our water heater (no hot water, no hot showers!) and I called a couple of other companies to help me at first. One of the companies wanted to charge $135 in addition to whatever the repair would codt because they would be coming after 5 PM. The other company showed up during business hours and quoted me $665 for the repair. That is, IF he could locate the part. After several hours he messaged us with some excuses as to why that part could not be found anywhere without ordering it (several business day) OR they would be happy to install a new water heater for over $2,200! Talk about laying us over a barrel! It was like they were attempting to hold us hostage knowing that we were desperate to get our water heater working again.I contacted the hot water heater manufacturing company and although the water heater has been installed five years ago we were still covered under parts warranty. Apparently, we have a 13 year parts warranty. Not only were we covered for parts, but they could have the part mailed to us overnight! The part arrived the very next day. The other plumbing company said they would install the part for $364, but I didn’t feel comfortable having them do the repair since they were so shady about the part availability and suggesting to replace the entire water heater was so out of line.So, I was going to have the part with nobody to install it until I ran across a truck parked in my neighborhood with a very nice professional wrap on it. I figured… What did I have to lose? Earl from 24 Hour Express Services quoted me $150 to replace the part. They were there the next day, when they said they would be, & my neighbor was the technician they sent to do the repair! His name is David Diaz and if you ever get a chance to request him, I know he will do a tremendous job for you! He told me he has worked for four other plumbing companies, and I guess it’s a business practice for many of them to just blatantly steal from customers! They’ll charge as much as you’re willing to pay! David explained that 24 Hour Express Treats their employees & customers like family. Kudos to these guys for treating people right and for providing a fair, honest service. David is my new plumber & I will shout it from the top of the hill so as many family, friends, & people reading this review can find the help that they need from an experienced, honest company who will charge a fair price!

April 2024. Brandon came out to investigate what would have seemed to be a minor leak. End result, a whole house repipe which I wanted done anyways. Brandon was amazing. I’m have a lot of anxiety about such a big project and he was very supportive in dealing with me. I have to mention that he took great care NOT to destroy the three bathrooms I had just remodeled. Thank you so much. Brandon brought Dustin, Nick and Jay to complete the project. These four guys worked together and with a solid plan to make sure that this whole project went smoothly and efficiently. They did minimum damage to my house, and took great care to respect it. I can’t thank you enough. On day two, two more guys came to help finish up. Thank you Bernardo for the refrigerator contribution and Adrian for all your hard work. Kim who answered my call, also late on a Sunday, was not only happy to help, but also so nice that I didn’t feel any stress about the situation. I feel it’s important to mention that David spoke highly of the owner, and in this day and age I appreciated that he is a valued employee being treated like a human and not profit. Needless to say I was STRESSED. Their technician Matthew is an angel and was able to help me resolve the problem that same night. Amazing company. Reliable, professional and honest. We had an issue with our garbage disposal that another local company said was impossible to fix and that the disposal would have to be replaced. Matthew from 24 Hour Express fixed it in less than 5 minutes and was also incredibly nice, showed us how to fix the issue in the future ourselves and even gave us a tool to help. Cannot recommend them enough. Call them if you want the best local plumber.

WOW wow WOW!!!! I work for a property management company for 7+ years in the Riverside area, and always used 24 Hr Express for hydro jetting our main sewer line and they are EXCELLENT. BUT, this past Monday 4/4/2022 we called them for a major water leak we had in our 80 unit community. The moment David and Xavier arrived to the property they were not afraid to get their hands and toes dirty. They worked from 10:00am - 2:00 am SOLID. Even brought other crew members to help out. I mean it was AMAZING the collaboration this crew were having. Extraordinary work. And I would like to give them all the credit for the great job they all did. They found the main that feeds water into our laundry room cracked 6 feet deep into the ground that is LITERALY HARD CLAY. First off I highly recommended this company! I had a leaking hose bib that was saturating our wall into the carpet in the bedroom. We freaked out and called this company. The receptionist dispatcher was a charm to deal with, She calmed me down and setup an appointment for early the next morning. Bernardo and his colleague showed up on time and had it fixed in an hour! I would like to give them 10 stars! They were friendly, professional, clean, and their work was exceptional. I had a leak that flooded my kitchen-twice!!! The first company I used tore down the island in my kitchen, dried it out and rebuilt it without addressing the source of the leak. Not only did 24hour Express fix the problem they even found another problem that would have caused more trouble. They were more than fair with the price. Amazing company to do business with.

Making a very long story shorter... we had a broken sewer pipe that backed up into our bathroom on Easter Sunday. We had a company come out to clear the line and found the break but was trying to charge us almost triple what everyone else was charging. ( I am not going to blast them. They were nice and did good work for what they did) we ended up hiring 24 Hour Express Plumbing Services to fix the sewer break. The problem ended up being much worse then we thought and they honored their original price, fixed the problem and had the city come out to clean the sewer! If you needed plumbing services, I would highly recommend them!

This was my second time using them. Last year I had the same issue - both toilets clogged at same time. Last time was a real challenge. Had to snake all the way to the clean-out. This time, they turned on all faucets in house and the clog cleared by itself. No repair charge - just a service fee for showing up. I will definitely call them in the future. Its unbelievable to be typing this, but we had a great experience hiring this plumber. Matthew showed up on time and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and the prices were very reasonable.Previously, we had hired a plumber that worked on our dryer. They did not install the gas lines correctly and we had a leak. A rep from the gas company came out and told us the correct way to do it. That wasnt necessary because Matthew inspected the situation and told us the same thing the gas rep did.Also, this happened on New Years Eve. We were having a party and had plenty to worry about. This was something we thought would make the whole day terrible. It didnt because of this company and their excellent service.

I have had 24 Hour Express service my property a few times in Temecula. I am a landlord across the US and I never felt they were dishonest with their findings. They let us know when they arrived at the property to clarify what exactly was the issue, called with the diagnosis of the problem for permission to proceed when my tenants demanded services to be preformed. Seriously, great businesses are hard to come by these days. I will continue to use and recommend 24 Hour Express Services as long as they are in business.

I live in an apartment where we have maintenance people who typically deal with issues that arise themselves. Our maintenance people decided to call 24 Hour Express Services Inc. (Murrieta) when they realized they couldnt fix a recurring problem with our shower drain and toilet. Praise the LORD that they did! Our technician, Chris B., was FANTASTIC! He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He was very thorough in his work AND he took the time to explain things to us to prevent more issues from arising in the future. I am thoroughly impressed.

Shane was punctual, friendly, and made me feel confident about a situation I was afraid would be much worse, a leak in the waterline just this side of the customer service valve. 24 HR EXPRESS PLUMBING SERVICES are the BEST plumbers around!! I live in an apartment in Hemet, CA, so I have to rely on our manager to arrange for repairs needed. After being greatly disappointed with a different plumber in our local area that our manager prefers using, I begged our manager to try someone else about 1 year ago. She chose 24 HR EXPRESS at that time because my repair was an emergency that needed help immediately. Since then, whenever another major plumbing issue comes up, I ask my manager to use this FANTASTIC company! Today one of their plumbers, Jesse, came by to fix a major pipe leak. He did an EXCELLENT job, was extremely mannerly, practiced safe COVID-19 procedures & was just a MOST WONDERFUL person all the way around!!! He even cleaned up the mess he made!! WOW!! This is the 3rd time this company has come out to my apartment, and each time the work done was EXCEPTIONALLY GREATl!! From the office staff to each plumber employee - - so far NOTHING BEATS THIS COMPANY in my opinion! Especially since this particular emergency happened on a Friday & my manager called around locally & absolutely no one had availability. Since my apartment was nearing mini-flood stage, I needed HELP immediately. My manager called 24 HR EXPRESS & they were the ONLY ONES who could come to my place 1st thing on Saturday morning. Called when my water heater started leaking. Called around 2pm said they would come between 3 and 5 pm. Repairman Matthew Blom arrived at 3, evaluated the problem left and to pick up a replacement. Was back in about 40 minutes, removed and replaced water heater, cleaned up the area and was done at 5:30. Matthew was a retired Navy veteran who could not have been more professional and nice to deal with. I can not saying anything other then to say the experience was great. Love they hired a veteran and hope they realize what a credit he is to their company. Would have given them more then the 5 stars but that is what I was limited to. Was supposed to be on the road to San Diego but the hose hook up valve busted on me and was pouring water everywhere. The only way to stop it was to shut the water to the entire house off. I had a feeling it was going to be difficult to get someone to come fix this being it was a Sunday. I called several companies, leaving messages and talking to dispatchers. No response back from any of those companies. I called 24 Hour Express Services and Shane called me back within minutes. He said he would be at my house in 40 minutes. He was here in 40 minutes and the job only took him 10 minutes at most. My old garden hose valve was sodered on so I couldnt change it out myself. Not only did he fix the problem he also made it to where I could change out the valve myself meet time it may break. Thanks Shane.

I had a broken pipe , they had to open part of my hallway and bathroom floor , in order to put in new pipe. they used the camera to find the break, they double triple check to make sure where it was. Logan and his crew were very informative as to what they were doing step by step. always willing to answer questions. they were very carfull taking out the tile and cabinet in bathroom so that it can be put back . they took precations to keep as little mess as possible under the circunstance . I was pleased with them working in my home.

I came home yesterday afternoon to find my lawn flooded from what appeared to be an underground burst pipe. I called this company and spoke to Crystal, who was kind and understanding. Within 3 hours, Cade arrived on site even though it was late at night. He evaluated the problem and advised that I try calling the city because they may cover the repair. He promised to come back immediately if the city declined. The next morning the city rejected to even come look, so Cade came right back and was extremely prompt in fixing the issue at a very reasonable price.
