I have used R & R Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from minor to major jobs. A repipe of my house 2 yrs ago, mind you completed in 2 days,and recently replacing the main water line to the house. R&R staffs up with quality plumbers who seem to know their stuff very well. This recent visit was for a humming I was getting in my water pipes, but only at one sink. Christian took it seriously, listened intently, and tried various combinations of turning the water faucets and showers on and off to diagnose the problem. He offered some really great tips that I’ll be able to use to try some things myself before calling him back if it doesn’t work out. The $0 service call couldn’t be beat!

I had Dan from R and R Plumbing install a reverse osmosis system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Dan is incredibly nice, efficient, and an all-around great guy running a top-notch company.The first company I contacted quoted me a ridiculous price—almost FOUR times what Dan charged! Not only was his pricing fair and reasonable, but he was also thorough, making sure everything worked perfectly before he left.Important note: Make sure you contact R and R Plumbing (with Dan) and not another company with a similar name, Rand R Plumbing. Dan is the one you want!Hands down, the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

R & R responded quickly to our request for our water heater to be looked at after our previous plumber did not respond to our messages. R & R was able to have someone come out to have it looked at the same day. Mike, our technician, diagnosed and recommended a new water heater based on the issue we had with our current one and it did not cost us for Mike to diagnose it. Mike came out the next day (today) and installed our new water heater right away. We are so satisfied how streamlined the process was and happy with the price for the entire install. Mike was also very helpful and kind towards us as well as his son. We highly recommend R & R for their services.

Fantastic followup and follow through during the bid and job completion process from both Chandler (bid and install) and office staff. I moved into a home that needed a new water heater and a Moen Flo water shutoff system as well as a few other items. Chandler was knowledgeable - gave me options to choose from and explained everything before hand. I was notified in advance that they were running a 1/2 late on install day and received timely text messages. During installation he asked if I had any questions and kept me informed of where they were in the process. After installation he explained everything they had done. I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I didnt shop around for pricing because in my opinion, a business that goes in from the start with professionalism is worth the peace of mind and a little extra $. I highly recommend R & R Plumbing.

We set up an appointment for the following day for a technician to come out. She called me about an hour later to let me know that an appointment had opened up same day. We graciously accepted the change in plan.John was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and patient in his consultation. We picked a solution route at a reasonable price point. John was able to complete the work same day. He was kind and communicative through the whole process.R&R has been very good to us. We will happily continue to use them as our plumbing resource.

We called R& R Plumbing. Tom is our requested plumber, he is thorough and knows his stuff. Tom is a true professional always on time, and we trust him to give us an estimate of what we need and not try and sell us things we don’t need. It’s hard to find an honest Pro like Tom. We recommended R&R to our neighbor and they were happy with the young man who fixed the leak under their sink.

So, I went out and bought a new faucet and Javier returned to install it. R & R was a little higher priced to install, but I won’t trust our plumbing to anyone else but R & R and Javier!! Their customer service is soooo worth it!!9/24: Javier and Derek were amazing and courteous!! Great experience. Called with an urgent block to the kitchen sink drain. They had a crew out within a couple hours. Jonny and Jonathan did a great job despite it not being an easy fix. He inspected our home for a leak that we believed we had since our toilet seemed to be running intermittently. I LOVE R&R Plumbing. They have helped us out over the years and I feel that every time we get a very thorough inspection prior, easy to understand plan and all the plumbers have been efficient, and their work is impeccable. I have never once felt as if they were overpricing or selling me something that I did not need. Haley is usually who I talk to and she is so pleasant on the phone and always calls back right away. Even if they are busy, she does her best to have someone come to at least see what the problem is. Cassidy has been to our house a couple of times and besides being an EXCELLENT plumber, he’s a really nice, easy going guy. He even calls the next day to make sure everything is working correctly and we do not have any problems. A+ customer service. Responsive, thorough, and fairly priced. We had blocked sewer line that our technician Ernie managed to hydrojet and clear. Update: we signed up with R & R Plumbing to excavate and repair two segments of damaged sewer line, one under the driveway and the other in the garden near the front sidewalk. They scheduled and completed the huge job quickly over a two day period and left the job site in a very clean condition. They do not do the cement repair which we understood and will complete that separately. Overall a very professional team which we will not hesitate to use and can highly recommend.

Sold our home and one of the few items the buyers inspector turned up was a supposed drippy faucet in the guest bathroom. When switching from tub to shower, the faucet drips a little bit. The bathroom was remodeled just two years ago with all new fixtures and we have never thought of it as a problem. Raffi from R & R Plumbing didnt think so either. He said most bathroom plumbing does that -- some dripping when you switch from filling a tub to using the shower. After all, its just a simple rubber gasket that shuts off the water flow. We thought it would be a simple garbage disposal replacement but turns out the new one we purchased required a more experienced technician to hook it up as it didnt simply screw in. He explained everything as he went along, was able to go to the truck to grind off something to make it work perfectly. He showed what the previous owners had accumulated in the pipes and even taught us about the difference between cast iron and steel disposals. Who knew? (We didnt...) And why the cheap ones wear out so fast.So, needless to say my husband and I cannot recommend R & R and Javier in particular, highly enough. These are great plumbers. I had a major water leak in the kitchen. It was a huge mess. The technician (Chandler) found it and fixed it. Also had a frozen water main valve which was corroded. Replaced. Im also having the hot water heater replaced before it too decides to fails. They generate great detailed reports with numerous photos and explanations which I submitted to insurance. Seamless. Highly professional, fast and experienced. I will use R & R Plumbing for as long as I own this home.08-12-2024 I had a clogged drain in one of the bathrooms. Ernie did a great job. Fast perfect and clean . He took pictures and explained all the work that was done. Snaked the entire drainage line down 50 ft Fabulous service.11-19-2024. Follow-up on the water main valve replacement. There was some minor pooling. On one of the fittings. Chandler fixed it in seconds. The water issue was not related to the value. Excellent work - no charge. Great company to deal with. They have detailed records and pictures of every repair so its easy to identify an issue.

Not just the outside compressor units, but the entire air handling units in the attic with furnace. When they left, all was good. The space between the toilet and the wall was very tight, and as a result, I cross threaded the valve at the water connection … not only once, but twice! Raffi showed up and had to replace the valve that I had purchased ( because the threads were now shot ). The replacement valve was a high quality valve that you cannot purchased at the big box stores. In the process of completing these repairs, Raffi noticed that my water pressure regulator spring had probably broken so that my in-home plumbing was being exposed to too much water pressure.
