    I am a retired multi-discipline inspector with over 35 years of experience and Ive inspected countless water heater installations. I live in an area with very hard water and this was my 4th water heater in 17 years. I know good work when I see it, and Adam is the first that I can say: did a top notch job of replacing my pressure reducing valve and water heater. My water heater has a special pump and loop with a check valve for consistent hot water to the distant kitchen sink. Adam understood the installation and re-installed it perfectly. His workmanship is commendable. I would recommend him to anyone for similar work.

    I got an appointment for the very next day. Isiah was very good! He explained everything that was the problem and how he was going to fix it. He worked on 2 toilets and installed a new valve trim kit in our shower. I was very pleased with the cost too! Really reasonable! Isiah was very friendly, timely, trustworthy andprofessional.     I had 2 ongoing plumbing issues which 3 other plumbers claimed took extra parts, would need entire new systems and would require tearing out my wall. I was able to get a timely appointment and Isaiah told me what to purchase and hed be back when the part was in. Again, he came within a few days and the repairs were made quickly and without damaging walls, using the parts I already had and getting another correct part. Isaiah was courteous and professional. I trusted his assessment and didnt feel he was inflating the problem or solution. I will use them for my next plumbing need. ~Carole

    This was a very reliably company. I called to make an appointment, and they were there the next day. Isaiah showed up to work on are water heater..he was very respectful and explain clearly what he did to fix are water heater. Even gave me tips how to maintain and keep it up to running condition. Mounts plumbing is very lucky to have Isaiah he Is good at his job and is passionately what he does look forward of using them in the future.

    Adam and Rodney showed up on time , were very professional and took the time to explain and answer all of our questions . They replaced hot water pipes and the work was done very quickly , cleaned up after and even provided recommendations on things we could be doing to keep up on maintenance in our older home . It was later discovered we also needed our water heater replaced and they again acted with speed and quality . Very impressed and highly recommend Adam and Rodney @ Mounts Plumbing and Construction in Troy MoI was not allowed to post another review , although we had another separate and again wonderful visit from Mounts plumbing . This time we needed our water heater replaced and Specialist Chance was also professional , even called as there was an earlier time available so we were able to get this done sooner. He finished the work quickly and explained how to operate the new water heater. Also important to mention , the office manager Ana was extremely helpful through the process of handling the warranty claim . Overall great service with this company and friendly employees who make intimidating issues feel less intimidating ; and although our home is older, they are able to guide us through next steps.

    Rodney from Mount’s was my technician. He was extremely quick to find the issue. He reached out giving me updates when needed. He was extremely helpful, nice, polite, and courteous. His work was efficient, and thoughtful. He took the time to explain all of my questions, and how the process worked since this was through my home warranty company. Even though this could’ve been a messy situation, Rodney made sure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Mount’s plumbing, and Rodney to anyone and everyone. I would even venture to say this experience was definitely in my top 2 of any workmanship ever, not just plumbing. This company is the way to go for your service needs!

    Charles from Mounts Plumming sets the example for great customer service. He was Friendly, Knowledgeable, On time, Professional, and Helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues I was having and was able to address all of them. I had a couple of problems under my kitchen sink, including a non-functional garbage disposal. He even had to come back out to my home to finish up the job the following week. I would definitely use Mounts Plumming again.I also needed some documentation from the company and was assisted by Thomas B. He was very Friendly, Professional and Accommodating. I received the requested documents very quickly.

    We had a pipe leaking in our shower and also our hot water heater wasnt working properly. They were able to find and fix both issues. Rodney and Chance did a great job with the shower repair. It was easy to contact and schedule a visit, the techs were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained clearly the issues we had and gave me some advice on other plumbing related questions. Would definitely recommend using this company. Thanks!EDIT: Weve been having issues with our water heater tripping its internal breaker. Mounts was sent by our Home Warranty and Collin did a great job troubleshooting and decided due to the age of the equipment it was best to replace. Looking forward to them coming back out to do the work.

    I contacted Mount’s Plumbing to come out to repair my garbage disposal. The guy who set up the appointment was very nice and gave me an appointment within 2 days of my call.The technician Charles B came to my house today, and he was very friendly and professional, He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and was able to repair my garbage disposal. Charles has a funny sense of humor and really seems to enjoy his job.I am the type of person who rarely write reviews however in this case I wanted to give a shout out to the company for resolving my problems

    Mounts Plumbing & Construction was referred to me, after I explained problems I was having with my water heater. Pipes connecting to my water heater were corroded and leaking.     UPDATE! I CANNOT recommend Mounts Plumbing. They failed to live up to their end of the bargain. They are contracted with my Sewer Service Plan Provider and when the sewer backed up again within the 30 day period that was guaranteed by my service provider they were going to wait over a week to come back out to fix it. Isiah from Mounts Plumbing and Construction was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. I would highly NOT (edited) recommend Mounts Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing and sewer needs. Thank-you Isiah for a job well done. Very DISsatisfied customer here!!! (Not dissatisfied with Isiah...he was their employee) but dissatisfied with the Company Mounts Plumbing.

    Isiah and Leonard his assistant showed up thinking it would be a simple water heater replacement only to discover the water heater was the wrong size. Undaunted, they went to Home Depot, purchased the correct diameter and had it replaced very quickly. Excellent service and the best part they accepted Choice Home Warranty.

    I want to commend my technician, Leonard in a superb job for assisting me with my water heater review. He arrived on time with a smile. He was professional, courteous. and caring to my concern. My family had been without hot water for 2 consecutive weeks. We have been boiling water for baths. wash ups, and washing dishes. Pretty painful for us. When Leonard arrived I was on the verge of screaming since his was the 2nd technician from another company to come to my house just a week prior. First one failed to give their recommendation to my home warranty company leaving my family and I to continue to boil water for another week even over the 4th of July weekend. We had guests over and everything. Everyone washing hands in cool to cold water. All in all Leonard assured me he would give his recommendation to his supervisor that day who would give their recommendation to my home warranty company for replacement the same day. I am confident Leonards actions are giving me comfort that we will not have to boil water too much longer. Thank you Leonard. I look forward to working with you and your company in the near future.

    Rodney was my tech from mounts. This guy came in found the problem explained the problem and told me exactly when where and how he was gonna fix the problem. Sure enough he did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He may have even spent more time educating me about what he was doing with no annoyance what so ever. Very informative very professional very knowledgeable. I wouldnt want any other plumber in my house. He also insisted that I sit while he cleans the mess. Which I had no problem cleaning myself. Great guy. Great job.

    AMAZING ADAM GREEN!The Mounts Plumbing Company had previously worked on my leaky faucet problem and the matter was still unresolved. This lead to an emergency situation early Saturday morning. The leaky faucet had become a Niagara Falls type flow (all hot water).After numerous phone calls with various people, I finally was contacted by Adam Green. He asked for detailed info about the problem. More importantly, Adam said that he would come to our house to inspect/address the problem. I was thrilled! Finally, HELP was on the way.Adam arrived promptly (as he had promised). He analyzed the problem and then purchased the part needed to stop the leak. For the first time in weeks, the faucet NO longer leaked. Adam maintained a pleasant, confident, professional attitude throughout. I am very grateful. Adam is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient plumber who does excellent work.

    Mounts Plumbing came out to fix my water heater. They were very kind and courteous, and upfront with the work that needed to be done. They quoted me two different prices: 1) the price to fix the water heater (older model) or 2) replace my water heater. The choice was mine with no pressure at all.     I used Mounts to replace an outdoor spigot that wasnt working properly. They were contracted as part of a home warranty service for a new home we bought last year. They showed up at the dates/times they said they would, and both plumbers - Charles and Mike - were quick, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of our property and worked quickly to fix the issue. They both listened to my uneducated description of the problem and told me what they were going to do to fix it, and why one method was better than another, etc. When this home warranty runs out and I need other plumbing work done, I will definitely call them for service again. Theyre located in Troy, MO, and were in High Ridge, MO, which is about an hour away. But they said they do work in our area every week, so they go all over the region. Definitely would trust them to do work for us again.

    I had a new hot water tank (poorly) installed by another company and reached out to Mounts to come and correct it. Mounts IS AWESOME. Now the installation is what it should have been and doesnt look like the The Three Stooges: A Plumbing We Will Go video (no joke - the gas lines were routed all over the place and the hot water tank was so close to the furnace switch I couldnt turn the furnace off). The Tech they sent really cares about work quality and quickly straighten it out. Ive taped their card to the hot water tank so I remember who to call for my future plumbing needs.

    I used Mounts Plumbing due to HWA warranty work that needed repair. Mounts Plumbing was the second company to come out after the first plumbing company called out was no help and terrible to work with (PK Plumbing). Mounts Plumbing was fantastic to work with and was professional. Rodney and Charles were the two plumbers that came out to get the job done and you could tell they were passionate about what they did and enjoyed their job. Not only did they fix the two plumbing issues but they were as minimally invasive as possible in searching for the leak. Instead of tearing out the drywall, they were able to make a small 1 inch hole and feed a camera snake through our finished basement ceiling to locate the leak. The leak ended up coming from a point that was accessible by not tearing out more drywall. I would recommend both Rodney and Charles with Mounts Plumbing for any plumbing work you need done.

    Chance was my technician, was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 and he arrived almost exactly at 8:00.He had my leaking main water line fixed within a half hour and only charged about half as much as I was expecting to pay.Very satisfied with the service and will call again the next time something breaks.

He listened to me (which was important to me) and instead of trying to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff, used his experience to run a snake through our kitchen drain and get things working for us again.     We had a couple of issues in our master bathroom and Chance was very thorough with his work and took time to explain the parts/repairs he was going to be making. We had a leaky valve and faucet in our shower/tub, as well as a burst pipe in the water line, which we knew about for a long time. Chance was able to fix both issues, and even went out of his way to go to the gas station and grab us a pack of bottled water, because our water was going to need to be off for 6-8 hours after he repaired the burst line to allow the glue time to settle and I was unable to go get it myself due to the fact that I work from home. Chance’s communication skills are also phenomenal! Great experience and I would highly recommend Chance to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

    I have been dealing with a leak from an upstairs toilet for months that previous technicians came and failed to repair. This company was able to schedule me in two days after I contacted them and sent Isaiah out today to fix the leak. He told me he’s the cleanest (least messy) plumber and my goodness did he not lie. He installed a new wax ring under an old heavy toilet, got rid of the leak, and I couldn’t even tell that work has been done except for the fact that the leak was gone. They called almost immediately and set up an appointment that they showed up on time for and were very professional and courteous. They completed everything timely and we hope that in the future, if we need plumbing services, our home warranty starts with them instead of American Plumbing Solutions LLC. Oh, and just like we suspected Mount Plumbing did not need to access the roof to complete the job and the guy even chuckled when I told him the other guy said he would need to access the roof and put me at ease letting me know that would not be necessary.
