I cant say enough about Eric and Kevin. The attention given toward customer service is amazing. I had post construction concerns twice. I called and twice I was shocked that there was no disagreeing or condescending attitude. The answer, lets get someone out there and see whats going on. Scheduled an appointment, was called an hour before the scheduled time and arrived when they said.I would recommend this company to anyoneCustomer service like that is a rarity by todays standards. After visiting another heating and cooling place in mount pleasantI came here to get a limit switch.The receptionist promptly took the part back to the part area Matched it with what I needed. And was cheaper than the other place.After replacing the limit switch my furnace worked great while I was explaining to my wife that we would need to replace the fan motor soon because of the noises it was making we did not have to yet....It promptly died right after I said that with her watching 🤦‍♂️Call this place.They tell me they should have one and come on inThey did not have what I needed but recommended me to a place that I was familiar with. Who did have what I neededThis place is awesome.The receptionist was very polite and knowledgeableAnd so were the technicians.100% the place I go to do all my HVAC needs from here on

Very good to work with. I got three estimates for my furnace and air conditioning replacement and CH&P came in very competitive. Installers were at my house shortly after 8 AM and had both installed by mid afternoon. Great guys to work with very clean.Highly recommend!!

Recently had to replace water heater, furnace, and AC. Got three quotes, Custom came in considerably cheaper. We were thrilled because we liked them the best. Very responsive, kind, and informed. Got the work done exactly when they said they would. Said they would be here at 7, they were here at 6:50. Cant say enough good things about them. Dont hesitate to get a quote from them and feel confident in doing business with them.

It has been about four months since CHP installed our ac unit and new furnace.We were thrilled with their professionalism leading up to the install and thrilled with the installation process.They came when they said they would, did everything they said they would, and were fair with their pricing.We had an issue after about three weeks, when everything stopped working. We contacted them, and they came right over. (We had blown a fuse.)I am very satisfied with the equipment and the service.

We recently needed to replace the furnace in the home we just purchased. I received several estimates, and while CHP’s prices were competitive, we chose them because of the friendly attitude and customer service of their employee Tyler L. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with our questions, and never once seemed dishonest. While he and Michael were here doing the work, they were respectful of our home, our pets and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They were efficient and did the work in a timely manner. Will use them again if I need to-customer for life because of excellent customer service!

CHP recently replaced the aging furnace and air conditioning units in our new home. After some repair attempts and diagnostic work, we decided to upgrade as opposed to repair. CHP did not charge us for the trip or parts that were required to attempt to repair the existing furnace.The install team of Adam Cummings and Nick Calverly were clean courteous and professional. It was clear that they are very experienced in their trade.Sales process was upfront and as promised with Tyler Lemmer.Overall I would definitely recommend their service.

I have used CHP several times. They are extremely affordable and quick. In the winter when the furnace went out they were able to get it fixed the next and new parts were ordered and installed within 2-3 days. Technicians are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They have also done a pressure test for water pipes on a property I was buying, very reasonably priced for even day of service. Would use them for anything in the future.

We needed a gas line installed for a new cooktop. Eric from CHP came and gave me a quote. We decided to go ahead and hire them for the job. They were on time on the day that they said they would be here. It was a tricky installation, as there was some demolition necessary (old house), yet Ryan and Bryan completed the job promptly (in under the estimated time) and cleanly.Overall, we are very satisfied with their work and professionalism, and the price was more than fair. We would hire them again.

We have used our local heating company since 2000. They have continued to take great care of us even as they branched out from their original location in Vestaburg to the Mount Pleasant area in recent years. A month ago we had an emergency situation with our fuel oil furnace on a Saturday and they were here within an hour as the house smelled horribly of fuel. There tech trouble Shot and informed us our furnace was no longer safe to use. We purchased our new modern furnace and they installed on date promised with in days and the 2 tech’s were professional courteous and worked well together and cleaned up messes that were created. Thank you Adam Cummings and Ryan! We also went to there office the same week and purchased a gas log insert to update our existing insert in our fireplace. We feel they have great quality with best prices An they stand behind their work. We highly recommend Custom Heating An Plumbing!

Called because water wasnt circulating properly in my heating system. The service guy showed up early and identified the problem with the bladder tank, as well as a couple other issues that needed consideration. I appreciated that the service guy took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed fixing, what needed to be done and why they needed to do it.Scheduled a plumber to fix the problems, who helpfully accommodated my schedule and even called to make sure I was home just before he showed up. I was impressed with how efficiently he took care of everything - in and out within two hours. Heaters are now whisper quiet just like they said.If you have a baseboard heating system I would recommend these guys, they did good by me.

Bought 2 pellet stoves from custom heating the first one 12 years ago and my new one cab 50. I heat the whole house with it. The 50 is pretty efficient. A very happy with it and when buying a stove like this one has to consider the service which custom heating has the best in my openion. The have always taken care of me.

I had a tankless hot water heater installed by Custom Heating & Plumbing, and I am very happy with the experience.Prior to having this installed, I got estimates from three other local companies. Not only was CHP the cheapest, but they were the cheapest by a LOT; almost $1000. Dont mistake the lower price with lower quality though; they used the exact same water heater that the most expensive company was going to use!I was very happy with Tyler, the main person I dealt with. He was prompt in returning my emails and calls, and was very pleasant. He explained everything, asked for my opinions, and was very easy to deal with.I recommend using CHP for all you plumbing needs. I know I will in the future!

Our shower valve needed to be replaced, due to the one that was originally installed not having a scald guard. The technician was extremely friendly and professional and did a great job with the installation (he had to create an access door thru a cabinet and wall that he cleaned all the mess before leaving). There was a small problem later due to a rusty pipe that they returned and resolved at no extra cost to me.I will definitely be using this company again. Yeah skilled trades!!
