    Wow. These guys are good.Showed up on time. THAT counts for a LOT in my book.Jeff Galberth interpreted, applied, and IMPROVED my amateur circuit design for a holding tank/boost pump and managed to get it all installed in a matter of hours in a very tight space with some room to spare.Whats more, he didnt laugh at my design.His crew also got a HEAVY cast iron tub from a garage 70 feet away from the house, through a bedroom window an into an unfinished bathroom without damaging anything.This was all done very professionally and in a timely manner.And I have no complaints about the price. MUCH better than what Ive come to expect outside a large metropolitan city back east (and wont miss a bit).Unfortunately, the well still isnt connected yet but I have his assurances the system should work and to call if there are ANY leaks or problems.Praying it doesnt.I went with R&A at the advice of a neighbor of mine who did extensive reviews of local plumbers and told me she was very happy with the work done on her house and outbuildings.I went with her choice and am glad I did.I think you will be too.

    I recently had R&A Plumbing come out to provide a quote and subsequently complete a project at my home. From start to finish, the project was seamless and efficient. The team provided a fair quote, and was able to come out a few days later to complete the job. They confirmed placement of the plumbing fixtures and completed as discussed, then walked me through the job to confirm it met my expectations. Overall a great team at R&A Plumbing and would use them again!

    They honestly deserve at least 10 stars. After dealing with issues with my home warranty company and having a leaky pipe in my house for months because home warranty wanted to delay it and refuse to pay for it. Once all of that was settled these guys had everything fixed within a week!! After dealing with 3 other companies before R&A, I know that I will continue to contact R&A first if we ever have issues and need plumbing work done again!!Call them, you won’t regret it!!

    R&A has done a few plumbing jobs for me now and we have built a good relationship along the way. They are not the hey I know a guy type of business. They do quality work that is done right, and I value that. It is why I asked them to travel well outside their service area when I bought a new place. They accommodated this request, and it just shows that their customer service is great in addition to their work.

    Had Bryson here to cap and remove some old gas lines. He gave me an estimate a few weeks prior, and that was the price I paid, no hidden fees or extra charges. He and his partner were quick and efficient, took them less than an hour and they removed the old appliances the gas lines had gone to (wall mounted heaters) free of charge. Thanks guys!

    We had a pool hose that needed repairing due to a new pump and we could not stop the leak. R and A was quick to the rescue and was very professional and efficient.     R&A Plumbing is fantastic!!! I got up yesterday morning and had NO water anywhere, it was froze up!! Well I called a nearby plumber and he was sick, then I called another one and he was going to try to get to me but he couldn’t get out of his road next day, So at 5:55 am I called R&A Plumbing and Misty scheduled me between 3-5:00 pm same day!!     Recently had R&A replace our tub fixtures and update our drain lines. They have high standards of work and professionalism and were very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and they corrected the issues we had with our previous drain system. Just the fixture update in our tub drastically improved the water pressure and water no longer backs up in the tub while showering. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

He took his time making sure each appliance was in satisfactory condition to my liking before installation. He did notice our new dishwasher had a crease/dent on the inside and outside of the door.     Found out over the weekend that I had a leak on my side of the connection to the citys water. R&A came out Monday to look and it is now Tuesday and the job is done. Originally planned to come back in two days but once it didn’t work when they went to put it back together they came back that night and installed so we didn’t have a family of 7, one who was 3 days after surgery with small kids without hot water.     Our plumber recently retired so I asked a neighbor who she used for all of their plumbing needs and she told me Jeff at R & A Plumbing. I called them and received excellent customer service. Jeff came out diagnosed the issue and took care of replacing the water pressure regulator valve. The following day I had issues with my washing machine--water would not stop. Immediately I called R and A Plumbing. Although it was not a plumbing issue, Jeff called me from a job site, to tell me how to turn off the water to the machine to avoid flooding until an appliance repair person could come. Honest, on time, and professional. Would definitely recommend.8 months later: Having an older home there are always things needing addressed. So happy that I could call Jeff at R & A Plumbing. After he finished the numerous jobs, I was writing him a check for his services. And I asked him what R & A stood for because his name is Jeff. His response is Reliable and Affordable.     Quick response when I contacted them on Sunday. My problem was not an emergency, and we agreed on a time the next day. Jeff called and offered to come earlier that day if convenient. Having someone come on time is hard to find, much less offer to come earlier. He started with the minimum activity (cheapest) to see if that worked. He carefully stepped up process, explaining and giving me costs/options along the way. He fixed the toilet problem, and did a demonstration of what he was explaining to me.     Jeff and his wife Misty both came and were courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. We spent some time talking with Jeff about other plumbing questions, including getting a tankless water heater and whats involved with that, among other things. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with them, and that their service was great. Oh, and we had super short notice for our plumbing issue: after we received our new fridge, the ice-maker water valve that goes from the wall to the fridge would continue to leak even after shutting off the water main. The other guys, a large well-known company, said they couldnt be out there for almost a week. Jeff was out there in a day or two. Note that Jeff doesnt do patch work, so I was responsible for repairing the drywall hole, but I did that myself to save money and because I have a little experience with doing that. At some point before its having been installed and without our knowing, the toilet had been cracked, patched, and the patch painted. I called R and A Plumbing Service towards the end of the day expecting someone to drop by, assess the problem, and then come back to do repairs the next day; instead, Jeff showed us how extensive the crack had become and recommended immediate replacement. He explained that the cracked toilet was one of the most expensive sold at our local Lowes store and that he could replace it that same day. Jeff told me that the store had a slightly cheaper toilet that we might like better. I okayed the substitution and he was right, we do like the aesthetics of the new toilet and the savings on price was just an added bonus. Jeff left our home, drove to Lowes, picked up the new toilet, and installed it that evening. Needless to say, we now have a new plumbing service.

    Called R&A to fix a leak under my house. They came out the next day, checked it out and gave me an estimate before they fixed the leak. They fixed the leak and guaranteed it. Price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone!
