    I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the owner of this company. My husband was attempting to change our wax seal on our toilet by referring to YouTube videos. They were highly recommended on next door neighbor app, so I thought I would give them a call and just ask a couple of questions, to make sure my husband was doing this correctly. Jay the company owner answered the phone and had no problem giving me free advice and even took it a step further by having my husband send him photos of everything to make sure that he got the right wax ring and parts to put back on. This man took his time out of his busy schedule to stop and do all of this and ask for nothing in return. Honestly, we need more people like this the world! Although, I may have never used his services, I can definitely say that he cares about what he is doing and better yet cares about his customers paid or not. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future that my husband cannot YouTube lol I will definitely give yall a call. Thank you so very much!

    Axel arrived early, did a great job and was done in 45min to disconnect sink, dishwasher & frig back in Oct at the beginning of my kitchen remodel. Same for today, he arrived early, troubleshooted what needed to be done and was done in 2 hours. I can highly recommend Axel.

    They are great. Will arrived well within the window given to me. Explained and showed me how our disposal motor was gone. Helped me pick the right new garbage disposal for our house. Installed and corrected a few installation issues from previous installation. Cleaned area up following the installation although there was hardly any mess because he was very careful. Great customer service, friendly and competent. Also, I like supporting small local business because they are very customer service oriented.

    Tankless water heater was not delivering hot water. Called on a Friday night after 6pm and left a message for help. J Stephens called me back within 15 minutes. He could send a plumber that night or the next day. I received text messages keeping me informed of arriving plumber and phone calls on when the replacement part would arrive. Kyle returned to install the part and was professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He was great. The job was completed and am very pleased with the customer service I received. Would definitely call on J Stephens for any future plumbing needs.

    What a GREAT COMPANY to work with!!!.. and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE… I had a shower valve leak in rental property… was told the ENTIRE shower/tub unit would have to come out and be replaced for several thousand dollars… I’m talkin as much as $20K… my tenant called several companies and picked top 3..This company was on the top of his list..They came out IMMEDIATELY and diagnosed the problem.. their bid was very fair and within 2hrs he replaced the faucet valve inside the wall of the shower/tub unit and my tenant had a completely new fixture!!!!     We woke up to hearing water running from a busted pipe underneath the house. I called one company which advertised 24 hr a day emergency help only to find out that they only schedule you 4 days out. That was crazy.I called J.     On Saturday afternoon, 9 March, I discovered we had no hot water in the house. A check of the gas hot water heater disclosed the pilot was out. Although I was able to light the pilot several times, it kept extinguishing. I called a full-service company with whom we have a preventative maintenance contract, and was told the earliest we could be visited was Tuesday, 12 March. I arbitrarily telephoned J. Stephens Plumbing and was told that someone would visit that same day between 5:00-7:00 PM. I subsequently received an email from J. Stephens Plumbing stating that I had been put on the schedule and someone would arrive during the time window. Shortly after 5:00 PM I received a text message from Gary, a J. Stephens plumber, stating he was on the way. Arriving shortly thereafter, Gary examined the gas water heater then went outside and determined the pilot was extinguishing because of a problem with the outside vent, which was quickly fixed. Gary lit the pilot, insured it remained on, then he was off to one more service call after a very long work day. I would describe Gary as capable, competent, and professional. I would describe J. Stephens plumbing as extremely helpful, and very responsive, in our time of need.

    Hard to describe how impressive this company is. We had an issue with a shower not turning off last year. I took the handle apart but nothing I could do with basic tools would fix it. Called J Stephens, they had a guy out to our place within a couple hours who fixed it within 30min of arrival and the charge was reasonable. Here 8 months later a different shower started doing the same thing. Called J Stephens again. They had taken down records in their system with enough detail to know which shower in our house had the issue beforehand and which exact part number they had to use fix it. They had a truck at our house in less than an hour, fixed the issue within 30min of arrival and the charge was reasonable. I dont remember having such an impressive experience with ANY form of contractor work, and thats no small comment coming from a guy who has owned 9 homes, two commercial buildings, and renovated almost all of them.

J, the owner, is professional & will work with you to resolve any trouble spots.The two men, Kyle & Rodney, installed a new toilet & toilet seats & also cleaned the screens on the washing machine where hot water trickled out & now gushes out. They cleaned the shower head screens so that the water flows beautifully. They installed a new 50 gallon water heater with a circulation pump which allows the hot water to arrive more quickly to the showers in the house, whereas before it took the hot water approximately 4-5 minutes to arrive. They worked very hard and they all did an excellent job. I definitely recommend this company.

He got us temporarily fixed, till he get schedule the job to replace our waste pipe under the house. 70 feet of the original cast iron pipe needed to be replaced. The job was done this past Tuesday to our satisfaction. And the price was reasonable for comparable jobs. Definitely do what they say they are going to do and stand behind their work. We have found our new plumber, since the old one retired. Great family owned plumbing business.
