This is something I rarely am able to say about a company anymore: from the first phone call all the way through the job being completed, RWB was excellent to work with. They installed a standby generator at our home. They were quick to come out for a bid visit, and the generator install was completed the following week. From my first phone call until they had everything completed was under 2 weeks. The day of the install they showed up right at 7am as planned, and were done the same day. Plus they took care of subcontracting the plumber and HVAC work needed.Each person we spoke with or worked with was very professional. The three electricians, Frank, Andrew, and Ryan, all did a great job. When we need electrical work in the future they will be my first call.

I texted in photos of my electrical panel and generator and had a quote texted back within 30 minutes. I scheduled my appointment the next business day and the generator inlet was installed cleanly and works like a charm. Im happy I can now safely power my whole house by plugging in my portable generator.

We recently had our original electrical panel replaced in our 40 plus year old home. If anyone knows about working in older homes and going behind work that was 40 years old you know the crazy things you run into. From the moment I called to make an appointment I was put at ease. RWB provided Quick, professional and very timely service! We had an issue with our food truck not powering. Of course when Ryan and Frank showed up, everything worked fine. Most people would have left because they couldnt duplicate the problem. Nope, not these folks. They looked in every crevice, hole, box and outlet until they could sniff out the problem. They found EXACTLY what was wrong and saved the fire station a trip to our location because our issue was for sure a fire hazard that was probable to go up in flames at any time. We just bought our home in Baytown that was built in the 70s. Had RWB come out to give us an electrical inspection on the house. They were very thorough, tracing down lines and checking the breaker box. Even though my box is old, they did not push to get a new one, which I really appreciate. The main issues they found were incorrect gage wire to the AC unit, a few issues with the breaker box and missing GFCI plugs in bathrooms and kitchen. We were given a reasonable quote and all issues were taken care of within a week.Andrew and his apprentice Steven are awesome electricians. They were professional, punctual and willing to explain what they were doing as they were doing it. You can tell they care about doing good quality work as well as NOT suggesting/pushing for frivolous items just to earn a quick buck. I trust them and you should too.I have plans to replace the breaker box and add a subpanel in the garage sometime in the nearish future, and will absolutely be calling RWB Electrical Services to do the work. Explained Robert the owner would phone me back with a quote and he did. It was evening time same day the call was returned, Robert apologizing for being late. It was not late if he had been working all day. Quote given was much cheaper than other professionals and having read the good reviews, I went ahead with schedule. Andrew the technician arrived at my door exactly to the minute of scheduled time. Polite, well dressed, and knew exactly what was needed. Andrew worked very efficiently and took great care of my property, even shared knowledge with me. Thoroughly impressed with him. Had small job at my house I would normally do myself. Unfortunately the chandeliers were too large and delicate for me to install. In fact his team had to make several trips to my house because when they removed the chandelier from the packaging they discovered it either had cracked glass or other defects, very frustrating, 4 total trips for one simple job. This company is awesome!! RWB I would highly recommend to anyone. They were very professional and also very patient with me. I had pick two different medallions to hang with my pendant lights, they hung both and gave me time to decide which one I wanted to use, they took the other down and hung the one I chose up on the second one. I will definitely use them in the future.

RWBs team is professional, meticulous, and customer service oriented! Andrew, Ryan, and Frank installed 7 chandeliers and a ceiling fan. Also extra outlets and dimmer switches. They listened to us, asked questions, and solved a few difficult problems. They handled big glass globes on a 16 ladder with gloves. They did it all in one day and it looks amazing!

Called RWB Electrical to check out my home electrical system because nearby lightning strike on previous day had zapped a few appliances and flipped a few breakers in the panel. RWB arrived on time, inspected our system, replaced a bad GFCI outlet, and reset flipped breakers. Tech recommended a whole house surge suppressor which I declined. Tech was professional; pricing was reasonable. Ill call RWB next time I need an electrician.

RWB was very responsive for our recent electrical needs. Our home inspection revealed some items that needed attention and I felt like the team worked to ensure that all items were properly repaired. We purchased a hot tub and needed a 240 volt circuit with ground fault . I called RWB electrical to give us a quote . Robert came out on his Saturday and surveyed the job . I was impressed with his professionalism and used his company his technician showed up on time and installed everything neatly and professional. I will use RWB for future projects.
