Per a recommendation, I gave Aaron a call and started working up a quote for the replacement of my water heater. There was a particular direction I wanted to go and thankfully Aaron was able to educate me and steer me clear of the cliff I was about to walk off of.Aaron showed up on time and quickly got to work. One of the things I appreciate about his work ethic is that he anticipated some additional changes that were in the quote but didn’t have to get done and he adjusted the price accordingly.It feels good to know that I have a company/person that I’ll be able to trust for all my future plumbing and HVAC work.

I called numerous plumbers all around Mt. Pleasant and still never have heard from them. He called within 15 minutes he got in touch with me and was truly concerned and wanted to help as soon as he could get here. He was one of the most kind and honest person I’ve met. He got here asap. Was totally honest, so professional and went out of his way to help me. One person I called was 3 weeks out. We had no plumbing working. He was in uniform, organized and explained everything to me. I’ve never written a review before but if you need a plumber he’s the the only one I’ll ever use or recommend! So very honest and so kind! Believe me he is who you want to call!! We just had Aaron install a water softener and it ended up costing less due to our house already have been plumbed for one. Honestly couldnt be more happier about the experience, professionalism, quality of work and everything in between. Just after the holidays our water heater busted. I think other peoples experiences and reviews are are a huge part of finding the right person to do a job. My wife actually found him on a mommy page and everyone was vouching for his business. After reading some reviews myself I contacted him. Aaron was great. Look lets be real the most important thing is feeling like the person has integrity and honesty in what they say and I truly believe these guys stand by that which is huge. I found Aaron and A. Poll Plumbing when we were trying to sell a home and had to get our pressure regulator checked. He came out quickly and provided a more than fair price but more importantly, his service and knowledge were top notch. When we bought our new home, we knew we wanted to have the all poly pipe replaced with pex. Aaron bid the job with a more than reasonable price especially considering the home was fully finished. I had a super tight deadline and these guys worked overtime to get the job done for me. His workmanship screams professionalism. Aaron will be my plumber for life. We did a complete master bathroom remodel where he had to add/change out plumbing and reroute a bunch of existing plumbing. He did a fantastic job, was true to his estimate, got the job done in the timeline I needed it, and was very affordable. A couple of other things that are extremely important to me are good communication and trustworthiness. Aaron was great at communicating with me, prompt with his responses, open to changes I requested along the way, and I had no concerns about opening my home to him even when no one was home.

Fast, Honest, and Reliable! Aaron has replaced a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, cleaned our drains, replaced our water softener, and most recently, replaced our water regulator. Late last Saturday night at 945 pm I found a leak in my water main that had saturated my basement carpet, I contacted Aaron....interrupting his date night ( didn’t complain) and he had my line fixed and water back on by 1030 pm! I needed toilets replaced with new ones. I chose this company based on good Google reviews and hired them based on how well they communicated back and forth with me as I had multiple questions. That is so refreshing! They were polite and professional and much quicker that I expected on the day of service! This is long, but will really explain how Aaron works. PLEASE READ TO THE END!!! He is the kindest, most professional and honest plumber I have ever known. As I was a residential real estate broker for 20 years, and owner of 2 shops that underwent an earthquake retrofit, in which he was involved as the plumber, thats saying a lot.His was the ONLY company we had as our top rated plumber for my real estate team and clients to use. For elderly clients, I completely would trust him to go in and give not only good service at a good price, but to also make the clients feel safe and at ease. Whenever I needed a quote for a listing, Aaron was promptly there to assess and give advice, in addition to his quote, followed by work being done.My shops (a holistic health center/spa/salon and a clothing boutique) underwent an earthquake retrofit. Aaron was the designated plumber for the work in the building above us. Per the construction managers schedule, water was turned on and off at random times, 29 times in 1.5 months! Not conducive to spa/salon type work.Aaron eventually felt it was unfair for the property management and construction team to do this to a small business, so he had his team come in - on MY OFF HOURS, in the middle of the night - so that my employees could have a place to work with running water in the morning. (Please dont expect him to do this though! Its merely a testament to how he truly cares!)I have NEVER experienced such amazing understanding and desire to help from another person.We were sorry to see him move, although very happy he and his family love Texas so much.Texas has gained a great asset!If I could give a 10+ star rating, I would.

He is quick on texting too and after sharing pictures of our issue he gave us cost estimate and time frame he could come out. Got everything fixed in timely way and then explained what we needed to do to extend life of this hot water heater. Highly recommend! 1st experience: Aaron was fantastic on our basement remodel work. Fair price, great work. He picked up where our GC left off. Helped us figure out what fixtures to buy since we had been left with minimal info by the GC. Showed up on time and worked around my work schedule. Anyone that has ever had one of those repair windows that zaps your whole day and doesn’t actually happen should really appreciate his communications, meeting the set time to start work, and finishing on time. He was great at responding via text as I purchased the fixture pieces and sent him pictures to make sure I bought the right things. Really just a great experience on our project.

Im pretty sure Aaron is the best plumber in the entire world. We assumed it was just the U.S. but I think he has those Norwegian plumbers beat. I really dont know his political views but wed vote for him if he ran for president of the United States. Matt was at the house a few hours later, and within 40 mins had correctly identified the issue, repaired it, explained the situation (with pictures), provided literally the lowest bill I’ve EVER seen from a plumbing company, and was on his way. We have used different plumbers in this area for over 30 years. Luckily the plumber we usually use woud not answer his phone when our water heater went out. I found A Polls number and it was the smartest thing Ive done. We have used him several times since then and he is the most professional plumber Ive ever used. He will not lie to you about when hell show up and if something comes up that causes him to run late he keeps you informed. Honest, prideful about his work and shows he cares about people. When he uses the word integrity in his logo, he means it. As long as he is available we will not use another plumber.SonnyJustice.

Aaron has come out several times to help us with our toilets. He installed new ones in two of our bathrooms. We were having issues with our newest toilet not having a super strong flush. Aaron came back out and worked his magic. As it turns out, it wasn’t the actual toilet- it was that the toilet was clogged. He is knowledgeable, honest and super fair! If I could give 10 stars I would. I am a single mom and dont know the first thing about plumbing. Aaron and Matt have helped me hook up a washer, fridge, and water softener. Aaron is a true professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions, he always puts up with me and answers my questions thoroughly. I have called him for help 4-5 times (one was replacing a leaking water heater and another to replace an entire valve assembly behind the wall of a tub/shower), and he always delivers high quality products and work. His prices are highly competitive, but even if they were a little more than someone else, I would still call him because of the quality of work and the excellent customer service. I will continue to utilize his services for as long as I live in this area.

Did a walk through of a home with an unfinished basement. The owner, not a plumber, did some stuff with the plumbing. If we had moved on it, we know Aaron of A. Poll Plumbing would have been brought in immediately to work on creating a fabulous bathroom. Aaron has skills to save you time and worry. I have no doubt that he would have the have quality and be beyond ethical. I have had no problems referring him to others despite not needing to use his services yet. Aaron has done two different jobs for us now. One of which didn’t take him as long so he lowered our bid and charged us less! Have you ever met anyone that does that? I have texted him multiple times in different plumbing issues and has responded quick and had a trip to our home that same night. He has also called me months after a job was done and said I learned this on a class and would like to improve the work I did! Once again who does this? Well Aaron does! His prices are reasonable and his jobs done well and in timely matter. He is our plumber for life!!!
