    We have worked with Pipeline Plumbing several times in the past for jobs ranging from a simple faucet fix to completely replacing our water heater, and every time they exceed expectations. Thier service guys are pleasant and professional, theyre knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. They are fair in their pricing and upfront about the work that needs to be done. I appreciate the transparency that they show when explaining work as well as cost. We will continue to work with them for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Great service! I called to have my gas hookup moved down my wall for my new range, as the old hook up was way up the wall. They sent Jay out and he did an amazing job, very quick and very helpful. Overall the price was right for us. Keep up the amazing work gentlemen!

    We recently had Pipeline out to replace our leaking water heater with a new tankless system. Jon responded immediately to my initial inquiry on a Friday evening and provided an emailed quote right after our phone call. The quote was reasonable, and Jon informed us about some rebates through SoCal Gas and a federal incentive program that made the pricing more palatable. We got a couple more estimates and waited a few days to make our decision, and were so happy we went with Pipeline.Jay arrived promptly on the scheduled day and began the work, while Jon arrived shortly afterward to assist in removing our old 75-gallon tank and completing the installation. The installation went smoothly and looks clean and professional. Jay and Jon left the garage cleaner than when they started, and Jay even helped me troubleshoot an issue with our furnace that was related to the gas being temporarily turned off (spoiler alert: the circuit breaker needed to be reset). Both Jay and Jon were super friendly and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.We will definitely be using Pipeline for our future plumbing needs!

    Trenton was great. He cleaned the drains and showed us on how to help filter the dirt from going down the outside drains. The cost was less then what I had expected, which makes it nice in this day and age when they want to get has much money has they can. I will for sure keep them on my list of people to call for plumbing issues.

Not only did he take care of our toilet reinstall and faucet install quickly and easily, he took the time to talk us through what he was doing and made sure along the way things were set up as we liked.     First time I used Pipeline Plumbing. They took me call and dispatched the repair man. He showed up and introduced himself as Trenton. I explained my plumbing issues an he formulated a plan to fix the problem. Trenton than set about fixing the issues and cleaning as he went, after fixing the issues he explained and demonstrated the corrected issues. Trenton was very polite and extremely professional. I will now only use Pipeline Plumbing as my Plumbers.

The price was half of what other contractors asked for and the job was very simple and involved only one connection. I am glad to work with this company for good service and fair prices.     I had a great experience with Jason and Jon today. They found leaks I didnā€™t even know I had in the backyard which explains things like the green algae pouring out of the french drain in my sidewalk. They unclogged the bathtubs that wouldnā€™t drain, stopped the squealing noise coming from the shower, and now we have excellent water pressure in all of our sinks as well! Iā€™m very pleased. They were friendly, quick to respond, and professional. Would definitely recommend.

    Our 5yr old water heater (installed by another company) ruptured and started leaking all over the garage. We contacted Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists Inc at 10 pm and they got back to us by 7 am the following morning. They were able to come out and remove/replace the old water heater with a new one that morning. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. I especially loved that they gave us a quote over the phone and confirmed it once they got here and assessed the situation. I would definitely recommend them for any water heater issues.

    Woke up to a small pond in my kitchen this morning, shut off valve behind the refrigerator was leaking. Spoke with John at pipeline, he gave me a price. Trenton came and fixed it, super nice guy, very professional and cleaned up after like it never happened. The job became a little more detailed than originally thought but the price stayed the same.     Had Pipeline come out to change a control panel on a water heater that was recently installed, panel was leaking gas, Rheem sent out the replacement part so installation was all that was needed. Jon and Eric came out yesterday and first thing Jon noticed was my water heater was a liquid petroleum tank (NOT GOOD) as we run on natural gas. So glad my house didnā€™t blow up in the meantime, Eric and Jay came out today and installed a brand new heater in a timely manner and weā€™re as courteous and friendly as can be. Kudos to Pipeline for their quick response and possibly saving my home from a major disaster.

    This company is AWESOME! I would give more stars if it were possible. My old tank water heater blew and they were out the next morning and installed a new tankless system FOR HALF the price I was quoted from the company Home Depot sent out. They were also MUCH less than the other quotes I received. They were precisely on time and finished the job in 4 hours. The installation was very professional and clean.     This may be an in-depth review for just a simple toilet install, but worth the read, because this company is really worth using for your plumbing needs.I needed to find a plumbing company to install two new toilets at my home, so I started to research google and yelp reviews on plumbing companies.     Jay was fanastic. He came to my home to fix a problematic garbage disposal, and upon inspection immediately diagnosed that it was clogged and not broken and fixed the situation. He told me that it was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Most contractors these days often try to upsell you on things you dont necessarily need (unfortunately). But I truly respected his honesty, which kept my labor and any other costs low and reasonable. And since he was already at my home, I asked if he can inspect my dishwasher because everytime I used it I would find a small pool of water underneath my sink. And sure enough, he found the issue immediately and fixed the dripping on the spot. Lastly, I had a sink in my primary bathroom that had been clogged and even after multiple trials with Liquid Plumber not doing the trick. Jay disassembled it and found the issue. Now my garbage disposal, dishwasher, and bathroom sink are all working like brand new again!I am naturally inquisitive and would ask Jay numerous questions while he was diagnosing/fixing my plumbing issues. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was incredibly friendly as well. Then before he left, he just double checked my water heater and the water pressure on my home to make sure that they were all okay. He also asked if I knew where the main water line is to the house just so Ill know where it is in case I ever needed to do an emergency water shutoff.The friendliness, the courtesy, the great work, honesty, and reasonable pricing will definitely make me use PPDS moving forward for all my household plumbing needs.     Excellent experience with Pipeline plumbing. Trenton Doerr had come out earlier to locate a slab leak. We then set up an appointment for the repair work. On Sunday around 8:00 Trenton and his assistant Miles showed up to do the repair work. In the course of repairing the slab leak a second slab leak was discovered. One is a lot of work but two. Trenton reassured me that they would do their best to finish that day. They both worked until past 8:00 that night so we wouldnā€™t be without hot water. I canā€™t say enough about their work ethic and dedication and wanting to take care of our problem. Would highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing!

    My water heater went out five days before Thanksgiving. I called Pipeline on Sunday,they were closed I left a message and Jon called me back the same day even though they were closedā€¦WHAT?ā€¦and set up an appointment. Jon was a really cool dude gave me all the information I needed came out on Monday earlier than my appointmentā€¦WHAT?ā€¦.. he and his partner put the water heater in left everything neat and clean. Iā€™m still in shock didnā€™t know this kind of service still existed. USE THIS COMPANY!

    I called Pipeline because I had several plumbing issues. They came out within an hour for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and then Jay was out within the next hour to fix all my issues. Previous Plummerā€™s had done a poor job on my plumbing and Jay was able to fix all of the fast and well. This companyā€™s communication is amazing. I was kept updated on everything before, during, and after the service. I am so happy to have finally found a reasonable plumber who does such a great job that I will be happy to use in the future.

    My issue started when my shower handle broke. I first called a different company (not gonna say their company name but its not PP&DSI) who came in, hopefully they would fix it, but instead, that just replacing the shower handle, they made it even worse, by breaking the screw connecting the handle to my shower valve. And then asking me more money for their service to replace a new valve (which they damaged). Anyways I fired that company and went on looking for another one who will not play me off.Thats when I found Pipeline Plumbings & Drain Specalist Inc. I left them a message via google, and they responded to my quote via email the following day. On my quote message to them, I told them straight up that I dont have alot of money, this is my plumbing issue, if you can help me, great and whats the prize? if not, thank you for your time. I wasnt expecting for them to respond to me, but they did. They left me a callback # and gave me a quote from my affordable range. Which was awesome!When I called, Eric picked up, and the first thing he asked me Okay tell me all about it (my scam situation from the previous plumbing company) At that point, I felt secured, felt that this is a guy who will actually level with me, and understand my situation, and not just scam me for my money.So I hired them to check it out and soon enough, Jay from PP&DSI came to my house, (on-time, and actually earlier than expected). He went straight to check the plumbing issue, told me that the scammer company jacked my pipelines but he will still be able to fix it though it wont be easy. I agreed to increase the initial quote but just by a hundred, which is still within my payment range.Jay! my hero! finished the job in just a a few hours! waayyy faster than the first plumbing company who I called on! Thank you so much you guys! After two weeks, of having this plumbing issue, PP&DSI finally ended my misery in 3 hours.Not only that, Jay gave us consultation on what else is broken around the house, which helped alot! Now we know what else we need to fix and replace in the near future.I love Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialist Inc. services. I would recommend them to all my friends who will have their plumbing issues resolved. This is a company who I know will not squeeze you with what you are worth.     I completed an online inquiry after business hours and received a call within 15 minutes. I was given an appointment for the next morning. When Jason arrived I explained the issue and he knew immediately how to fix it. He removed the broken backwater valve to clear the drain. He also replaced a leaky hose bib. After finding the replacement part they sent me an estimate to approve and then ordered. Once the part was received John called to schedule an appointment for installation. Jason returned to install the part and made recommendations on how to avoid future issues. Thank you!

We had a 98 gallon water heater go bad. They guided us through the whole process and immediately and seamlessly replaced it with a tankless water heater.     I called on the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Eric answered immediately and when I told him our water heater was leaking badly he quickly made arrangements for technicians to come out and bring a replacement if necessary. They arrived within half an hour, did an inspection and determined the heater needed to be replaced. The finished the whole job in under two hours from when I made the call. That might be the best response to a service call we ever made!

    We were notified by Rancho Water that our home was losing 7gal/hr. We called PPDS which located the main leak in the front part of the property. They quickly fixed it and we were able to use our water again!     Pipeline Plumbing & Drain recently replaced our aged and malfunctioning water heater. The entire experience was flawless and easy. The company representative was responsive on the telephone. The repair technician was right on time (actually a bit early!). The technician explained how the system worked and what was going to happen. About an hour later the job was done. Old water heater was hauled away and no mess. Our old water heater didnt have a spill tray and a new one was also installed potentially saving us from a future disaster. 100% recommend!

    I had an emergency at my rental house when at 1am, the main water supply line burst under the front yard and flooded the area leaving my tenantā€™s family with no water. I called several ā€œemergencyā€ plumbers and none could respond for a week. I knew I had to get the water back on ASAP for my tenants. And then I called Pipeline Plumbing and spoke with Eric who was great and understood my problem. Despite being busy, he managed to get a tech there that day. Jay showed up quickly and was very professional and ready to help me. We discussed what needed to be done and arranged to have the repair done the next day. I agreed to dig up the pipe and expose the leak but there was some confusion and miscommunication (probably my fault) and Pipeline thought I was going to repair it myself. When I called the next morning, Eric- thinking I repaired it myself- told me I was no longer on the schedule. Within minutes, he somehow got Jay out there again and the other tech(s) with a special tool and got the job done and the water back on for my tenants in this this 99 degree heat and for a reasonable price. Well done gentlemen! Very impressive the way they handled this and a big thanks to Eric and tech Jay. I will use them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing.

    Second review.Had to have Pipeline out for emergency service. Whole house backup. They were here in 2 1/2 hours, pretty quick response for last minute emergency.They knew what was wrong quickly, fixed the problem, and gave me some tips should it happen again. Definitely 5 star.They came inside and made sure all was well, very courteous.I highly recommend. Did I mention a human answers the calls? That matters too. Great job Pipeline.

    They were the only company of 6 or 7 companies that i got a quote from for a new water heater tank that told me about the tankless appliance rebate. Their price was very good for either option. With the info about the rebate we went with the tankless option. They came and got the job done quickly. Only feedback is that i didnt know i needed an ionizer until right before they started the job, but they worked out well anyway because we had wanted a whole house filtration system and they got everything installed on the same day.

    Came home to find water in my garage coming from the water heater. I had used Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist on a previous installation to replace a tankless water heater at my rental, so it was a matter of finding the receipt and hoping to get a response. On the first call out, I was in contact with Jon and let him know that I was in desperate need of help. Within an hour of the call, Jon was at my residence in Menifee. The assessment was not a shock, as I had run through a couple of broken water heaters in the past. The only benefit to replacing a water heater, is replacing it with a tankless water heater. I was given the quote and told there would be some pretty good rebates. I scheduled the install for the next day.Major repairs can usually be a little unnerving, since you are at the mercy of the repair company on how the repair and install of new equipment will go.My fears were quickly put to rest from the minute I made the first call. I received updates via text and email on when a technician would arrive to when the installation was complete. Jon and his crew were moving without missing a beat. Once the install was complete, the hot water was working and everything was good.After the install, I received messages from Eric walking me through the rebate process and forwarding me a contact for a drywall repairman. I highly recommend calling Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialist for any issues with your water heater. The fact that they communicate immediately on everything that is going to happen is amazing and a relief to the customer.
