Excellent work!! Jack and Chris did an outstanding job with my kitchen project.My old sink and faucet were rusting away, leaking everywhere, and my dishwasher was beyond repair. They came out a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, and by 1pm they had completed the job. They removed everything and installed a brand new dishwasher, kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They completely re-plumbed it all.I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review, just to see how things worked. I’ve had no leaks and zero issues. Everything works as expected. JC Plumbing was very professional, from the initial site visit and estimate, all the way through completion. I will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommended!!! JC Plumbing is my “go to” plumbing company whenever my husband and I need some plumbing work to be done. Jack, owner, came out today to do a natural gas grill hookup. We have used Jack several times over the past 2 years to remove some standard height toilets. We had him to replace them with chair height with soft close seats. He also installed a whole house water filtering tank for us. He made an excellent product recommendation that fit our budget. The scheduling process is streamlined and text messages to confirm with notification at least 30 minutes before arrival. You can depend upon Jack to make an accurate assessment of the work that has to be done, start to completion. He also gives you product choices that aligns with your budget, and the pros and cons of each. There’s no guesswork. You can be assured that he will make a thorough assessment. Look no further for a quality, knowledgeable, expert, experienced, friendly, personable, communicative plumbing company! Jack installed our new Novu water softener, he was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. His attention to detail, and was meticulous with every portion of the install. He was able to identify through his quality assurance checks, that our pressure regulator was bad, (pressure was at 150 psi) which could have been a disaster. He replaced our pressure regulator with a new up to date, easy to use, easy to adjust, with a gauge on the out put side of the regulator. He has a readily available source of parts and materials on his truck ready for any situation that may come up during a repair or install! Cleaned everything through and after the process! If you are in the market for a quality and/or local plumber who is going to do the job RIGHT with attention to DETAIL then Jack at JC Plumbing is the man to call! Jack is quick to answer any questions you may have and came the very next day to give me a quote on my whole house water system. His prices fall within the norm if not under but I cant emphasize enough the quality of his work. I actually sat in my garage and watched him 95% of the install and I could not believe how his approach to setting up, installing and the clean up was absolutely phenomenal. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days to fix a leaking toilet. The tech called 30 minutes before arriving and wore socks over his shoes. He described what would be done very accurately and explained every step. He talked about all the pricing options and we came to an agreement on what would be best. He went to buy a new toilet and returned in 45 minutes and quickly installed it. We also had him service our hot water tank. Overall, great job!

This review is way way overdue! First, let me start with my phone call. I spoke with Danielle and told her about a leak we have been having in our ceiling. She was incredibly professional, and sent out a technician as soon as they were available... Which was within the next day or 2. As soon as the technicians arrived, I could tell they were going to be very efficient just by the way their uniforms were pressed, and how clean and professional they were.Jack was our technician and did a thorough inspection of our leak. It turned out that we were going have to get the whole house re-piped due to the age of our house (totally understandable, since it was built in 1992).After speaking with Jack and Danielle about the cost and the process, we decided to hire them for the job. It took less than two days and they were all done! Im pretty sure they left my home looking cleaner than it was before they even arrived and performed the work! He was able to identify where my leak was coming from while making as little damage as possible to my neighbors ceiling to gain access for inspection. She assigned Christian an excellent technician, who explained the service costs and work completely and clearly. Fantastic customer service! Christian arrived exactly on time. He analyzed the leak and called Jack out for a second opinion. This was a tricky slab leak and not easy to locate and diagnose. They found the source of the leak and explained my options accurately. From the minute I met them I could sense trust and honesty. Christian called twice the night before the appointment, and showed up exactly to the minute the next morning. Jack and Christian finished the job early, and did not leave any dust or dirt after having to excavate inside my home to find and repair it. If you need reliable, quality, licensed plumbing repairs, this is the team to call. Our plumber, Jack, has been patient with my family’s old manufactured home. The fees charged have been fair, and he’s honest about the state of the plumbing. He also came right out after my propane delivery discovered a leak in my gas lines. Jack did a thorough check, and repaired the lines, and one valve. He also provided pictures and video for my propane delivery to see, to verify the repairs. Shower handle breaks just after 11 p.m. on a Sunday with no way to stop the flow of water other than to shut it off for the entire house. Though we were originally scheduled for the following week for a consultation, they were able to get us in a few days earlier than expected. Jack from JC Plumbing installed a water softener at my home. Jack is a very personable, polite and professional individual. He completed the job in a very efficient manner and left the job site cleaner than when he started. The process started with Jack coming out to my home to look at the location of the installation after which he offered several options, with estimates for each option. Once I decided on the option that best fit my needs and my pocket book, a process that took about a week, Jack came out and completed the job. Where most contractors will send workers with less experience to do the work, Jack, who I later learned has nearly 30 years experience in plumbing, came out himself and did the work.
