I cant say enough great things about D&M plumbing! Jason showed up early. He was polite, efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner. Thank you D&M, and thank you Jason.

Eric and his crew are an excellent plumbing company. He has done extensive plumbing work for me including a new boiler and a new well system. They have gone above and beyond in being available when I need them for emergencies and they made sure they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly. Despite what another review said, their prices are very reasonable especially considering the quality product they give. They don’t cut corners. When he gave me a price, he stuck to it even when he had to spend a little extra to install Wi-Fi thermostats. When I had to leave for work, I kept the back door open for them and they were very respectful of my living space. It’s not often you can find people trustworthy and respectable these days.

Eric was recommended to us by S&H Plumbing in the Gouldsboro Plaza. He has stepped up 3 separate times for us with water related emergencies. When our 8 year old hot water heater was going south, he was there the next day. When our water regulator was leaking, he made a recommendation during our hot water install, got an excellent unit for us and weve had water pressure Ive never had previously. Yesterday, April 19th, our well pump was acting up. I called him approximately 2:15 PM (a Sunday). He was at my home within an hours time, diagnosed the short in my 40 plus year old well wiring, had it repaired and our water was back on in no time. I have nothing but praise for this hard working man.

Lost our hot water on a Saturday, couldnt get a hold of our usual plumber, called Eric and he came right over, cleaned the unit and got us functioning. He explained the unit is over 20 years old but he could look to see if he could get the parts to fix (he didnt push about having to put a new heater in) I said that we had built this home and it is probably time to replace the heater. He agrees but wanted to give us the option. We told him to go ahead and price out a new unit and he would get back in touch with us on Monday. He also said to call him if it stops working, he would come back out.
