    I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris from Bono Plumbing, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided. From the start, the company excelled in communication, sending me a phone call, email, and text to confirm the appointment details and provide helpful instructions. I especially appreciated the heads-up that Chris would contact me when he was 20 minutes away, which he did as promised.What stood out to me was the extra level of security Bono Plumbing offers – they send you a photo of the plumber and their vehicle, so you know exactly who to expect.     On Thursday, September 5 went in our basement to find that we had a leaking pipe coming from outside the foundation into the house. Called Bono Plumbing & came out right away to look at the problem. Fixed it on Friday. We had Tony and he was so polite very efficient & very knowledgeable of the job. Fixed it that day and had running water by Friday evening. If you have a plumbing problem I highly recommend Bono Plumbing. Give them a call!

    I had Bono Plumbing install a new whole house water filtration system at my residence. Along with that, he replaced my frozen main water shutoff, two new faucets for my washer and plumbed and installed a new deep sink. He hauled off my old water softener system as well.From the Estimate to the installation, Bob (and crew) were professional, courteous and on time. His pricing was spot on what I had hoped for. The quality of the work was what I would expect from a Master Plumber. I enjoyed hearing him work with his Sons obviously bringing them up in the business.     It was wonderful to do business in a time of need with such an excellent plumbing company. This father and son company was on time, very professional yet very personable.Our basement floor drain backed up and we called Bono Plumbing on a recommendation from a customer that has used them multiple times. They diagnosed the problem quickly and without undo testing theories. They we quick, clean and seemed happy to solve our problem.We will use Bono Plumbing should any other problem occur in the future.     Made one call and spoke to the owner Bob. He stated that his son Tony will be the one coming to my home. Also, I received an email and text reminder. On the day of my installation, I received a text message advising Tony was on his way. He was very kind and educated me on what was going on with my toilet and water heater. He was able to repair my toilet, but I had to wait on a part for my water heater, which he will come back another day to install. Thank you Bono Plumbing for great service and customer service!

    I tried to turn on my water to the outside and water sprayed all over the place. I turned the valve off and called Bono Plumbing. They were here within days and Chris did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. He realized that the drywall may need to be cut to fix the leak however he found a way to solder the pipe and solve the problem to our satisfaction without cutting our wall open. He tested it and assured me that it would be fine. I really appreciate the quick service, have used this company many times in the past and they are always very reasonable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs again.

    Bono Plumbing is fantastic! I had several things that needed attention and they were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Angie in the office was so nice to talk too and very helpful getting everything set up for me! Tony did an outstanding job!     Great job. Bob and Chris hooked up a gas line for us and will hook up our new gas stove when it arrives.About 2 weeks later: Got our stove delivered and Tony came by this morning and hooked it up to the propane.     My experience with Bono Plumbing was phenomenal from the very first phone call. We waited too long to replace our water heater, and found ourselves in a situation where it was unusable/unsafe. I called several places, all of whom told me they either didn’t service my rural area or could not provide same day service. Bono was just the next on my list of places to call, and when I talked with Jennifer she was extremely understanding of our need to have this done today - we have small kids and can’t get by without hot water - and did everything she could to get us on the schedule. Bob called before making his way to our house to discuss the replacement options and provide the cost. Once he arrived, he was so courteous and efficient, and answered our questions about maintenance of our new heater and our pipes in general. We need to add a water softener and will absolutely be using Bono when we are ready for that project. Their willingness to go out of their way to provide fast service was so, so appreciated. It made what started out as a very rough morning not seem so bad, and by the afternoon we are all set! Thank you all for providing such great care to customers!

    Knowledgeable, professional, honest and trustworthy. Bono Plumbing fixed an mis diagnosed repair from another company that wanted to charge me $1200, and that was AFTER my home warranty kicked in their portion.     Mr Bono was professional, kind and compassionate. At 71 years of age, I’m unsteady. I called Bono plumbing because I fell in my bathtub while showering.     Its not often that Id write wow for a plumbing company, but seriously, wow. Bob and his team were incredibly responsive in everything from my initial call to everything that needed to be arranged. He put a new shower in for me, and connected me with someone else awesome (Randy Beck) to do the flooring and wall work that was needed. The whole project from initially calling Bob to showering in the new shower took two weeks. I am completely satisfied with everything about Bono Plumbing and will absolutely be calling them again for our next project.

    Bob came out on Friday after our basement mini flooded. Gave us a quote for fixing everything, and the additional things we wanted done. Came back on Monday to install it all. It took about two hours to do all the work, which is a lot quicker than we expected since we had our pressure regulator valve, house water shutoff, water heater expansion tank, and water softener replaced as well as our water heater drained AND our basement toilet repaired. Bono plumbing is who we call whenever we need something fixed as we trust them to be honest and on time. We highly recommend them!

    I contacted Bono after seeing a leak from the bottom of my water heater. I used their web page to initiate my issues. Received a phone call shortly after filling out info on web page. They were unable to make the repair (new water heater) immediately but were upfront with when the work could be completed, and stuck with that date.     I had a great experience with Dan from Bono Plumbing. He showed up on time to replace my broken water heater. It took less time that I expected. He was very courteous and even gave me pointers on some preventative maintenance to help my new water heater last longer. I would highly recommend Bono Plumbing. I had a much better experience with them compared to a different plumping company that I used in the past.

The work was high quality... but I do believe I remembered correctly what I was quoted, however I had no way to verify it. I may have been incorrect, but I would have liked a way to check.

    I just moved into a new home four days ago and noticed a slow leak at my water shut off valve, which was unsettling. I contacted Bono Plumbing and they came out the same day and all John needed to do was tighten a nut that was loose. Now I have been screwed over in the past by other service companies, and it is good to know I can count of Bono to take care of my plumbing needs in the future. Someone give John.a raise!

    Had Chris from Bono come for a scheduled simple garbage disposal install.     Professional and helpful! We just bought our house last fall so this was our first time dealing with the required back flow testing and seasonal maintenance. Unfortunately we had a pipe burst over the winter due to not shutting the water off soon enough and it damaged our back flow preventer. Bob came out, didnt charge us for the test because it would have failed anyway, only charged a discounted trip fee, and came back out a few days later with the necessary parts to repair it and test it. Scheduling was easy and he was great to deal with.

    We called Bono Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon and asked for a plumber to install a new comfort height toilet for us. We set it up for Monday and Dan arrived 90 minutes early. He took the new toilet out of the car for me, as my husband just had knee replacement and was not able to do so. He got busy and installed the new toilet in a minimum of time. He showed me the only part that didnt come with the new toilet so I would know what item was on the bill. He kindly took the old toilet to the trash can for me and even smacked it with a hammer so the trash hauler will take it. He was in and out in less than an hour the price was very fair.     Bono Plumbing was called to look at a problem at my church. The church building was built in 1954 and has been remodeled numerous times. We had a bathroom line that was not properly capped off during the reconstruction. Bob Bono determined the problem and suggested a solution. He showed up at the church to examine and repair the sewer line. The line was capped and the problem was solved. They were on time, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves.     Amazing service, punctuality and professionalism! I am a real consumer advocate and, while I sometimes have to complain, I also have times when a professional has earned a rave review from me because they stand out from other companies in their profession. Bob Bono came out to do our backflow testing as is required every year in Wentzville. Since moving here in 2014, weve used a different company every year because, for some reason, no one really wants to do these maintenance calls and one company who did our first one was out of business, and the next two were nearly impossible to get ahold of. When we did arrange for the work to be done, we were told we would be charged a certain amount for the testing ($150 - $190) and that they couldnt guarantee we wouldt have any upcharges depending upon the condition of our system. Well, surprise, surprise, each year, we paid an additional $150 - $200 for repairs for some unseen and inexplicable other issue and wed come away nearly spending $300 - $400 for this required test. And heres where Bob shines - he came out and explained what he was going to do, spent a short amount of time doing it, and stuck to his original bid, though I was prepared to pay an additional charge based upon previous experiences. Its not just about the money - we were wanting a relationship with a plumber and if you cant trust them with a yearly test, how could you possibly trust them with a minor or major plumbing issue in your home? Thats just it - you cant. Anyway, Bob is now our go-to guy and hes now proven he doesnt need to gouge us, because hes playing a long game. He performs these yearly tests like he would do any other job he would do - professionally and with integrity. I wont waste another minute fretting about our yearly test or if we have any other plumbing issue in our home. We finally found our Plumber for life. Thanks, Bono Plumbing!!
