I called Donnie from Donnie’s Plumbing and he made himself available to come by the house first thing the next morning. He was very professional and he’s a very honest guy. We had a leak behind our fridge and he was able to locate and fix the problem in short period of time. He provided a free estimate and his price for the repair was very GOOD compared to other big companies. Donnie was so polite, responsive to messages and calls, and very knowledgeable in his profession. We had an issue with our new gas stove not flushed to the wall. He came over to diagnose the problem and knew exactly how to fix it! He does great work and we will continue to call him for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Donnie did a great job. I kept having scheduling issues on my end but he rolled with the changes and didn’t fire me as a customer like I would have in his shoes. On time, professional, clean work. Went above and beyond to make sure the shower cartridges didn’t leak when he left even though one was leaking prior to him arriving and not part of the scope of work. He still fixed it. Highly recommend.

I left a message late at night explaining my toilet leaking problems on Donnie’s user-friendly website. (Rancho California Water had text me that day to inform me that I had a 7 gallon an hour water leak somewhere in my house). Donnie called me promptly the next morning. He also text me his ETA when he would be at my house. We discussed my options available and I decided to replace both of my 35 year old leaking toilets. Donnie installed both of my upstairs toilets and does quality work. He communicates well, is on time, courteous, has pride in his work, and answered all my questions and concerns. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend Donnie’s Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Donnie is communicative, prompt, professional, and friendly. I was having an issue with super low water pressure in the kitchen faucet due to the install of a new water pressure regulator, turns out there was just gunk in the sprayer attachment. Donnie fixed it (free) and I will keep his card until I actually need a plumber. He’s going to be very in-demand once word gets out, give him a call for a free estimate before you try anyone else!

Donnie was great, I met him at a local plumbing supply place I asked him if he was a plumber he said yes and gave me his card and Im so glad and happy, not only that I called him but that I decided to use him after he gave me his estimate, which by the way was very reasonable especially compared to the other six plumbers I called. I was very happy with his professionalism, I was very happy with his personality, and I was very happy with the job that he did for me (he installed a water heater for me and a garbage disposal and a few other light plumbing jobs). Im not much of a review guy however Donnie did such an outstanding job for me I thought I would leave him a Google review.If you have any plumbing issues I suggest you call Donnie first and save yourself a lot of time.
