I called up Ward Electric regarding an issue at our small church.Although I am not an electrician, I do know enough to avoid getting electrocuted :-)My initial purpose for calling was to pay for consultation, and if that did not guide me in a direction that would resolve my issue, I would have had him come out to repair it for me. I was intentionally transparent and upfront about this.The fact that he willingly heard my issue and made an attempt to guide me in the right direction spoke volumes about him and the integrity of his company.Many in this field wouldn’t have taken the time to consult a customer who wanted to attempt the repair themselves. Im sure that had he felt the repair was too dangerous for me to resolve, he would not have continued consulting me.He did not attempt to lead me through consultation on a wild goose chase so that he would be required to come out. But to the contrary, he made a serious effort to help. My issue was resolved that evening solely because of his consultation and 7 minutes of his knowledge.Thank you, Ward Electric. Your consultation proved to be priceless. It’s true what they say: Knowledge is Power. God Bless you.

He had everything handled the next day, so we were able to get power restored to our house.
