The two associates came out and promptly figured out the issue was with the water heater and explained to me what needed to be done to resolve the issue. No less than 40 min they had the TMP replaced and water heater going. No issues with the leak since. Awesome customer service and professional work!

I made calls to for different plumbing companies, and they were the only company that was able to come right now as I had water flooding into my house from a toilet that I had hit with a piece of lumber . the owner showed up himself, cut off my water and set me a new toilet himself. Note to you, I capitalize and put emphasis on PLUMBING/PLUMBER because he is just that. A plumber. NOT A CONTRACTOR. Which leads me to number 2 - no, you sure will not find his PLUMBING license number if you look it up under the contractors board. Would you like me to explain why...AGAIN??? BECAUSE HE IS NOT A CONTRACTOR. He is a PLUMBER. So I guess it would only make sense for his PLUMBING license not to be anywhere on a list of CONTRACTORS. Considering they are 2 separate boards. But Im sure you already knew that 🙄. I also find it hard to believe he conned you a few years ago when he has only been in business for himself for a year. Sounds to me like either A) you are one of those customers who expects someone to work for free and if you get charged more than what you think you should get charged then youve automatically been conned. I mean you obviously know quite a bit about plumbing since you know to look for a plumbers license number under the contractors board. And then theres B) Funny how everyone is being conned when it comes time to pay. Weve already established you know lots about plumbing so you must know how much it should cost as well. I bet you are the type of person who eats all their food when they dine out but finds something conveniently wrong with one of the meals when the ticket comes so you get it free or get a discount/gift card/coupon for the next time you grace your cheap presence at that establishment. Seems odd that you would wait so long to let the world know what a terrible person the owner is. The simple fact that you state you got conned doesnt seem to be very sufficient evidence nor does it detail how you were conned. Paying for services isnt getting conned Marcus. Its called paying for services rendered. If you dont want to do that, then go to Home Depot or Lowes and DIY next time. Or better yet! Call the contractors board and tell them you know a plumber that doesnt have his contractors license 😂. I am sure they will be more than happy to explain he doesnt need one. Im sure they will be just as curious as to why you think a plumber needs a contractors license as I am.I called him out tonight, on a Saturday night, because my sewer was backing up into my whole house. The owner came out with a helper and worked until 1am to get my sewer flowing again. They were here for 5 hours and it was still cheaper than some of the other companies regular rates.
