Anybody needing a plumber in this area knows that nobody will show up before at least two weeks - so it was refreshing to have somebody answer your call when you need it. Outstanding customer service!! I was blown away by the help, clear communication, and expertise of this company. My parents were experiencing plumbing problems and Amanda not only took my call after hours but had someone to their house early the next morning and the problem solved in an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and won’t hesitate to use them again! Very happy with the experience.

This is the best company in the area. They came to replace a blower motor on our furnace on a Friday at 3pm, and unfortunately didnt quite fix the problem. I called after hours and they sent someone back Saturday morning to troubleshoot and got our heat working again. The receptionist is friendly, helpful, and answered her phone after hours. They didnt charge for the follow up visit, and their pricing was very reasonable for the outstanding service they provided. After a horrible experience with another company (Pullman Heating and Electric) this was a breath of fresh air.

Updated review!3/8/2024We are finally getting to move into our fixer up home. We called Unlimited Plumbing again! Absolutely amazing work! We had a new kitchen sink installed, 2 toilets reset with guts replaced, 2 bathroom sinks rest and replaced drain mechanisms. John and Ryan were our installers. They worked very hard and took great care not to damage new flooring. The office Manager is always a pleasure to talk with!Prompt and Professional.. hard to find these days!!!

If youre looking for a plumbing company that leaves behind the politics and focuses on good quality work, these are the guys you want. Living in Moscow, Idaho, you have to be really careful of Moscow Idaho is very own Voldemort and their businesses. I cant tell you how much of a relief it was to find these guys. They came in, did their job and were super friendly. I wish more businesses in the Moscow area were as professional as these guys. When we do our house remodel and put in a second bathroom upstairs, I dont even have to think about who Im going to use. Its going to be these guys hands down. Also, the rates are a lot cheaper than I thought they would be. Its really rare to find a quality affordable plumber these days. Give them a call, I promise you wont regret it.

Plumber,Travis, and one of his coworkers spent hours in our house fixing a piping situation that other plumbers wouldn’t dare to even try. Not to mention they were very nice and very professional. After a month without a working sink, washer, or dishwasher, they performed a miracle. Definitely calling them again for any future repairs!

Over the past year, our water bills have gone up to where it was $350 a month. I’ve struggled to find a plumber that wasn’t busy blowing out sprinkler systems. We called Unlimited and they responded immediately. They were very courteous and efficient in finding the bad leak. We are extremely pleased with their hard work and make ng the proper repairs

I had a hose bib connection blow and leak all over my kitchen. Other plumbers in the area said it would be at least a month until they could come out since it wasnt a critical pipe or an emergency. I was terrified it would get worse and afraid to use the water for fear of another kitchen flood. Unlimited took my call, scheduled me for one week later but promised to try to squeeze me in. They called the next morning and were able to squeeze me in. Someone showed up within 15 minutes of the call, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and fixed my problem - all for a VERY reasonable price. I will use this company every time from now on! Highly recommend.

All personnel were congenial and clearly presented info and answered all questions clearly.
