I called AA Septic 4 years ago and they were able to come the next day. They pumped out my septic tank and scanned the lines with a camera, alleviating my concerns about the system. This fall, I called them again because I overwhelmed my system with 10 family members staying with me for a week. AA Septic came within the week, pumped out the tank and double checked the integrity of the leach field. Both times the service people were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. These are good people.

I just called 2 hours ago, and luckily a driver was in the area. From calling to draining our septic tank literally was 2 hours. That’s seriously incredible. The price wasn’t too expensive either, and Darla was amazing in setting us up very quickly. The driver and worker could not have been nicer. 5 stars all around

We used them to test the septic system for a house we are purchasing. When calling to schedule the test they were very nice and responsive. The tech let me know when he was about an hour away which I really liked. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a really good job testing the system and making sure it was functional. Once the test passed I also had the tech clean the tank that way i know it has been done and is good to go for a while. I am extremely happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

We have been using AA septic for our septic needs for decades.... Neither I or my husband ever had septic prior to moving to a rural area... So we had no knowledge of what to do... how to care for it etc...AA has helped us so many times...They typically get to you pretty quickly... Work with your schedule.... if you know where everything is and / or they have been there before you dont even have to be home... They come when they say theyre gonna come... And the drivers.... Ours Was Nate this time... are courteous, Helpful and knowledgeable...Nate was able to sell us the maintenance products right off the truck...so thats a Great service... Prevents forgetting... And prevents another trip to the big box store... And of course their products work much better than anything I can buy in a store.....In todays world... Customer service is a thing of the past.... Well AA Septic Has been around a long time.... And they still do things the old fashioned way.... They are grateful and appreciate your business... And am grateful and appreciate them....

We used A A Septic Tank and Drain Service for the first time today and we were very pleased with the service. The office staff was pleasant and thorough when we called for the appointment. The service technician, James, was incredibly helpful as well. We had several questions about our septic and some smell we were getting in the house. He not only pumped the tank (which was what we called for), but he went above and beyond to give us some tips on eliminating the smell if it persisted after his visit. They have gained a life-long returning customer. We couldnt recommend them enough. You wont regret using A A Septic.

The product offered was less expensive than those purchased in stores or online.

Our tank needed pumped so I scheduled them to come out in a week to have the work done. Our septic got drastically worse within the next few days that followed. I was able to get in contact with them, after hours and they were able to send a technician out the next day. We had to have our septic tank pumped out. AA Septic was the perfect company to do so. The office staff and driver were both pleasant to work with as well as quite knowledgeable. Being reasonably priced, we will be using them again for maintenance in the future. Highly recommended.

Great professional service from the start. Spoke with Darlene about what I needed. Needed 2 seperate tanks emptied and one line possibly clogged. Pricing was right up front. Guy showed up when she said.Pumped the first tank and was able to get the line cleaned without having to snake it. Went to second job Pumped it and was in his way. Thanks for the great reliable service. You guys truly are number 1 in the number 2 business.

In the middle of our 4th of July party, our basement toilet backed up. We knew we had to get our tank pumped anyway so we called A A to set up an appointment. Our first appointment had to get rescheduled due to storms, but they did their best to get us rescheduled as soon as possible.JR came out, pumped our tank, unclogged our pipe, and educated us a bit on the system. He was kind and professional.The price was also very reasonable! I will definitely stick with them in the future!
