This is my third time dealing with this company. Each time I received same day service within a few hours., once in the middle of a heatwave they repaired my AC. They are honest, professional and clean. I am especially grateful for the clear explanations they give with pictures which made it easy to understand. Since I am a member of their service/maintenance program, he was kind enough to clean my main filter which had sucked in and was very dirty. I do need a new HVAC and will more than likely go with Encore Plumbing after getting additional estimates. I will give an update after the installation. You will be happy with the positive, professional service.

I needed a drain cleared out in my kitchen and Encore were the only ones that were available to help me on that day. Derek scheduled me for late afternoon and my Tech Angelo actually showed up two hours early. I appreciated that he shook my hand and introduced himself before he even got started. He asked me what the problem was and then got right to work. Angelo was done in just a few minutes and he even took the time to assemble all the plumbing parts that I had purchased to replace everything. I was offered a maintenance plan which is definitely going to make my life easier, lol. These folks treated my property with the utmost respect and professionalism and these days that means a whole lot.

Encore is my company now! They came out right away even though I called around 430. They removed the box the previous owners had put around the ac unit, which was effectively suffocating it! They cleaned the filthy clogged filter. There was a frozen line so we could only wait at this point. He told me I could turn it on in the morning. The next morning another technician came to be sure everything was good with my system. However the unit turned on in the morning and ran quieter than it ever had since I moved in. I joined the service plan for $15 a month. Now I have security and a great discount plan. I’m going to use these guys for all ac and plumbing problems from here on out! I had Jacob on day one and Nils in the morning. Both were great guys . I trust them, they treated me well!

Encore never lets me down. Their heating and air conditioning division is top-notch. I was in deep trouble with my A/C deciding to start its tantrum during the heatwave on a day it was 106. They said they could send someone over the next day which was amazing for me calling them at 5:30 p.m. when it happened. Its always nice because theyll give you a complimentary text before their technician shows up. They sent me this really cool guy named Nelse who the Diagnostics on the air conditioner since it didnt feel like squealing like it was the day before. He went through everything on that and ended up saving me thousands of dollars based on the factors surrounding the situation. And this isnt the first time Encore has done this..they sat on my second floor once and five technicians took my heating problem apart for 5 hours. This is the way that people are supposed to work! They take care of the problem instead of giving up. And they dont try to sell you tons of things that you dont need. Thats considered genuine and authentic in my book. So thank you guys again for being awesome! I appreciate it.

I can’t say enough about the team at Encore. We had a busted AC that started out as a repair but then turned into a full replacement install. And I’m not talking about 1, but 2 ACs. These guys are super professional and incredibly polite and courteous. The entire process of repair to install was super smooth and very well handled. My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the work and incredibly thankful that we found Encore and were able to do business with Encore.And I have to mention they also installed a halo 5 water purification system. Their plumber was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in his work.Total 10 stars in my book.

Encore (Jacob) arrived and listened to me rant about my continuing immediate problem, and asked if he could take a look and try replicating the problem, but explaining he can be brutly honest. After about hour of up and down the stairs, from attic to the thermostat, he told me all he did.Then he went back, replicating to allow time to pass to see if the problem reacurred; it didn’t.My unit was working as it should. Any more related problems, I’m not calling anyone of the 3-well named companies that caused me nothing but consternation. Before Jacob left, I asked he take a look at something; I felt trust overwhelmingly!!!

Was referred by my neighbor for my AC issue. Called in the morning and a technician was out in less than two hours. Jacob showed up at my home and was amazing! He was very thorough and educated myself on the ac units I have and what to expect with the process. He broke down the process and then after reviewing the quote, it was very reasonable so we moved forward with the process. He got to work right away and fixed and cleaned my unit! I reached out to Encore Plumbing and Air Conditioning on the evening of 08/20/24 because my AC unit failed to turn on. Needless to say it was over 100 degrees already in the evening. I spoke with the owner Derrick and true to his word he had a technician arriving at 0800 in the morning. My technician Nelse was nothing short of a Guardian Angel. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything as he diagnosed my issues gave suggestions and even showed me his testing methods in addition to opening the AC unit so I could witness the damage firsthand. My AC unit was the original unit that came with the house. Nelse was able to provide necessary repairs to get the unit functioning. I am beyond grateful that Encore was the first company I contacted and feel 100% satisfied with my experience. I also purchased the maintenance package that covers biannually checks and a plethora of other incentives that I personally feel gives me a peace of mind. They also recognize and Honor those that served in the Military in addition to being a First Responder in the medical profession. My need for urgency also is attributed to having a disabled spouse who needs the house at a constant cool temperature for medical necessity. Jacob was extremely polite, friendly, and professional… I didn’t get to know him very well because he was in and out less than half an hour with my air conditioning running perfect. We needed help again and Encore came to our rescue. This time we needed assistance with a shower head. The pipe into the wall had a piece of the old shower head stuck inside. We were expecting the worst, thinking they would need to cut open the drywall and replace the entire pipe. Steve was very honest and was able to get the old piece out and replace the shower head quickly and professionally. I am truly impressed by the honesty and integrity that Steve and Encore plumbing offer to their customers. I would highly recommend Steve and Encore plumbing. After our A/C failed on a weekend, we were able to get in touch with them on the phone within minutes. The contractor came out in a couple of hours and they kept me updated via texts of his ETA and when he was en route. The diagnosis was done in under an hour and I was given a full explanation of the issue with an estimate on the spot. He is willing to work with our warranty claims people and we will find out how that all adds up in the end soon (hopefully).Update: they were able to replace the AC unit and the furnace/blower inside the house in the same day. They had to make some modifications for the inside blower unit in order for it to fit (the old unit was original to the house) and run more efficiently. Ive had them come out for routine AC service and to take care of a minor issue. Again, easy to schedule and prompt service.My electric bill was much lower the following summers and the comfort level greatly improved.I also had them come out to replace our 10+ year old water heater when it failed. They gave me a better quote with practical solutions compared to other local business estimates I had (example: a different company wanted to cut a new hole in my garage in order to drain the water heater, Encore was definitely against that idea and ran a hose instead).If youre looking for estimates for repair/replacement of anything, definitely include them on your short list!

Awesome crew. Derek is awesome, NO BS works super hard has always spent time talking to me about my questions and providing answers. I am the guy that hovers over the crew asking them every question. Jake from encore is awesome to, always comes out when something is wrong. They stand by there work which is all I care about, and would refer them to any friend or family.The first time I had a problem, Derek got on the phone and helped me get my Fan motor started over the phone He did this last summer in 2021. Came out next day to replace Motor. Because of this i was looking for a company to Replace my entire HVAC system to upgrade to the new R410. I choose Goodman 16 seer variable blower with new Furnace. They performed the work in January. The install went well.1) Installed GSX160601 16 SEER condenser2) New 410 Coil3) GMVS800805CU Variable Speed FurnaceI Got to use the Furnace throughout January and works really well. Temp Blowing out was around 117 degrees. NOTE: Variable speeds are different. the fan speed goes up and down. Little different noise but used to it now.New AC: Only got to use the new AC a few times. Works well. The closet vent is blowing out between 45 to 48 degrees on average return vent is about 72 degrees. IF you put Infrared Thermometer up to vent its about 38 degrees which is really good.The only issue with it so far is a buzzing noise frequency. All AC units make a noise; however, mine just started making this rattling noise. Jake from encore came out same day and tightened some of screws. We ended up putting a foam spacer between the lower end panel below the capacitor which does help stop the rattling on the unit. No biggi.Problem is that the frequency noise travels along the line set which is attached to wall. Due to sound mechanics that frequency is transferred from the wall to our master bedroom, and you can hear that rattling noise. Apparently with some research this can be common and there a some fixes. Jake is scheduling to come back out remove the r410 and put a few 90 Degree corners on high pressure line before it reaches the wall and then recharge and and balance with superheat. Hopefully this will reduce the low frequency noise being transfer over the line set before it reaches the wall. Right now we put some rubber dampeners underneath the AC unit which seems to help a little more. Either way they are working the problem and providing solutions. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.I really like encore, They always answer the phone. Derek from encore spent a ton of time answering all my annoying questions.As a person who works from home all the time, its super important to have a functioning HVAC system.

Steve showed up on schedule as did his second. They quickly assessed and set up. They explained all they were going to do and then began. They worked through all of the problems routing the long pressure line they ran through our landscape drains and systematically hit all sections where problems draining were likely occurring. They hung around and ran water to be sure everything cleared. We seem to have a belly in one section that causes pooling of drainage water. They actually pulled apart all the equipment they had bundled up to put away and ran that section again to ensure it wasnt a clog. After this they helped map out what section will likely need to be raised to relieve the belly in the pipeline causing the pooling. That is super helpful information needed to get proper draining. It also helps to know this for when we get a landscape contractor out to correct it. Very pleased and grateful to Steve and Encore Plumbing for their response and help. These guys have also fixed our tankless water heater recently keeping its life span going and not over pushing replacement. Thats called integrity. When we do replace, Encore will be the company we use. The same for any plumbing or A/C problems we encounter going forward. I highly recommend them and will do the same to anyone I know who has a plumbing problem.

I have used Encore in the past with an issue we had in our kitchen under the sink and they did an amazing job! So when I came home from out of town and noticed I had water in my garage the first thing I did was turn off the water and call them.I called at 1030am and they had 2 guys at my door before 1pm Great response time.The techs came out and assessed the issue we spoke about what I found and possible issues they started with leak detection also explained to me about the Encore yearly membership that saved me some money off the total cost so I took advantage of that.The leak was found “slab leak “Hot water side under the hot water heater and behind my toilet in the small bath downstairs. Lucky I found it quick and it didn’t cause any real damage other than drywall in the garage. Could have been so much worseThey sleeved the pipe which was leaded to the master bathroom hot water they saved me a HUGE headache because of their hard work I was able to avoid any interior drywall repair and patching which is AMAZING only 1 access panel in the master bath under the sink !I WOULD GIVE THEM 6 stars if I could great people great team great service and I’ll be telling anyone and everyone I know to call them first !

AC stopped blowing cool. Adrian with Encore came out and replaced capacitor unit along with a couple #s of R-22. Adrian is very knowledgeable. He provided information about the condition of my system necessary to make an educated decision on the repairs that needed to be done. My system is 33 years old, Its had issue over the years. Adrian provide a quote for a new system. I appreciate the professionalism, appointment notifications, and the fair price. I will continue to use encore at both my home and my rental. Thanks Encore.

Oh my goodness. What a wonderful company that actually cares about local people. I got home from work today at 5 pm, in one of the hottest weeks on record, to find that our AC compressor was not working. It was 84 degrees in our house. We have kids, dogs, and a bunny. Called one company and they couldnt come out until next Tuesday! Yes you read that correctly. I remembered that we used Encore earlier in the year for a plumbing issue and decided to call them at 6:30 pm. Adrian Ortiz was at our house at 7:00 pm. It is now 9 pm and our AC is blowing cold air, all for the same amount of money that we would have paid for a hotel or portable ac. However, its not just about how quickly they responded or the relative low cost, it is also that we felt like that they were people like us who got that this situation was dire for us and truly wanted to help. They have a $15 per month maintenance program, and we are definitely signing up. Thank you so much Adrian and Encore. We will call them when we replace our unit as well.

I had a periodic leak in a pipe in a wall. We had another company come out and they were unable to diagnose the problem. When the leak persisted and got worse, I was referred to ENCORE. Although it was after hours, Steve arrived promptly and immediately knew where to look. Within minutes, he had cut into my closet, found the leak and began the repairs. Not only was he knowledgeable and fast, but the cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend ENCORE if you want excellent and affordable service. Plus, Steve was really nice to my dog! I hope I wont need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, Ill be calling ENCORE.

11/07/23I have been with Encore so long that it needs a date! Trevon & Nelson came out today to do the winter furnace assessment. This is a member perk for winter & summer reviews. My system is on top notch working order but that is expected since Encore did the installation. Many parts of the furnace were checked & too numerous to mention here. GO ENCORE!~2021After getting three bids, I hired Encore Plumbing to replace my AC & furnace. My furnace was emitting foul smells & both units were costly to run. Encore was an easy choice with not only a competitive bid, but with a comprehensive, understandable, professional analysis related to the installation. They did not need to alter the ceiling access for furnace.Derek E. & his team, John & Jake, completed the job, including permit, in a reasonable time. If you want process predictability, honesty, & a solid work ethic, give Derek a call. They also do routine plumbing repairs. And the efficiency test for the permit was perfect. I can’t wait to save on the monthly cost.A year later….Encore came out to check on furnace & components as part of the install. After thorough review & test, system passed with flying colors, including how heat was passing to livable spaces. Frank was professional, polite, & took his time. Great service! Ive been using Encore for not just my house but also my moms. She had a leak in her AC. I was surprised that Encore had a Technician, Frank Navarro at my moms within a couple hours. He checked out the problem, advised what the issue was and also told us we needed to add refrigerant, which is probably why it took sometime to get the house cold. Anyway, he repaired the leaky AC and added a bit of refrigerant. I certainly feel the difference from before. Again, you cant go wrong with Encore, their technicians are all professionals, respectful of your homes that they bring in covers for their shoes to keep your home clean. Again, highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs.
