ProFlo was highly recommended by a friend and now I totally understand why. I cant say enough good things about working with them too.When it became clear that my old HVAC system was on its last legs (installed in 1999) and reached out to a few companies for information about replacing it with a heat pump, Jaime responded quickly and offered to talk to me very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was thorough and patient, explaining all of the details in easy to understand language, and even the drawings he made were helpful. After listening to my concerns and questions, he designed a great new system for me that would do everything I needed, plus it would be WAY more efficient than my old one.Jaime put together a team that could not have been better - they were professional, pleasant, respectful, careful and genuinely nice. Very impressive. Julian, Darrin, Aldo and Fernando are top-notch technicians.The system is now installed and aside from my own learning curve on using it, I think its awesome. ProFlo is available to answer questions and make sure to let me know they have my back. Honestly, I never loved an HVAC system before...but I now know its never too late to start. :)Not only do I have an elegant, efficient and up-to-date system, I already know I will turn to ProFlo for ALL of my plumbing and house maintenance needs in the future. After 17 years it was time to get a new AC system and Im glad I contacted the guys at ProFlo. Jamie came out, took a look at our current system, asked me where our problem areas were and educated me as to why these areas werent cooling properly and told me how we could fix them. He walked me through the different options with the systems they sell and at no point did I feel he was pressuring me into buying a bigger system than what I needed or what my budget could afford. The day of the install came and his team showed up on time and got to work. They took care of my personal property, laying drop cloths and wore boot coverings the entire time. They did their very best to not make a mess and cleaned up all the trash afterwards. The out door unit did come damaged (from the manufacturer) but the his team jumped on the horn and had a new one out to the house in 90 minutes. They had our new system up and running before the day was over and it was cooling the house before we got home in the afternoon. I would highly recommend the guys at ProFlo, they really know what they are doing and the professionalism they showed the entire process speaks volumes of this company!!!

With this review, I want to comment about the communications during our first phase (assessment, estimate, negotiation only).Bryan Todd responded promptly to my husband phone call regarding our 30 year furnace, then came in for the assessment and gave us good advise not to spend $600 to fix it which we absolutely agreed.Starting last summer, we already thought about to replace the whole system (AC & furnace); so we had some estimates but didnt get it done.After comparing all 3 estimates including one from the Costco business associate, we picked this company due to good price, prompt communications from Bryan and his office manager, Bryans patience to answer all my questions and concerns.The installation is set for this coming Monday. We’ve used ProFlo twice now and each time have been highly pleased. Two years ago when our A/C-which was original to the house built in ‘87- started to fail, we were referred to Bryan and the ProFlo team. They sent a technician out to inspect and clean our system. Following day Bryan came out to give an estimate on a new system. Bryan never once pushed us, or made us feel obligated. We weren’t hassled and annoyed. We knew we needed one since ours was 30+years old, but unfortunately it wasn’t in our cards financially and the cleaning was enough for us to get by.Two years later, our old A/C just wasn’t running quite right. Enter the ProFlo team again. Bryan paired us with Jaime for another inspection and a quote for a new unit. Our old one had definitely run its course. Jaime gave us several options for cooling our home, but with the possibility of an out of state move, he took great care of our immediate needs. Jaime was friendly, knowledgable, great with our crazy kids, and a veteran like my husband. We felt like fast friends and knew we would be taken care of and we certainly were.Less than a week later Trevor and his crew were at our home. They quickly knocked out upgrading our unit. Again, courteous and knowledgeable.To summarize, ProFlo was prompt, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Their work and professionalism exceeded our expectation. Was it expensive? I have to say 100%, I am totally satisfied with the work and the employees from Proflo they found the problem that I was having with my sewage lines to my septic when four other plumbers couldnt they fixed the problem they also found another problem with with my incoming water lines they fix that problem too now I have to say Im 100% satisfied with my incoming and my outgoing lines they were prompt reliable friendly and responsible offer financing when needed you couldnt do better by going to anyone else other than profile I will recommend them to anyone

Highly recommended. Proflo did our HVAC system last year and Bryan and his employees we’re all nice, approachable and definitely knows what they’re doing. Very professional. I am a returning customer since i liked how they work and deal with me for the HVAC. Now, spring of this year, I contacted them again, but for my water heater. It needed replacement and Jared came over and replace our old one, again, I would say that the owners professionalism rubbed off to their employees as jared took took care of what was needed to be done and was very accommodating to some of my questions. I am one satisfied customer and definitely will call them again when the need arises.
