    On Thursday City of Moscow clogged the main line with large rocks. Blocked up my lateral line and one thing after another happened. Complete plumbing hell. Dad and I needed to rebuild my sump pump. I came in defeated and very grumpy. The guys were kind and helpful. He made lifelong customers out of myself, and my family.

    We got a sink for our basement installed by McCoy plumbing.They did it quick and very well installed.The sink was a used commercial sink that had been setting. When finished installing IT WORKED ..... NO LEAKS !!!!

    We recently had McCoy Plumbing replace our air conditioning unit. They did an excellent job. We also contacted them to hook up our new gas fireplace, and again they did an excellent job. This company has a long tradition of quality work throughout the Moscow area. Five stars well deserved.

    Weve always had a good experience with McCoys.I found a leak at one of our hot-water-heater inlets at about 4:30 PM on Thursday. Called McCoys, and they had a tech out Friday morning by 10 AM. He quickly fixed the problem, and identified another issue that could have caused more serious damage while he was there.Weve had them out for several projects, and every time its gone well.

    These guys were seriously a life saver and I was scheduled for a month out and that day I called they were able to make it! They got the problem of the leaking sink fixed and shut off and could not have asked for more polite, professional, prompt experience!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. They really went above and beyond for me. So blessed and so thankful!!

    I have used them for major heating issues, furnace replacement and DIY plumbing projects. Lyndon runs the heating show and service is fantastic. They installed a new 95% efficient gas furnace for me maybe ten years ago and absolutely no problems. I do my own plumbing. I go into the shop, tell them the problem, they sell me the parts and give me some advice (I have a basic plumbing book also) and it always works out. Their advice is always right on the mark, sure beats going somewhere else and wondering what would be best to buy.

    Skip big box plumbing supplies & come to McCoy! Excellent service & customer service! They do a great job, plumbing a bathroom & kitchen remodel, at a fair price, using premium quality fixtures.They are also an excellent resource for home plumbing DIY projects & as a source & resource for hot tub chemicals. I recently switched to enzymes from traditional hot tub chemicals & reduced my cost to operate my hot tub, thx to their suggestions.

    McCoys is about the best shop you could find. They do everything you could want done having to do with water. They are prompt and professional.Their work is excellent. I have lived in Pullman for over 30 years and have never had a complaint. From putting in an entire new bathroom to fixing a pipe or putting in a new water heater they are efficient and reasonably priced. I would not use anyone else in the Miscow-Pullman, Lewiston-Clarkson

    This family run business has been in Moscow for 60 years. Their showroom/store is staffed by very knowledgeable and hometown friendly people. They even install and service what they sell.
