At a time when every pluming/ heating service company is getting slammed,my heating unit decided to join the frey! At 8pm when I was about to leave for work I realized we had no heat or hot water as my unit does both! I called this company and instead of saying that I’ll stop by when I can the owner walked me through steps over the phone to get my unit working again…even though it would need service later, I wouldn’t have to worry about my family freezing that night! The following day they were here to make necessary repairs and get my heating unit back up and running properly! I can’t say enough how grateful I am for their help and service as this was the first time we had anything go wrong with our home that we purchased 3 years ago! I consider myself lucky to have called them and would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them if, god forbid anything else should come up in my home! I also noticed they do a lot more than just plumbing and heating so that was good to know…my go to from now on!!!

I have a Becket Forced hot Air Furnace. I did the 101 service, as I Had gotten Fuel 2 to 3 days previous I replaced the Nozzle the Filter and the Transformer, as that was getting weak from a previous Test. No Luck , I noticed that the Ignition Points were a Bit wide, But This is above my pay Grade an Expertise. CALLED POCONO SERVICE!! I was shocked at the SLUDGE I removed from the Filter. DAN rechecked everything reset Ignitor Points and Blew the Line out! OMG It was PACKED! Problem Solved, PURRING LIKE A KITTEN!

Keith the owner of Poconos Service Pros is a straight shooter! I was calling around for plumbers who could deal with an emergency. Most were SUPER busy with winter emergencies, some were short staffed, some werent equipped to deal with my problem.When I initially called Pocono Service Pros, Keith the owner answered the phone. He asked me some questions, then told me what to do to eliminate the the continuing issue for the moment until I hired a plumber. I know he was SUPER busy & didnt know when hed be able to come out. He was so kind, compassionate & VERY understanding, wishing me the best in getting someone. This should be your first call, every time. I had a mysterious yet dire leak in my heating system that was leaking into my basement and making black sludge in my office, and not only did they show up same-day, they also FINISHED same-day. They saved me from both the leak and having to go a night without heat, and I cant thank them enough. Bonus points, theyre personable and friendly, and happy to explain what theyre doing and what your options are. 10/10.
