Just had my annual heater service checkup with James M of Service Champions. James arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He explained the process and offered recommendations after completing the service.As a good deed, he replaced the batteries in my smoke alarms. I have been using Service Champions for a couple of years now for my plumbing and HVAC services and recommend this company and their experienced technicians.

These guys are great. Marco came out to tune up my AC Units and did an exceptional job. Very detail oriented and walked through everything he tested. The house cools down substantially faster now. A couple months later I had Jonathan come out for the plumbing inspection and he helped flush out the water heater, tested our water quality, and provided great advice on maintenance. Will remain a member as long as the service remains top notch.

Service champions was great. I had an issue with my AC and they had to order a part. Things did take longer than usual but at ni fault of theirs. But i commend them for not giving up and fixing the complicated issue. Every technician that came to the house was awesome and real professional. Roberto Joseph and Steven were all awesome. After a week of getting the run around with much frustration & many tears, the warranty company allowed an outside vendor to service my air conditioner that had stopped working. I immediately contacted Service Champions whom I’d bought a new heater from last year and Austin graciously said he would take the appointment and came out the next day. Austin had previously serviced the AC unit and is friendly, professional, and a knowledgeable and proficient technician. He, as do the other technicians, had me come outside so he could show me what the problem was and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Service Champions rates high in quality customer service and extensive training of their technicians. Austin did a great job! I am highly satisfied with this company.

Their routine maintenance is a steal. Tito was our technician and he was professional friendly and thorough. Showed us before and after picture as well as readings to verifying our units condition. I did ask for an additional estimate to address an issue with a certain room. I called in to inquire and was sorely disappointed when I was told the only way they would install dampers is if they installed an entirely new duct system, keeping in mind my house is 2 years old. I would have given them 5 stars if they could address the issue without a $19,000 unnecessary duct replacement. I did sign up for the membership which is a great deal but unfortunately I may cancel and move to another company that offers these services.Update: After posting this they did send someone out and doing fact offer the service I was wanting. Still currently getting other quotes but they did take care of me through this process. Overall a great company.

Austin Paget was the young .an who did a tune up on my two air-conditioning units. He showed me how dirty the outside was and how things got caught in it, looking almost like your radiator. Then he took the tops off and showed me how dirty the inside was and how much debris had collected inside. It was a very substantial amount. He took pictures and video of everything and showed how he was cleaning and all the steps that he took. Austin was very thorough and informative.Austin is the type of employee that every company wishes to have. Not only is he kind and considerate, putting a mat down at the front door, and putting booties on before coming in, but genuinely interested in concerns of the customer and how the company can help.He went above and beyond for me and I am so very grateful. Today we had Service Champions come out to our home for their $88 cooling checkup. Jimmy Perez was here well over two hours, definitely not the usual amount of time you would get from other companies. The thing is, we didnt pay a penny more for the extended service call. We were so pleased with his work we signed up for the service special at $19.95 per month. It covers our heating and air conditioning needs and even our water heater too! Service Champions truly lives up to their advertisement, I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a tune up on our 24 year Rheem package unit. Justin came out and just talking to him before he did anything, we need we had the right guy. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful. AND, my wife just loved him! He told us what he was going to do and explained all his findings in language we could understand. He looked at our heating section while he was here and pointed out some issues that should be addressed before the heating season and left us the proper type of filter to use. Too bad there are only 5 stars to give. I would give him 10 or more. This fall, we will be calling Service Champions to schedule Justin to come out to work his magic on our heater!

They are not cheap but I always feel like they are more than thorough. My home is 20 yrs old and I have paid yearly for maintenance which I now recognize was cursory at best. When u dont know, u dont know? I feel secure in the work that has been done which included a new heater, a/c & a leak under my manufactured home,plumbing inspection,and updated maintenance on waterheater. The company worked with me with financing as well which helped a lot.

I called Service champions to turneup my AC. August 4th Technician Christian Sanchez came out he was on-time, he was so professional (may I come in...may I go upstairs...may i sit down...and hes so polite) Christian did the inspection and advise me on the condition of my AC unit, then let me know that I needed A new system I know he wasnt lying I already knew that I just didnt know how bad the system was until he took pictures and showed me everything. Christian took his time and explained everything to me he tried his best to get me qualified for financing but I was denied. On September 13th I called Christian again and told him lets try financing again. I could have gone to another company but because Christian was so professional,knowledgeable, honest and Thorough I didnt want another Technician. I was approved for financing. Christian again went above and beyond explained the contract explained everything answered every question that I had. My installation process was smooth the technicians were also professional they cleaned up everything and then to my surprise an hour after installation Christian came back and inspect everything he went from room to room even the attic I was so impressed with the service. SERVICE CHAMPIONS OF MURRIETA Im now a customer and Christian Sanchez is my Technician 😀

A very professional outfit; from the people that answer the phones, to the dispatchers, and to the technicians. Everyone is extremely friendly, polite, and professional. I signed up for the Champ rewards program where, for a small monthly fee, they come out once a year for an A/C tune-up and once a year for a furnace tune-up. For what I pay annually, its just slightly more than 1 tune-up. Sometimes you sign up for these service programs and its like pulling teeth to get them scheduled to come out. NOT THESE GUYS! They call me and tell me its time to schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Service Champions.

I just signed up for the Service Champions Rewards Maintenance Program and I had my first visit for two faucet leaks and a potential drain issue. The Service Champions Plumbing Tech “Kris” showed up on time and ready to work. He went straight to my leaky faucets and fixed all of them. As it turned out I had a shower valve with a frozen cap that would not allow access to the cartridge so as a result the entire shower valve needed to be replaced. It was late on a Friday about 5pm and the installation tech was on another job so getting a new valve on that day was not looking good. So Kris started making phone calls and eventually located the part and installation tech “Jose” was on the way to my house. They had to really pull some strings and move mountains to get somebody at my house so late on a Friday afternoon, otherwise my water service would be off until the day. I don’t think a Mom & Pop plumbing company would have been able to pull that off because Service Champions had so many resources that they just started making phone calls and got job done. I’m looking forward to working with Service Champions in the future.

Our ceilings are 11 ftand your ladders do not reach. Had to use my ladder. This has occurred in every tech visit. He had a 24 ft ladder but does not adjust.Also, I believe your repair prices are high.

Their automated notification system advised that Kenny, the technician, would be arriving within the scheduled window (and actually at the early side of it). In typical fashion for their service staff, Kenny was courteous, polite and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner as expected and included a thorough review of the system, filter change, and adjustments to registers for optimal air movement.

Emmanuel was our technician today. He arrived on time and was clean & polite. He provided exceptional service compared to other companies we have used for our AC maintenance. He was here for 2 hours cleaning our unit and inspecting everything involved upstairs and outside. He even cleaned out the overflow AC line connected to our upstairs bathroom. He kept us informed about what he was doing and took photos of everything to show us before and after service. I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them for AC maintenance and yearly cleaning! A+

Came out for a plumbing inspection and found a problem with our garbage disposal unit. Seems the Home Depot Installation (a private contractor they hire) didnt install it right, therefore the water wasnt draining properly. He showed us a Plug that was supposed to be removed, but never was. He did this because as he put it You paid for someone to install it right and didnt, so I will fix the problem for free. Very nice and unexpected and especially when I asked how much more is it, he said its on the house!!! Glad I have a service contract with contract and little things like that werent a problem and he went out of his way to fix it for us, and for FREE!!! Thanks for the Awesome Service!!!

Everyone at Service Champ has been extremely nice and professional.Especially my repair man Jimmy Garcia, he has gone beyond any repairman I have ever experienced in my lifetime.I did not have enough money to pay for my repair and Jimmy did not want to leave me without AC in this heatwave so he called the office to see if they could help make my repair happen. It’s a sweltering hot day and this young man had to work in my attic!!!!Marco has been the only service technician to use the correct ladder to enter the attic easily, no hoisting up from the top rung of A frame ladder! Bravo Marco!!!Marco is polite and treated my home with the utmost respect. Not a speck of dirt was left after finishing his work!!! That’s a miracle because I have white carpeting!My AC unit outside was cleaned and looking like new!Service Champions should be proud to have Marco servicing customers homes. I had the best experience with this company than any other service companies in the past! They put in an entirely new AC & duct system for me during a horrific heat wave! Dylan & Rene worked in the attic putting in a new duct system & Phillip & Stone worked for almost 12 hours installing the new AC unit. It was 107 outside & 95 in the house with a lot of humidity. I love these guys. Started out as heater maintenance, but I started doing some homework on what Max was telling me and he was exactly right. He took pics of everything he did and explained it to me. Since my heater is so close to the access hole I could see him working so I know he was “ Not” goofing off. He was busy the whole time up there. He cleaned igniters, wiped everything down, flushed a drain and that’s just what I know of. I’m very pleased with what I got. I WILL be using them again.

It started with a faulty water hose that slowed down the water pressure of the spicket to nothing. The problem was we couldnt get it off. The technician was so nice and right on time. He didnt make us feel stupid for being the seniors that we are. After the repair he even made a recommendation of the type of water hose that would work best with our landscaping.

I did not.they did their job then brought me out to explain in detail what they found and what they did. They went over the workings and shut-off.
