Great experience with Mike. Had an emergency at mothers house and he made time late in the day to take care of it. We had a mess on our hands and he could have charged a ton, but he explained what needed done immediately and what could wait. Price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. Responsive and great communication. Would recommend Goetz Electric to anyone.

Mike was quick to respond, communicative, (didn’t mind my questions and kept me informed), very knowledgeable, capable, personable and thoughtful – just awesome.When I called, I had no electricity and didn’t know the extent of the problem. Mike arrived within the hour and determined that the main breaker needed to be replaced because of a moisture problem. He was able to get the part overnight and make the repair first thing in the morning, which was an excellent outcome. Although Mike’s experience was evident and the repair was essentially straightforward, I was truly impressed by the additional care and attention Mike gave to addressing a variety of factors that contributed to the original moisture problem. It’s apparent that Mike works to a high standard, but it also felt like he was really looking out for me and went above and beyond to help prevent a recurrence of the issue.I will definitely call Goetz Electric the next time I need an electrician.

I had a receptacle burn out and then I replaced it and had power to it according to my meter I couldnt get anything to work in it. Apparently one of the screws loosened and I didnt realize it. Simple fix. He was able to replace it with a ground fault receptacle which I didnt think would fit in the receptacle box but it did.

I had what I thought was a minor electrical problem with a subpanel in the house. Called Michael and he immediately came out and diagnosed the problem. Turns out it was not so minor and could have been potentially dangerous. Not only did he fix the problem with my subpanel, but he also took the time to ensure that everything was in proper working order, leaving me with a sense of confidence and peace of mind. I couldnt be happier with the prompt and professional service provided by Goetz Electric.

Mike has helped me out a lot with different things. He went through my house and made sure that everything was safe and up to codes. He came to my mom’s and helped when her electric heat wasn’t working. He figured out what was causing our outlets to all of a sudden stop working at my mom.I am really glad that I found such a reliable and great electrician in Mike.
