Joshua Rubio did a great job! We had an emergency at 9pm on a Monday night with our tankless water heater after coming home from a long weekend out of town. Roto-Rooter came within an hour of calling and fixed our problem, Joshua was efficient and was very reasonable. We now have peace of mind that our problem was fixed with minimal damage. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a tech available right away.My technician Jesse, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue causing the toilet to back up into the shower.My shower was pretty gross from the backup and Jesse went the extra mile to tidied the shower floor.
