    I cannot say enough great things about this company. My husband and I are doing some upgrading in our home. This required replacing almost all of our light fixtures, some being relocated. It was a two step process. The electricians took everything down, my contractor patched the ceiling, and then the electricians returned to install the new fixtures. Terry and Colin were my technicians. They were on time, efficient, and very communicative. When installing and relocating the fixtures, they were meticulous in their measurements to ensure the fixtures were in the proper place. They spent a great deal of time here making sure everything was perfect. When I got the bill, I was actually shocked it was not more. However, with zero knowledge of this industry, I had set myself up for it to cost a fortune. Very affordable, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend. After everything is painted, they will be returning to replace all of the switches as well. A++++ service, and it takes a lot to impress me.Update: The replaced all of the plugs and switches, and even added in some new configurations for me. I bought all the wrong metal, and they were able to supply the correct metal so that everything would be up to code. I had the same two gentleman, and they were excellent. Highly recommend!Update March 2023: Had Crosby replace several fixtures in out lake home, but I was most impressed with their outside the box thinking for getting a plug behind a TV where there was no wall access. Attaching pictures. You cant even see the cheat they added, and it looks SO much better!

    Unlike their local competition, an actual human answered the phone. They had an electrician onsite same day. Due to the nature of the issue they had to come back the next day to finish. The electrician and his apprentice were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their pricing was very reasonable. 10/10. Great company and great people.

    Awesome job from Terry and Mike. They were on time, got the task done and cleaned up quickly. They even rolled up the extra extension cords. I would highly recommend using Crosby Electric. The office staff was also pleasant and efficient.

    Outstanding service! I had a small window of opportunity for the repairs and Crosby Electric made it happen. Best of all, when I heard the price for there work I was very pleased.     Just had several items on my to do list that needed attention. Crosby Electric sent Travis out and within 3 hours I can mark those items off my list. New front porch light, new exhaust fan in guest bathroom and check out another item.     I had bought a new Home Theater System and was told by some “Geeks” that my rear speakers could not be mounted on the walls. I called Crosby and they sent Michael and Colin out. Not only did they agree to do it instantly, they did it with a smile and a great attitude. While they were here, I thought of a few more jobs for them that weren’t considered normal electrician work but they gladly helped me out. And in the process, they earned a customer for life.     They came in, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the work all in the same day. They even came in under the estimate by the time they finished. Very professional, easy to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

    Travis and his assistant arrived in a timely manner and after a brief review of the 6 outlets to be updated, they began efficiently to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left me a very satisfied customer, when I was presented by a reasonable bill for the job. I plan to have more work done in the near future and will ask for Travis as he was quite competent in dealing with my circa 1939 homes wiring.

    These guys were fantastic!! They came to us twice and rewired the ceiling fans and switches that were poorly wired in the rental home. They were extremely professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I would recommend this business again. Hopefully I won’t need their services anymore but if an electrical problem comes up, they’ll be the ones I’ll call!

    Matt from Crosby arrived on time and quickly went to work locating a faulty wire in our attic that caused problems along an entire wall of the house. We had an electrician from a different company (NOT Crosby) last week who was unable to find the problem. Matt was methodical in his approach and soon located and repaired the problem. We are very happy with Matt and our interactions with the office staff of Crosby. Definitely rate all aspects at 5/5!

    Terry did a fantastic job installing my charging station. They had perfect professionalism from scheduling to completion of the job. They were not cheap but provided exceptional work with trustworthy/tenured electricians.

    I just want to thank Travis Wilson for a job well done. My door bell was not working I had another electrician to come out all he did was take the wires lose from door bell and hook them back up. Said he would get back with me. It never happen, Mr. Travis took all door wire a lose, wires from my two door bells and trace the problem down. He did not give up until the problem was resolved.     Called Friday , scheduled appointment for the following Tuesday , electrician Mathew and his assistant Jose showed up timely , introduced themselves and went over the entire project which consisted of electrifying a pool heater , fixing three outlets and installing a outdoor outlet . They were excellent in their explanations, jobsite cleanliness and were extremely efficient in their performance and were $400 less expensive than Trustworthy Electric that walked away from my job after I gave them a green light to perform the work and had been promised that they would complete the work the same day .Way different experience with Crosby , should have used them from the start but now they will be the only electrical contractor I call .

    Mike Ousley did a fantastic job at my house today. Of course, Crosby Electric never sends anybody except the most talented electricians. They are an honest company, who never attempts an up-sell (as Ive previously experienced with other reputable companys in the Montgomery area). Crosby Electric provides a first rate service, with talented electricians, and they get it done right the first time, every time. Today, Mike and his apprentice, Collin, replaced my entire electrical service to my house. It needed doing. Wed replaced breakers here and there, but it was time to replace the entire box. The work performed was very neat and orderly, and whats best....it worked the first time, plus the cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? I will always trust Crosby Electric. Thank you!

    Had a great experience with Crosby Electric. I scheduled a service call for the following morning and was told to expect a call at 7 and someone onsite by 7:30. The following morning, I received a call at 7 and someone was onsite at 7:30. The two technicians, Mike and Colin, were friendly (much friendlier than I am at 7:30 in the morning), knowledgeable, and thorough. With such a high level of service provided, I was expecting to pay more for it, but the final bill was actually less than what I expected. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.
